Expérience fantastique: I've been going here for just about a week, and all I can say is I love this place!! Honestly, my expectations for Mission are set so low, but Studio FITRx is like a diamond in the rough. The instructors are amazing and friendly, and it's easy to introduce yourself to people and hopefully make some friends. For the past week, I've been going to a class every single day, and my body is definitely not used to it but with the variety of classes they have, my muscles are still getting the rest day(s) they need. The hours are good and the classes are fun (music is awesome too!). I would totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Never gonna stop raving about it.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member here for well over a year and absolutely love it. I’ve tried out a lot of studios and this is by far my favourite. Austan has carefully cultivated an inclusive, open and supportive environment. There’s no diet culture BS. No matter your age, injuries or abilities every body is welcome. She even offers childminding so mums can come in and get an hour to themselves. The workouts are thoughtfully curated, Austan works every week to keep her strength classes balanced. I’ve honestly been so amazed at how accessible fitness is made here. I feel like I get high quality coaching at such a reasonable rate. And there’s always some fun events and new classes brewing too. I’m so beyond grateful for this space <3

Expérience fantastique: Studio FITRx is more than a gym, it is a community of supportive people who understand that life is busy and they have found a way to meet you exactly where you’re at. If you’re just starting out in fitness, they got you. If you’re nervous or shy, you will feel welcomed and wanted. If you need a push, they speak a motivation language. And if you need a lighter day but at least your showed up, thats all they ask of you. This gym is about giving people the opportunity and tools to start living a healthy lifestyle and they put their ‘money where their mouth is’ through continuous education and support in food choices, family meal planning, hormonal factors, stressors, exercises plans and so much more. Their app has made it so easy for me to book my live in studio classes so I can schedule my busy life and if I can’t get into a live class, they have an online portal that gives me access to classes. Studio FITRx is not a gimmick, it is the “prescription” we all need and I am very grateful I gave it a chance. I 100% recommend Studio FITRx.

Expérience fantastique: StudioFITRx is an AWESOME space to get your sweat on! The workout area is huge and the staff are incredible. The retail section has great local brands for gifts or perhaps something just for you. Plus Lululemon - enough said! The femmeFITRx program has been life changing for me. If you’re wanting to make a change in your life you must check out this program.

The studio floor space is awesome, offering a variety of workouts for all ages and abilities. The Ride room is top of the line! Ever rode in the dark, under candle light?? Nothing can compare to these rides, absolute perfection! I've gained so much strength, lost over thirty pounds and look years younger. NOW she's put her all into her own new studio in downtown Mission. I haven't seen any other facilities take so much time and effort to ensure that Covid protocols are not only met, but exceeded. I'll never go to a big name chain "gym" again.

The ride room is incredible and more than just exercise, it’s an experience! The studio boasts an awesome retail space, Kombucha on tap, super cool hydra bags for the Rumble classes, big windows with natural light and killer vibes to keep you coming back.

Expérience fantastique: I found out about Studio Fitrx through my very special friend, Chantelle. In October 2019, I just started off with buying passes live at Studio Fitrx. At first, I was feeling apprehensive, but I joined the Live Femme Fitrx Studio program in January 2020 as I needed to make positive changes to my life, my physical and mental health, and my families health as well. Since starting the Femme Fitrx program In January, I am so much more energetic, confident, less socially awkward, my skin has improved, I lost over 17 3/4 inches off my body and my stress level and anxiety has improved so much especially every time I show up and attend all my classes. The studio has a variety of awesome classes in their professional studio like Flex, Power, Ride, Flow, Restore, Rumble, HIIT. Never thought I would like a Ride class as I thought it would be boring to sit on a bike, but I love riding a spin bike now because the Studio Fitrx instructors are professional, they make the ride so much fun and you strive to reach your max power. During Covid, Coach Austan and her team of instructors went over and above to ensure the clients still had access to all the coaching and training needs on line that we have grown to depend on live at the Studio. Both the Studio Fitrx live and online programs are awesome and has kept me sane, strong, and focused. I am looking forward to live workouts in the studio again practicing social distancing and following safety protocols. The instructors and all the members are awesome, caring, welcoming, supportive, positive, encouraging and so inspirational. I have attended other fitness centres, but Studio Fitrx has made such a huge positive impact on my life and I am in it for the long haul. We are not just a number in the door, we are part of an amazing community striving to reach for a healthy change of life. I love prepping meals and eating healthy. I have had my moments, but this amazing tribe holds me accountable, motivates me and challenges me to strive for more. The Studio has an amazing women's program, coed classes and I really enjoy the cold lavender towels after my workout especially after a ride .I have met so many amazing ladies & men, gained friendships and they all make me laugh and smile. I love this tribe and they are my fitness family. I am looking forward to continuing this journey with this tribe in becoming stronger, healthier, and fit and incorporating this into my family's life.

Expérience fantastique: Austan is committed to providing every single woman in FitRx Femme with a work out that is tailored to them - she provides modifications if you are injured or not yet able to do a certain exercise. This has been particularly helpful with a nagging knee injury and occasional aches and pains. The co-ed spin class is another must try at Studio FitRx. I was nervous to spin but the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging. If you've never tried a spin class, give it a shot! You might be nervous when you arrive but you will leave feeling strong, capable and ready for more!

Expérience fantastique: I had known about Studio FitRX for a while, but have had so many gym memberships or belonged to boutique studios before and always ended up paying for a membership I wasn't using, so didn't buy in until I saw a 6 week femme fitRX 'challenge' I thought might be a good chance to check things out and see if the studio was a good fit for me, and if it was something I would stick with. That was just my foot in the door, Austan, and the rest of the coaches, welcomed me with open arms, and pulled me the rest of the way in! I found something amazing in the Spin classes, and I've never liked Spin before, there are many different styles of workouts available, from cardio, weight training, boxing-fit, spin, and every class is challenging and modifiable to manage your fitness level and any injuries or physical needs. During COVID, Austan and her team seriously stepped up her game to make sure her clients still had access to all the coaching, training, motivation and accountibility that we've come to rely on, and had a full online program set up with 2 weeks. Studio FitRX isn't just another gym or fitness studio, it is seriously a community, it is a tribe of women and men who care about their health and wellness and about each other, and support each other on their wellness journeys. This studio has become so much a part of my physical and mental health, and I am so grateful that I took the chance and walked through the doors! I have made huge gains on my physical goals too, in 5 months, I've lost 20lbs, and gone from a size 12 to a size 8

Her knowledge about body mechanics and physiology allows her to deliver not just any fitness program, but a program that works biomechanically to deliver results safely. She offers modifications to accommodate injuries, and knows that fitness is not just how fast or how hard you can go in the gym, but how your mind, body and head are intertwined, and all need to be supported. She pushes you to do your best and supports you through all levels of fitness, while building a community of awesome people. No ego, just great people, lead by the best!

As soon as you walk in you have an instant appreciation for how clean and open the entire studio is. The Ride Rx room is the best spinning room I’ve ever been in! Top of the line easy to use bikes, fun instructors and wicked music/energy make for a really workout. I love that it is super dark in the Ride Rx room and lit by the fun funky light strips or glow of peaceful candles (depending on what class you’re taking)... I mostly love that everyone can’t see me sweating all over the place! You’re completely in your own little zone. They have some of my favorite brands on hand for easy purchase (you’re gonna want to soak in the tub w/ Só Luxury after a workout there!) and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. This studio is perfect for ALL ages and all levels of fitness, whether you’re a first timer or been with Studio FITRx from the beginning - all are welcome here!!
