Expérience fantastique: "A Welcoming Haven for Shy Beginners!" I was initially hesitant to step into a gym, but FitLife completely changed my perspective. The staff's warmth and knowledge instantly put me at ease. They created an environment where even a shy person like me felt comfortable, making my fitness journey enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: Very nice gym! Always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. My favorite gym for sure. I just wish it was open on weekends evenings!

Expérience positive: It does the job. It is a small space but it has all the necessary equipment, a few fitness classes, a sauna and showers. Clean environment but pricey considering what is included and limited class times.

Expérience fantastique: When QC gyms shut down, I needed to find a replacement and came across Fit Life Gym in Hawkesbury. Let me tell you, it was well worth the 100km trip to train there! The gym is clean, the staff friendly and helpful and just an overall great fitness centre. I typically go to World Gym in Griffintown and let me tell you they could learn a thing or two from the Fit Life crew on how to properly manage and maintain a gym! Great job to everyone at Fit Life, thank you for being my temporary home and I look forward to training there again soon

Expérience positive: Great friendly, CLEAN gym, lots of choice whether it be free classes in with your subscription or pay to play, free weights or machines, something for everyone, would like to see more in terms of a basic plan included with the evaluation, think that was somewhat lacking, this may be quite daunting for a 'newbie', however, they do have personal trainers on site. Cost is very affordable too, currently around $700/yr..

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in town! Clean, kind and a very helpful staff. Everyone who works there knows their stuff. The equipment is really well maintained and there are so many different options in terms of workout programs that there is something for everyone; whether you are a hard core muscle machine or a long distance runner they know how to train you and have the equipment and techniques to support you.
