Expérience fantastique: I have been a member for 3 years. Absolutely enjoy the pool-salt water & windows to see outside. The gym is NOT a regular hotel gym. This gym has everything I used at Movati with less crowds! The gym has just been renovated-new floors & equipment. The staff are welcoming & always helpful. If you want less crowded gym, saunas, hot tub and pool, this is the place to come!

Expérience fantastique: I always feel like I’m on vacation when I drive into the parking garage. Love the gym and pool. On the days that I m in a hurry I especially enjoy using the hot tub and dry sauna in the ladies change room. Everything is so convenient.

Expérience négative: They don't know what they're doing. Several months after cancelling, which requires you to fill in a form (that is, when they provide you with the RIGHT form to fill in...), they started charging again my credit card. Update 2023/07/10: confirmed Flex Studio refund went through.
