Expérience fantastique: Sean and Karen offer one on one strength training on a weekly schedule. Slow reps, 10 seconds to lift and 10 seconds to lower. 5 machines which you spend about 2 minutes on each piece of equipment. They start with a consult to evaluate your personal needs and get you set up. Resistance training that will reverse the effects of osteoporosis amoung so many other benefits. There is another kwik fit location in Niagara Falls. Its amazing how 15 minutes a week will change the way your body feels. Gain strength with intense resistance training. Small, Private and personal sessions. Very motivating personal training without spending hours at the gym.
