Expérience fantastique: CrossFit Okanagan somehow manages to house some of the most impressive athletes I’ve ever met while still maintaining a fun, welcoming environment. The coaches really care about their members and it shows. I’m so happy to call this gym home.

Expérience fantastique: This is the first ever crossfit I went to. The initial training and introductory classes by Mike were really good, and motivated me to join the group classes. I was not a very strong person when i joined, but everyone is really supportive and encouraging - the coaches and the other members too. There are so many options in the group session timings that even if I missed one i could attend another and it would be equally fun and energizing. I'm moving to Burnaby soon and hate to leave this wonderful community. I'm going to miss all the coaches - especially Trisha, Heidi, Mike. I'm going to miss you all.

Expérience fantastique: I used to train at Crossfit Okanagan regularly before I moved to Alberta. The classes are always great and the community is awesome. All the trainers are amazing! They are always making sure everybody is comfortable with the movements, making adjustments when needed and they personalized advices for your level of fitness in a very comprehensive way to make you progress and enjoy the process. It was the first place I stopped after driving from Alberta yesterday to visit Kelowna. I needed to move my body after a long drive. The warmup was super interactive and I got the good workout I was looking for. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: Great gym! I was really nervous to start CrossFit because of some pre existing injuries. In every class each trainer has been diligent in making sure the modifications are still challenging to promote progress while taking into account my limitations. Great leadership makes for a great gym environment & I’m excited to continue training here.

The community is super warm and simply awesome. I’ve learned so much and gained confidence in my body’s ability to lift heavy things. :). I’m going to be 58 years old in a few months. I felt completely welcome here. There are other older people working out here too. I felt intimidated at first but not anymore. Best CrossFit in Kelowna!

The holistic and thoughtful approach they take with each workout and the consideration they give to each member in class makes for a really safe, fun, and empowering experience for all. I have joined many gyms and had many spin memberships but I have never experienced such great effort from everyone that aims to maximize safety and ensures everyone gets the most out of their time and effort in consideration of how they might feel that day.

Everyone we worked out with was great as well, very challenging WOD on this particular day! We would definitely come back when in town, absolutely recommend CrossFit Okanagan!

Expérience fantastique: I came for a 6 week work contract and was immediately greeted and it’s felt like a home away from home. The supportive coaching and family vibe is one like no other! I will definitely be coming back.

Expérience fantastique: We rallied Troy and Trish as our team trainers this season for ringette. Our team showed up every week, motivated by what Troy and Trish were teaching them. Not only did they teach them proper lifting movements and training tools but also focused on what it mentally takes to be an athlete. Our girls thrived in this environment and went on to win the provincial championships. We know Troy and Trish were part of this week. Any team needing dryland and fitness training needs to come to Crossfit Okanagan. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: My partner and I dropped in for a class and 2 Open workouts in Feb 2023. We had a pretty tight schedule and we loved the open gym option to complete our open workouts between classes. The gym was really clean and had great facilities. Got to meet some of the community who were all very friendly and super helpful with local things to do and places to eat. Awesome coaches who were very accommodating and made for a smooth and great experience for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning and hope to do so in the very near future! Thanks for having us team! Expérience fantastique: Great coaches, great community. They meet you at whatever skill level you're at and break down the movements before each class. If you want to challenge yourself, grow in strength and get a great workout in (while having fun with a great crew), CFOK is an excellent choice.

Expérience négative: I got verbally and almost physically assaulted by who I’m assuming was the night janitor when we were walking by. Please fire this man before he assaults anyone when else. Cops will be involved

Over the past 6 years I've visited or been a part of 25+ crossfit gyms and I will strongly say the crew at CFOK is one of the best there is!

Expérience fantastique: I loved this place! I went to CFOK 6 times while travelling through BC. The programming is fantastic - challenging and fun! The coaches guide the class with thorough explanations of the WOD and check each person for mods etc. Great people, Great space to WOD - wish I was here everyday!

Having the women's only classes help if you are nervous about starting, and the coaches are so great about encouraging you within your abilities to push to your limits while keeping you safe. It's basically personal training for a fraction of the price!
