Expérience fantastique: While I have the privilege of teaching here, I'll be as objective as possible in this review. I've had the opportunity to teach at several studios before, but none have held me as long as this one. The space is truly beautiful, with warm and inviting decor that fosters a sense of comfort and belonging. But what really sets this studio apart is the community—it’s a loving, supportive environment that nurtures every aspect of your wellbeing. If you're seeking a space to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically, I wholeheartedly encourage you to give this studio a try.

Expérience fantastique: I've had wonderful experiences with Oxygen in the studio. The instructors are calming, and the classes are relaxing. I do especially love the aromatic cold towels put on our foreheads at the end of class to help cool down before leaving. However, I did encounter some miscommunication & misunderstanding on both sides me and studio, which created a bit of frustration. But we are all human. Today, management took time to address my concerns, and we worked together until we reached a resolution and better understanding. I really appreciate the effort and patience that was displayed towards me as a customer. Thank you oxygen team.

Expérience négative: Was assured I could get my prepaid months credited once I came back from extended holidays. Instead when I came back 4 months worth of dues were wasted and not credited and I never went back. The extended holidays was a working holiday of 3 months which was discussed with the owner of the mission branch, hope. I was promised to extend the 3 months at the end of the contract if I continued to pay for the 3 months I was out of the country working. She LIED to me, as when I came back she said company policy was not to do that. I would have cancelled if she had given me the correct info, not paid for 3 months for nothing. Then charged the next month upfront which I didnt get to use because I was told I had to pay some large late fee when my credit card debt go through on time while I was on holidays. My friend had warned me that HOPE ripped her off as well but hope had assured me it was fine.... until she was desperate for money I guess over care for her clients???

So appreciate the welcoming feeling and encouragement to go at whatever pace and wherever you are, while giving modifications to help ease or challenge yourself; and, the care to guide when they see it’s needed. Great variety of classes, very clean, and friendly staff. Mercedes is also of the kindest and most helpful people - I am blessed to be a part of this community. Thank you

Expérience négative: I’ve been a customer for over 8 year and every time I’ve brought forward a concern or complaint it’s met with deflection, denial and redirected to this is head office’s fault. There is absolutely zero accountability. Customers sign contracts because the agree to the services they are getting and halfway through a contract a huge staff turnover changes the classes and services provided drastically change. Leaving clients unsatisfied with the contract they signed but locked into them. I inquired via text message asking when my membership expired so i would be able to give the proper 30 days written notice. I was given wrong information. I asked again because the dates didn't seem correct. I was made aware of the end of my membership 10 days prior to it renewing. I contacted the owner immediately so my membership wouldn't be renewed. I was planning on going to drop in and not renewing my membership as I am not satisfied with services at this location. The owner was made aware of the error and the wrong information and she still required 30 days written notice. How are you supposed to give proper notice if they don't give you the proper information? I disagree with this as this error happened on Oxygens end and is costing me 130$ and if I tried to cancel the payment off my credit card she told me it would be sent to collections. Then the owner banned me from attending due to me being "problematic". All communications between me and the owner have been in writing, I have not said anything inappropriate or rude and been refused services. Absolutely horrible management and business etiquette. The owner of this location is destroying Oxygens reputation. Expect to be harassed to sign a memberships No Water station- the public washroom is where you can fill your water up. If you have a complaint or recommendation don't expect the owner to care Expect 15-30 people in a very small space Due to the amount of people in a small space without fresh air circulating and lack of OXYGEN expect to be light headed There is never enough weights Expect huge staff turnovers If you are sensitive to smoke - she burns sage and incense before, during and after classes without any warning Fitness classes are sometimes run by yoga instructors with little to no fitness experience or certification.(I have injuries from this)

Expérience négative: Please beware when you sign the paperwork, they will say you something else and trap you into a yearly contract. I enrolled into the one year biweekly program and the receptionist mentioned to me that you can cancel the membership with 2 months of notice. I asked her clearly if i will have to pay any amount in case i would like to terminate the membership before the 12 months expiry. She told me to provide 2 months notice. Now when i trying to cancel the membership becuase they dont have enough/0 workout classes offered on the weekends, the owner is asking me to pay $800 which is extremely ridiculous. My fault is i shouldn't have relied on what the receptionist is saying and read the paperwork carefully where she asked me to intial.

