Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Lift Haus in Ladysmith since they opened 5 years ago, and it’s hands down the best gym in town. Brian and Angela are amazing, the equipment is very modern and up to date, and the atmosphere/culture is super motivating. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about its members, Lift Haus is the place to be! Highly recommend!

I may be bias because I have previously trained clients as well as having my own membership here, but by being so hands on in this facility I can confidently say no gym has nor will ever measure up to Lift Haus. From the OCD impecable cleaning standards (follow on IG to watch Angela's wild cleaning sprees) to the equipment itself (all new top of the line, always maintained) right down to the lighting, set up, selfie mirrors, incinerating toilets and best of all 24 hr acess!!!! No single detail has been overlooked in this gym and the over the top (at times) love and care that has been poured not only into the facility, but into its members has changed the lives of many. I will be forever greatful for my time as a member and trainer here. If you are considering investing in your health and fitness, this right here is it.

Expérience fantastique: I am a middle aged man who has never been able to incorporate regular gym workouts into my life. I tried a number of times but was never able to overcome the barriers that most of us feel when starting. In one last attempt I signed up with Lift Haus. I have now been working out 2 - 3 times a week for over 2 years at Lift Haus. The only reason I was able to make it, is that this gym is unlike any other I have signed up for. Smaller, cleaner and friendlier both from the owner Angela and the patrons. If you are lucky you may find a gym as nice as this one but you will never find one better than Lift Haus. Thanks Angela for being the catalyst to a much healthier life.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member of the Lift Haus fam for almost six months, but it honestly feels like forever. I’ve had a couple of memberships at larger gyms while living in Calgary several years ago, but nothing compares to The Haus. The facility is clean, organized, and well equipped, and the equipment is well maintained. I was nervous joining a “private” small town gym, but this is the most welcoming group of people I’ve met, and I’m so happy to be a part of this amazing community. 100% recommend Lift Haus to anyone, it’s truly #hometoallwholift.

Now after they doubled(at least) in size and all the new equipment…dream. Also it’s 24/7 which you can’t beat. Everything is always so clean and owners are so friendly and awesome. Wife and I love it.

Expérience fantastique: I checked out lifthaus while I was on the Island, and it's quickly become one of my favorite gyms. I tend to travel quite a bit and hotel gyms don't cut it, so I'm always on the lookout for a solid gym with a top-up based pass system. From the get go, Angela was super friendly and helpful as far as my questions around the membership would workout. As far as the gym itself goes, I have nothing but good things to say about the setup. The equipment is incredibly well maintained, the weight range is fantastic and there are a huge range of handles and attachments. Additionally, everyone I ran into showed a huge amount of respect for each other and the space. Ultimately it's an incredibly enjoyable space to train in with everything you could need and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gym membership in the area. I can't wait until I'm back in the area and get to train there again.

They are friendly, personable and care very much about each clients personal fitness goals. I would very highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age.

Angela does an amazing job of keeping the gym running smoothly and enforcing the COVID safety measures. I honestly felt a connection to this gym. Sadly i moved ,so had to leave lifthaus . My trainer karri was Amazing, Very supportive and really easy to get along with. She knows how to motivate clients and very knowledgeable in nutrition.

It was crystal clear from the moment I walked in that the owners have poured their heart and souls into creating a wonderful welcoming place to train. The small-footprint gym has every thing I need to lift and is extremely well laid out. The owners concern that each member has a great training experience is abundantly evident. Now, the only thing that would make it absolutely perfect is if I could talk the owner into actually doing my leg-day for me ;)

It is obvious that a lot of time and thought has gone into choosing the highest quality equipment and machines to provide the optimum workout for all needs. It is open 24 hours with your key fob. The Staff gives you that personal feel of being valued and appreciated . . At Lift Haus Fitness you are not just a "Number" you are a Person! Angela Warnock's personal training has been such a "breath of fresh air"; Angela brings the experience and confidence you want from a trainer and in no time you will see the results. Angela not only knows what she is talking about but she LIVES her teachings as well . . . for example if you were going for a specific surgery you would of course research for the best qualified physician and with Angela this is what you are getting . . The BEST! It is no surprise that this is why Lift Haus Fitness is the way it is. Together with her husband Brian Warnock . . there vision is truly established.

Expérience fantastique: Lift Haus Fitness is worth the drive, even if you don't live locally in Ladysmith. I make the drive from Nanaimo and will continue to do so! The 24 hour access means that I can go on a whim at any time of day. (My preference really.) I was able to use their GymMaster app to purchase supplements while I was there today. The conveniences aside, the equipment is top quality and music playlist is awesome for the days when you forget your own. Having such knowledgeable and passionate owners is the icing on the cake. If you're having any hesitations about signing up, you can start with a drop-in card or go month-to-month. They have options for everyone! :-)

Expérience fantastique: LIft Haus is providing Ladysmith with a service we've desperately needed. 24 hour 365 days a year access, now we can train/exercise when our schedule permits. The space is strategically laid out and provides more than enough equipment to meet any fitness need. Brian and Angela are very welcoming, excited and encouraging removing any nervousness about starting a fitness journey in a new facility. Most of all they are supportive and between them have a wealth of knowledge and willingness to help out if you find yourself stuck in any situation.

Expérience fantastique: I been begging for a Gym like this in ladysmith for a very long time! Here's why I think it's good: - It's a 24 H / 7 days a week gym. Unlike the Frank Jameson community centre that closes at 9pm everyday or is closed on holidays. It was frustrating because when they're closed I would drive 30mins out of town just to workout in some other gym or not workout at all. Now I can go anytime I want because the Lift Haus gym is 24/7. - They have great quality equipment. It's all sparkly new and feels very sturdy. - The Owners are friendly and very receptive to feedback. I appreciate that they are wanting to know what we need or what could be better. Overall It's a great gym because they have exactly what I'm looking.

They’re the only place in town with 24 hour 7 days a week access, brand new and easy to use/figure out equipment, and it’s a welcoming environment (especially if Tito the dog is there).
