Expérience fantastique: I have attended Core since June of 2020. I was in a major car accident requiring cervical spine surgery and the team at Core helped me immensely before and after my surgery. They are all incredible people who have become like family! They are caring and knowledgeable, fun and the best at what they do. Expérience fantastique: Tom-owner did my assessment and created a personalized work out plan to help me recover post pelvic fracture.After almost a year and a half of different workouts and treatments including yoga, accupunture and physiotherapy, this is the first time that I am acctually pain free.Excersizes are targeted to strengthen my weak muscles and hip tendents and I have not felt this good since preaccident. Kinesiologists here are top notch, highly recommend this business to rehab or maintain your physical fitness.

They listen to you, they test you, they apply their knowledge to develop a plan... and better yet, they know when to adapt the plan if issues come up.