Expérience fantastique: Mission is so blessed to have Oxygen in their town!! Hope and Mercedes are incredible women the space is clean warm and inviting . There are so many classes to choose from but I highly recommend the Wednesday night class with Hope. You’ll all have to check it out to really understand how insanely beneficial and just such a blessing this class is in particular. The energy is powerful and feels like a supportive family type experience. ( the kind of family you like….. lol kidding not kidding)

Expérience négative: *UPDATE* Terrible customer service, I don't want your 50% off I want my money back, you are the owner you can change your policy. I don't want to give another dime to your company. Had a terrible “deep stretch & relaxation” with Tamara the instructor. I advised of prior injuries and she kept pushing for me to go further risking injury to myself. I emailed the owner and explained the situation, requesting my money back as I paid for a service I didn’t get & she let me know they don’t do refunds and could offer me 50% off my next class. It seems like this is a common trend for Mission Oxygen Yoga. It’s a shame, I will not be back & will be letting people know of the poor experience I had with both the owner Hope & instructor Tamara.

Expérience fantastique: I am not a member at this studio YET, due to it being further away from my home. However, I did contact them for some guidance and was helped out much. I am now planning my daily schedule for the 10 min extra drive to join the studio. Namaste :)

Expérience négative: I purchased a year membership, and due to my schedule at school I was no longer able to make it to many classes. Although the contract I signed said the membership would end within the month of cancellation, oxygen yoga decided they were going to continue charging me anyway. Due to my credit card being on file, they helped themselves to an additional 3 months ($309). After many calls to the owner, and many excuses on her part, my money was never referred. I was disgusted to hear the exact same thing happened to my friend a few months later. HORRIBLE, WHAT A SCAM!!!!

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Oxygen Yoga studios religiously for the past 3 years. I recently started at Oxygen Mission after moving to the area. I had a class with Eden this morning and she is absolutely FANTASTIC at what she does. Her 20/20/20 class flew by this morning. I loved how she covered each body part and kept the class fun and upbeat. I will definitely be a regular in Eden's classes moving forward.

The instructors let beginners know about modifications so people with all kinds of experience can stay engaged, and the heated studio really makes you feel pumped. If you really want to push your fitness to the next level, there’s always oxygen yoga.

Expérience fantastique: Don't know why I haven't reviewed Oxygen Mission sooner. These classes, members and instructors here at Mission have left a lasting positive impact on my health and happiness. I came to yoga 6 years ago looking for a way to feel better, sleep better and live without aches and pains. The infrared heat works miracles and combine that with staff with the knowledge and heart to push you through your workouts and your stretches it's the right place to be if your looking to become a better version of yourself. Stick with it and you'll see.

Expérience fantastique: Love Mission Oxygen! Knowledgeable, friendly staff, clean and updated studio. The Deep Stretch classes are my personal favourite. The gentle stretches in the heat makes you feel so limber. I breathe much easier after the classes as well. This is a well run studio that I always enjoy going to.

Expérience négative: The instructors are absolutely amazing , but unfortunately the owner is terrible . Her terrible customer service ruins the experience . I have since gone to other locations in the Fraser valley and Vancouver area and have been very happy

Expérience négative: The worst oxygen studio I have taken classes at. Terrible customer service, treats staff badly, very rude to customers. Instructor with the most classes has no fitness training. Have never seen anyone clean the studio. Uses fake tea tree oil from the dollar store next door in their spray bottles. Owner is very catty and immature as you can see from the other review where she uses "lol" in her response.

Expérience fantastique: The instructors are very good and help you right away if you are new to yoga and can't get into or out of a position, lol! I love the warmth, but not too hot.
