Expérience fantastique: Good gym
Expérience positive: Nice clean gym been going here for years! However after visiting some other gyms i realized that this gym is missing a hip thrust machine. It would be a huge plus for anyone goes here and mostly every gym has them now. I understand it’s a small gym but there is still space for it by the seated calf raise machine facing towards the wall. Might not sound like a big deal but I’ve chosen to do all my leg days at a different gym. Keeping my membership for now because of proximity but will probably end up cancelling. Reply: I understand and I don’t mean to come off rude, just some feedback as many other people agree as well. Standing calf raise machine is also much more effective and space saving than seated. There’s only two racks as noted and many exercises are done there by everyone so it’d be nice to reduce that!

As you are aware, the seated calf machine, as noted in your review, was recently added as a consequence of feedback from the members at the club.We will add, remove or replace equipment based on overall utilization and member feedback to ensure that members continually experience the ultimate fitness workout at Binbrook Gym.We appreciate your understanding that a lot of thought and effort is put into the equipment decisions at the club.Please note that the hip thrusting exercise can be performed on one of the two Max Rack machines in the gym, as many other members do.We would appreciate if you could remove the unfair review.Thanks!

Expérience négative: Unprofessional environment. I called multiple times to schedule a free trial, no response even after a voice-mail. I then emailed and scheduled a time. I waited for over 25 mins for my scheduled time where I called multiple times to get an update but of course no one ever picks up. i didn't even get a courtesy phone call or email to let me know that they are running late. I scheduled my whole day around this. I then get an email that they are running late after 45mins of waiting ONLY after i emailed them first.
Hi Margarita,Once again, we apologize for missing your scheduled complimentary workout at the club on Wednesday, February 7th at 5pm. On that particular day, we had one staff member covering both our Binbrook and Grimsby locations. That person was in Grimsby during the afternoon on February 7th and unfortunately got stuck in traffic on their way to meet you in Binbrook. Because they were driving, they were not able to call or email you to let you know that they were running late. As soon as they arrived in Binbrook, they reached out to you to apologize for being late and attempted to reschedule your 5 p.m. appointment. Two days later, you asked by email to come back on the Saturday. Because our club is not staffed on the weekends, we offered to meet you at the club on Monday, February 12th any time between 3pm and 8pm. You just replied to our email today to let us know that you were no longer interested and posted this one-star review.For the benefit of any reader of your review of the club, as noted in your email to the club dated February 6, 2024, you stated that ”you had previously called the club a few months ago, were provided with information with respect to a one day free trial, and were looking to come in on the following day”, February 7, 2024. We have no record of you contacting the club by phone again in the past few months up until the date of your February 6, 2024 email to the club.Lastly, we feel it’s important to note that we do maintain a high level of professionalism at our clubs, which includes responding to voicemail messages daily during our staffed hours. The only exception is where we’ve already replied by email to the person who left us a message. To suggest that nobody ever answers the phone or responds to voicemail messages is wholly inaccurate.The club would appreciate if you would remove your unfair review.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym, very clean and modern. I am new to Binbrook and always been a big-box gym goer but I was easily converted! They are very safety-focused amidst all of the new by-law changes and do a great job communicating updates to members. The gym itself never appears “too busy” at any given time of the day. This gym is ideal for anyone who doesn’t need all of the extras that bigger gyms offer (classes, towel service, tanning, etc.).

I recently moved so I unfortunately had to cancel my membership and am hoping I find something close to as nice in the new city. Even cancelling was very easy which is always appreciated because I didn't want to get billed when I am not able to use. Great experience from beginning to end!

Expérience fantastique: I love this gym. It's quiet and never too busy. Everyone works out on their own and you dont feel judged. Its very nice inside and the equipment is exceptional. The washrooms/showers are clean and private. I highly recommend it if you like cardio and weights but not classes.

Expérience fantastique: Great Gym! I often go with some of my girlfriends. I seriously do not understand the people who are saying it is crazy packed. I have gone at all types of different hours and not once did I find it overwhelming. That being said it is a public place, be respectful, ask for a turn on a piece of equipment if you really want one and its been occupied for while. Everyone is very friendly if you want private equipment than no gym will be right for you except your own home. When you are part of a gym you are part of a community so take advantage of that, make some friends. I love how friendly the staff is and I have never had anyone lingering over me for equipment and anytime I wanted something. If what I wanted to use was in use, there are plenty of other options in the mean time. This is a very clean gym! Which is so nice I have been to many of the bigger Gyms where the gym goers and staff do not take care of the equipment. Give it a try and with the flexibility of not having to be locked into a contract what do you have to lose?

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym, it's always a great experience going. The machines/equipment are all in mint condition and immaculately clean all the time, and there is enough variety that I've never had to wait for a machine or weight, (something that was a problem at my last gym). Staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been at Binbrook Gym already longer than any other gym I've signed up for in the past, and I intend to stay there!
