Expérience fantastique: Great gym, great prices. 60 for the month, 45 for 2 weeks 30 for a week and 10 for day pass. Is 24 hours just need to buy the fob. So much equipment and super friendly staff.

Expérience fantastique: Great little gym, very clean and nice facilities. I had 3 days parked up in Labrador city, the young lady on reception was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff and plenty of hardware on site. 24/7 with tap access.

Expérience négative: From my experience the board and members of the staff are bias. They also don’t care about mental health.. PTSD, Anxiety or Depression… ask me, I’ll tell my side of the story because they don’t want to hear the truth.

Expérience fantastique: I really like this place. Very clean, big gym with more than enough equipment. They really did a great job getting this place set up. I’ve been working out a long time. Visited gyms all over and this gym is one of the best.

Expérience fantastique: This is definitely one of my favorite gyms all over CANADA...yes, all over Canada: I travel a lot and go to gym regularly. Hence, tons of experiences with gyms all over the country. Plus points: 1. BIG gym! 2. Very clean and well kept. 3. Very friendly staff; not always always available but available enough! 4. AMAZINGLY low/reasonable rates. Also, no need to sign up for a contract. No monthly withdrawals from your account... In short, no BS you see in many other gyms these days. At this gym, it is still "good old times" prevailing! You go to the staff and say "I wanna use your gym for 2 months (or 6 months or whatever)", pay for two months (very reasonable rate), and that's it! You're all set! Of course, they do have long-term plans at reduced rates, too. However, YOU decide. Nothing is dictated to you. Gym-users in Canada know that this is a rarity these days -unfortunately. 5. Other activities and classes (Brazilian Jujitsu for example) available on site 6. A wide array of various equipment and iron available. No line-ups ever so far as I know. 7. Showers, towels, hygienic products (in keeping with COVID times), ... in abundance. 8. Sauna on site (closed temporarily for COVID-related regulations). 9. Indoor jogging track on second floor (winds around the main area of the gym; visible in some of the pictures I have uploaded). 10. 24-h access Minus points: Really and honestly I cannot think of any but a single one that -truth be told- is related to my personal preference: while there are multiple elliptical units available, there's a particular type which is my favorite. Of this particular type, there's only one unit at this gym! Naturally, at times, another user is on the unit and I have to get busy with some other activity! That's about it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Expérience fantastique: The gym here is awesome. The equipment is all amazing. There are so many options for eveyone with everything from yoga classes, fitness classes, weight room, cardio room and more. There is something for everyone :)

Expérience positive: Clean place, lots of great classes for people, hpowever just not user friendly for people recovering with mobility issues. Have many stairs.

Expérience fantastique: Love this gym. It is not as busy as big city gyms, the equipment are well maintained, staff are friendly, great atmosphere, clean and spacious.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent gym with everything you could ever need! A deadlift platform and squats racks, all the machines you could need. Excellent cardio machines. Classes, spaces, yoga, spin, boxing, TRX, everything!

Expérience positive: Big open space. Brand new equipment. Great place for a workout
