I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you want to join a community of people who truly want to see you better yourself! Also worth checking out Fusion next door if you love strength training, highly highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I literally worked in a gym for 3.5 years and never got over my anxiety about working out in front of other people. I tried this out because a friend invited me and immediately, I'm obsessed. Super welcoming with no judgemental vibes at all, and as a person with an eating disorder history I love that there's no heart rate or calorie tracking, and that they put the emphasis fully on just having a good time. I've been really sedentary for over a year now and I wasn't sure I'd be able to handle a 50 minute class, but everything is paced really well. If I can do it, literally anyone can. Very grateful my friend got me to try it out!

Expérience négative: Would have loved to sign up for a membership, however every class within a 2 week span is either on a waitlist or has a completely full waitlist meaning you can’t even try to get in. It seems that they have grown their clientele except have not adjusted the amount of classes to accommodate their members. I called to ask about this and the person on the phone told me to just join the waitlists. Lol, I’m going to pay a LOT of money to just join waitlists? No thanks. You’ve lost a customer.

I love that it’s always so clean and there’s plenty of staff usually available to help people out. Julia’s classes are amazing - she has such a powerful presence that is incredibly motivating and energetic. I always love her playlists and even if it’s an unfamiliar song, her energy and words are inspiring to really keep you going!

Luckily the staff was (is) super friendly and very attentive. I felt completely at ease the moment I walked through the front door. When you go you will be pleasantly surprised with super helpful and welcoming staff that will show you around the studio as well correctly set you up on your designated bike before the start of class. For the actual class expect great music, exceptional instructors, a motivating environment, and an intense workout. I would recommend everyone to try a class and experience it yourselves, it is truly a step above and you will not regret it!

Right from the start I felt welcome - and also felt the burn. Each time I go, because of the nature of the exercise, the encouragement from the instructors, and the bangers they play, I leave sweating and smiling. Everybody greets you with a warm smile, the instructors are friendly, passionate and welcoming to all types of riders, and all of the music is bumpin'. You feel like you are working out with all of your best friends. Every Monday I look forward to signing up for new classes the following week, which are quite often theme rides. I personally recommend padded bike shorts for friends/guests that are first timers to spinning to minimize seat pain after those first few classes :)

Expérience fantastique: I was very anxious before coming here, as I gained lots of weight during the pandemic and have always feared being judged or not being able to keep up when getting back into working out. As SOON as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest people, and blown away by the incredible support and just overall encouraging environment that Spinco Hamilton provides. I have so far done 6 classes with Avery and Meghan, and I am ADDICTED to say the least. Each class, I feel stronger and like I am able to keep up better and I feel so motivated to push myself each time. The classes are so much fun and have turned into things I look forward to attending, rather than dreading (because sometimes I dread workouts). Avery and Meghan are fantastic instructors and know how to push you and make you work your hardest but still make sure you're comfortable (and I am sure the other instructors are amazing as well, as everyone there is awesome). Overall, 10/10 recommend. Not only is the staff amazing, but so are the people who go to the classes, as everyone is SO friendly and encouraging and it really makes you feel like part of a community. I only wish I had started going sooner.

It was one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had throughout the city. The instructor and members were so motivating. The music and whole vibe was like a club on a Friday night! We booked another ride as soon as we left and are bringing another friend!

My husband probably thought I was crazy! I usually don’t like at home workouts but Jessica did such a great job. I mean it was no different from her regular classes but it was just so damn fun !

I tried my first class with Megan and was hooked. I've tried a million other exercise classes and I've never been this excited to go to keep going... I even convinced the hubs to join me and he loved it too. The owner and every single staff member have excellent customer service skills and have truly created an atmosphere that makes you want to show up, commit, and grow. It's the perfect marriage of physical fitness and mental wellness and I can't imagine NOT doing this long term.

Spinco by far had the most intense health checks of any other fitness class I attended, and I commend them for that. This business, the owners, and the entire Spinco community are amazing. This support and confidence in the business is clearly shown if you compare the reviews left by its members vs. people who obviously have no affiliation to Spinco.

Expérience fantastique: I love spin because it FUN! I am not a cardio fan, yet the instructors are always able to get me to work hard. They are intentional about fostering community and self-love. I definitely recommend this business! Side note: I do not think it is fair that people, who have no connection to the studio, are posting negative reviews. It is malicious and judgmental. Spinco exceeded public health guidelines and this ordeal has been a learning curve for everyone. Stay gracious, folks!

Expérience fantastique: As a rider at the Hamilton Spinco location I was SO impressed with the COVID policies put in place to keep riders safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is absolutely awful to see the outbreak happen here, especially after so many extra safety measures were put in place. I was truly heart broken as the business shut its doors, it brought so many people joy and an outlet during this crazy time, but of course completely understand the circumstances. As we move forward, I hope the public remembers that there was NO assistance given to business to help them weather this COVID storm. Their options were to open and hope you can keep your doors open with the new restrictions, or stay closed and hope you have enough money in the bank to pay rent and feed your family, indefinitely. Tying the hands of business owners everywhere but also shifting the blame to business owners if they choose to open. I will happily and gladly continue to support this small, locally owned business when they re-open.
