Expérience fantastique: Farr is an amazing trainer. I am 68 yrs young and he keeps me strong, flexible, agile, and out of pain. It is a good space but it is Farr who makes the fitness centre exceptional.

Expérience fantastique: 24 /7 Fitness, Amherstview, is a gem of a gym. It has everything that I was looking for and more: welcoming staff, a focus on cleanliness, and no contract. I like that the gym has a cross section of ages, gender, and fitness levels. I was advised that the membership includes access to a fitness trainer to set up an individualized fitness plan and familiarize gym members with the equipment. I am over 60 years of age and had not been to a gym in decades and felt overwhelmed. To have a tailored fitness plan and to be shown the proper exercise form has been a game changer for me. It has boosted my confidence level and enthusiasm to work out! I would highly recommend 24/7 fitness.

Expérience fantastique: I've been a member for about a year and a half, the gym itself is small but it has all of the essentials. Rarely do I need to wait for equipment.

Expérience fantastique: Great equipment, clean gym, friendly staff. Small gym, so not a huge variety of machines. But the squat rack and bench is very good, they even provide chalk to get in a great lift! Great experience.

I have been going to a gym for nearly 40 years both for personal and competitive training so have experienced many different environments. There is a mature and respectful environment here that makes it easier for all ages to coexist comfortably. Thank you to Bambi, staff and members.

Expérience fantastique: i personally drove 130KM daily to go here this gym is one of the best facilities I’ve ever been to the owner BAMBI is super nice and genuine cares for all her members!! I highly recommend you go there ASAP and check out the amazing facility

Expérience fantastique: This gym appeals to both advanced lifters and beginners by giving an old school body building feel with a modern touch. There's everything you need to grow or maintain. Open 24 hours a day. Locally owned, private, clean and staff is friendly. 10/10
