Expérience négative: Good gym, most of the climbs just so straight up though, and routes being hard usually just means the holds are crimps, and hard to hold onto, no dynos either

Expérience positive: Great facility and friendly community! I've never received answers to emails and messages, though, so customer service could be improved!

Expérience négative: This gym is operated beyond poorly. Owner had no compassion or motivation for the gym, or any of it's customers. Absolute joke of a business, and a business owner.

Expérience négative: Horrible! There was a wrist bone broken accident on Saturday. There were lots students. I hope he does not need to surgery. Employee did not explain any rules and info for climbing and also how fell down. And employee signed for waiver instead of their parents and legal guardian. Obviously, this is illegal and owner neglected staff management. Rules and rules are especially important and supervision is emphasized in place like public movement center and gym. Any amount of similar incident can happen again. What parent can trust and send their child?

Expérience fantastique: Pretty fun bouldering cave. Mats aren't the softest, but it's safe. Liquid chalk is also not as good as the regular chalk, but any port in a storm right? The staff member who helped me was awesome. Super friendly guy and very mellow. Just moved to the area and keen to get back to a routine of bouldering, and this'll be the place.

Expérience positive: My 1st time there, took my son, who is 12. I didn't climb, but he did. Great atmosphere! The other customers were very friendly- everyone seemed to be having a great time. The marketing manager was working the front counter and was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful! My son is really looking forward to going back.

Expérience positive: Cool gym. A little on the small / older side, but definitely enjoyable. Staff was informative and friendly. Setting is interesting... doubles boulders and a mystery grade section. Only gym in the area, so totally worth a visit.

Expérience positive: This is the second FitRocks facility that I have visited. As with the first (Saint John location), I was impressed with the variety of wall rock styles and difficulty levels. There is an area for personal storage that is in direct line with the front desk staff, which is reassuring. By nature of the space that this location is in, the layout isn't as interesting as the Saint John location, but still a great facility for a rock-climbing workout.

Expérience fantastique: Great bouldering gym with great vibes. They have training walls, plenty of gym equipment, and free weights.

The diversity of the setting was a highlight, instead of everything over lapping they maximized the climbs without getting in the way of other climbs. There is also a full gym of equipment for use. Machines for all muscle groups and workouts, was refreshing and made for a great warm up and cool down to my climb.

Expérience fantastique: Today was my first time going and I got an excellent service. The employee at the main desk explained to my friend and I how the climbing wall worked and the security. You can rent shoes and the fee is very good. Very good ambiance and people are respectful. There is different livel of rock climbing. I will go again for sure!

Expérience positive: My son and his cousin all got gift card/passes for fit rock during the holiday. We had never been there but last year his cousin went and said they had fun so they received passes to go back (and my son got one too). We got there and realized there was no more harness to climb. We were told they had been removed a few months ago. We were disappointed because that was the main reason they were going. They aren't expert climbers and there was nobody to really explain what to do without the harness. We only stayed for about 15 minutes until they got bored and left. So from what I see it was a really expensive 15 minute ( 4 kids x 20$) We won't be going back for now and just to advise everyone else there's no harness so it's all free climbs in case you are bringing your kids to try out. Other than that the staff was very friendly and the place looks good if you are looking for a place to climb.

Expérience positive: Recently went for the first time with a friend and overall we quite enjoyed ourselves. It was smaller than I expected but not too busy while we were there. Knowing the routes are regularly changed improves the appeal to return, and I truly hope the owners have the opportunity to eventually grow/expand.

Expérience négative: Smaller which is fine but the climbing area is filthy. Chalk looks like never cleaned off mat or walls. A lot of the holds are blackened. Some are hard to grip with contamination.

Expérience positive: Bouldering place only, with 3 or so auto-belay routes for kids. For almost 20 bucks without rental shoes, this place was way too small for me. If there were actual climbing options (top-rope/lead/etc), It'd be worth it. I walked in, saw a tiny room, and left.sorry. I'm sure it's great, but I don't want to be banging into kids all night.

Expérience fantastique: Been climbing on and off here for about 2 years. Recently they just did a massive renovation and have added a full exercise gym which really improved the experience here. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help, and the great part is you go at your own pace for the climbing. They have routes that change regularly (normally new ones every week they change "sections") so it's never boring or repetitive and range from beginner to advanced climbing. Highly recommend. Young children enjoy it too (I've seen as young as 4). The pricing is very competitive for other things that you could do with your family ($25 l for an adult without any climbing gear *owned*, so that includes rentals and taxes) or $18 if you buy your own gear (again, includes taxes) and membership pricing is very competitive as well. Everyone should try rock climbing once in their life, and Fit Rocks Climbing Gym is the perfect place to do that.

A rock wall climb that has different levels of difficulty. And also has bday parties and one on one if need be. Pricing is reasonable. The owners are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable accommodating you the BEST way they can. Equipment is available for rent at a low price. Great family activity or just a day to get all your frustrations out in a healthy and positive environment! Nice leather couches to sit and watch or take a break. A free water cooler to fill up your water bottle. Has a big garage door that opens to allow cooler air to come in on hot days. So fun fun fun
