Expérience négative: My daughter has been part of this gym for 3 years and was going on her 4th when we decided to pull her out. They are not transparent with the way they allocate their funds. If you are unsure about this gym, make sure you leave within the 10-day buyer's remorse; otherwise, if you are enrolled in the monthly payments... good luck getting any money back if you are paying month-to-month. They have an athlete commitment fee of $1115.31 that is charged after the 10 days; however nowhere in the contract do they advertise this fee, only a general description that there are admin fees and disbursements. They won't show you a breakdown of their refund policy, only that there is a 25% admin fee and disbursement fees removed from what you have paid. I waited three weeks to learn that the refund I was waiting for is actually not a refund at all. My daughter has some health issues, we withdrew her mid-August with very few practices, as this is a summer period with less time in the gym, I paid $1093 in fees since mid-May to find out today via email when I had to ask again, this was the response I got from the gym: "The refund policy states 'Fees paid less fees disbursed by the gym, plus a 25% administrative fee.' At the time of your withdrawal, the allocated fees that we distributed based on your athlete's commitment to the season was $1,115.31, and the fees paid were $1093.24." This is insane! Why tell me I would receive a refund when that is not at all what was happening. There should be more transparency. Fees should be broken down so parents can make an informed decision if they are unsure whether to continue within the 10 days. Had I known this, I would never have continued with the gym and would have cancelled her contract within the 10 days. She was placed on Vibe level 4.2 with an amazing coach, and that is the only reason we pushed through the summer. We almost didn't register this year because of how poorly things were organized last season, especially the year-end banquet. They had food trucks outside to feed the girls and it was clear that they cut costs at the expense of the girl's year-end party which they worked their asses off to get. I gave the gym another chance this year, but after this.. there is no way I will ever recommend this gym going forward. Horrible way to leave, but I think all parents should be made aware so they can make an informed decision. I wonder if the banquet will be better this year, hopefully it won't be like last year. I felt sick to my stomach watching the girls faces in disgust. Each team had an allocated time slot in the gym and was given food from the food trucks, a little speech and few pics.. that was it. It was so poorly done and a lot of the parents complained. This is supposed to be a celebratory event, not a rushed, here is your food and now you can leave. So sad.

Expérience fantastique: The facility surprised me. As first year cheer parents, my wife and I were not sure what to expect. The facility is amazing. The coaches are fantastic and everyone is very helpful. Great organization and very well rub.

Expérience négative: Tumbling camp was a disappointment. The coaches focused on children who were “sharks” already and left the others mostly up to their own devices. I hope management can use this feedback to improve future camps.

Expérience négative: It's extremely expensive for what it is. The facilities are so dirty and gross. Who knows when the last time they cleaned the floors, mats, and bathrooms.

Expérience négative: Please, please be aware that if you are ever ordering clothes from their website it us a virtual nightmare. They will take your money immediately...let me assure you of that. It's been TWO months all the management team does is flip emails to other people when you are desperately trying to find a solution to why your clothes are not 'in' yet. They don't care about the clothes what you ordered if the order is right. They haven't got a working website that allows you the option of adding anything such personalization of let's say a sweatshirt UNLESS you email the company(which no one will answer or let you know they received any type of email..) the specific order and then when you do email you get a response saying the 'CHEER sport' team doesn't really 'check in' with their emails EXCEPT every two weeks is the minimum and according to one staff I spoke too 'they have better things to concentrate on like try-outs and not to say clothes are on the back burner..but they are on the back burner"-direct quote. Imagine trying to contact a company when their phone messages say this sort of stuff. You are very lucky to get what you ordered and it will be extremely unorganized, no one to contact and very emotionally hard on the person trying to order or make anything right.
