Expérience fantastique: Went to spin class on Tuesday with Heather for the first time at Hi-Ignition and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning! The staff there were so welcoming they gave a tour and broke down all the activities and training that they do and it’s just an all around gym that anyone could possibly need in one spot!

Expérience fantastique: Hi-Ignition has such a welcoming and inclusive environment. I always make sure to stop in for a workout with Raydelle whenever I’m in town she is very fun and motivational and always has a welcoming presence about her and so do the staff

Expérience fantastique: So far I have really, really enjoyed this studio. It is very expensive but they have affordable student deals, which I take advantage of. They have an online app that helps you book your classes, get information and manage your account. Faculties are incredibly clean and very trendy. All the instructors here are top notch, encouraging and very accommodating. This could definitely be considered a "boutique" studio, but most people who go here are not uppity or pretentious, everyone is very friendly and will help you with any particular requests you may have.

I’ve been to a variety of classes and have enjoyed all of them. Especially Monday’s w Kate! I live in BC for the summer so they were very accommodating and helpful with my membership. I’ll definitely be back in September!

Expérience fantastique: I've been mulling over where to join a new gym close to home and work and today I made a last minute decision to try a class at Hi-Ignition Fit Lab. I arrived 10 minutes before a Yoga/Pilates HIiT class and getting in and registered and into the class couldn't have been easier. The instructor, Victoria, was fantastic and guided us through an energizing hybrid flow that was EXACTLY what I needed. On top of that the owner, April, reached out to me personally to support me in purchasing my first two week pass. I am looking forward to trying a variety of classes over the next couple of weeks

Expérience fantastique: After my first 6am spin class with Barbara, I was immediately hooked and came back for more!! Great way to kick off the day - amazing music, atmosphere, constant motivation from Barbara, and a killer workout all wrapped up in one! Couldn’t ask for more!!!

Expérience fantastique: As a first time Barre girlie, Tyler’s classes are amazing! She’s organized, patient & somehow makes your muscles burning fun. I was a little nervous starting because the classes didn’t have different levels but after the first class I realized they are both advanced and beginner friendly as she offered different variations depending on your body’s capability. I well definitely be a regular from now on!

Expérience positive: Just as an FYI, they offer a free class credit to anyone who posts a 5 star review, so take their reviews with a grain of salt. It's a pretty standard spin class, you will probably enjoy it enough if you love spin.

Expérience fantastique: I have been enjoying working out at high ignition. It's a great gym with so many different classes available. The classes are smaller, which allows for a more personal experience and intimate workout with a trained professional. The classes that I have enjoyed most are the Energy Ride spin classes, barre, and pilates. I strongly suggest this to people looking for a good guided workout!

Expérience fantastique: I’m writing this review following a wonderful first class (Pilates Flow) with Victoria. Five stars is not enough to show my gratitude and excitement for this new opportunity to enjoy pursuing my fitness goals with such a warm group of people with beautiful energy. Since Pilates Flow, I have also done Yoga/Pilates/HIIT with Vicky and I loved it as well. I felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space from the moment I walked in. Having signed up for an unlimited two-week pass, I am looking forward to exploring all the different classes here. Can’t say enough about my experience so far, and I’m really looking forward to continuing my mental and physical gains in this oasis! Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully taken care of so you can enjoy your class to the fullest, truly making it ALL ABOUT YOU!!!

Expérience fantastique: After a challenging yet fun spin class, it is safe to say I will be returning to Hi Ignition. The instructor was motivational and guided the class through each move. Music was great, 10/10 vibes, very clean and friendly place overall.

I can't speak for the other instructors, but based on my experience I'm sure they're incredible too!

Equipment is fantastic, and the people that work here are even better. My trainer, Angelica, is the just the best. She encourages you to push yourself in the best way and helps you work around any injuries. I also had the pleasure of attending one of her spin classes and it was amazing. The music was great and her class was challenging and fun. I can't recommend this place enough!

All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming toward individuals of all skills levels. Some of my favourites have been Joga with April and rhythm rides with Madi and Raydelle :)

The small class-sizes and tips from instructors really personal the experience compared to a larger gym-setting. Loving the spin classes!

Becky was my instructor for my spin class and she was FANTASTIC! She definitely knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible! The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. I went to 5 spin classes with 5 different instructors at Hi Ignition and I loved them all! Each instructor has such a different energy but they all made me love spin! Expérience fantastique: Very happy with all the instructors at Hi-Ignition! I like that each spin instructor has their own groove for each ride. I started bringing my friends and now we all try to get a weekly Rhythm class with Raydelle. She has great playlists and they help make the class go by quickly - feels more like a party than a workout. Chloe and Kate are also amazing (I have taken their Energy classes and they certainly get you energized). Glad I started coming here!

In addition they have placed many measures to keep their clients safe through this pandemic including fogging machine, environize hand sanitizer and maintaining a very clean space!

Expérience fantastique: Absolute best training studio around. Trainers are top notch, group ex is unique and challenging. It's a very welcoming and positive space. It's also very safe. They have installed a fogging machine that disinfects every individual who enters using electrolysed water: perfectly safe. Environize is the name of the company that created it and they are here in London too!

The instructors invest so much positive energy into their classes—which can be geared to any fitness level—so you instantly feel like you belong. Kate, Mike, April, Chloe, Barbara, and Alexa, thank you for everything—I thoroughly enjoyed my spin, barre, strength and mobility, circuit, and joga classes!

Expérience fantastique: There are so many great things to say about this independent gym. Firstly, it is so clean!!! So much thought has been given to the types of products they use to sanitize and their sanitization measures go above and beyond what is required. It is well maintained and all the equipment is top of the line. The group fitness instructors are amazing and motivating and you can see how passionate their team is. This is a place where you feel welcomed in a non intimidating environment, with a variety of classes or personal training (with trainers who actually know what they are doing!) This is a female lead business and I’m proud to be a part of this amazing community even when my attendance can be pretty sparse at times. If you’ve been looking for a gym that cares about you, this is your home.

Expérience fantastique: I signed up for Hi-ignition’s unlimited online membership back in February - since then I have tried every single class with every instructor (I think so anyways especially after the April challenge!!!) and each class was amazing!!!! The staff at Hi-ignition are so incredible and enthusiastic it makes working out so much more FUN. The ability to sign up for any class despite the time and then having a recording sent so I can complete on my own time is life changing and I find myself working out more now than ever!! My favourite would have to be my cousin Rachel’s barre classes! 10/10 recommend this gym.
