Their knowledge, equipment and training atmosphere are second to none. All you have to do is go to One Life and meet them and you will know what I am talking about.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is AAA quality equipment and the same cal labor in the training department. The results i have seen in my body are tremendous over the last year and a half . My runs as a result are stronger as well as my outside activities are much easier,quading,sledding,even yard work and snow-shoveling are a breeze now! The staff is fun we have some great laughs while at the same time getting a great workout without missing a beat! I Love One Life and i highly recommend this gym!

Expérience négative: Called to ask if they had an infrared sauna and the lady who answered couldn't even tell me.. She said she was just a receptionist and I could leave a voice mail for another office member.. Excuse me but your receptionist should have basic knowledge of your facility. Not interested in anywhere that can't even have basic knowledge of the facility equipment.

Expérience fantastique: Workout has always been hard for me until I met Sean. Sean is super motivated. With his personalized workout and diet plan, I'm able to reach my goal and lost 25lb in 3 months. I could barely run half a mile 3 months ago, and now I'm able to run 2 miles under 20 mins which is a big improvement for me. It's hard workout, but totally worth it!
