Expérience négative: Terrible service, I'm waiting for my and my partner's money back. I've been waiting for more than 8 months and I haven't received the refund. Additional when the return was requested they would be in a bad way it is as if you were forced to be there. Initially they told me that the return was going to take a month but it's been more than eight months and there has been no refund
Expérience négative: I got a membership here and realized quickly it wasn't really for me. It's reasonably well equipped for bodybuilding but the members don't do a good job of taking care of the gym. Dumbbells were in the wrong place, bars weren't cleared after use etc. Overall I decided this wasn't the place for me, but I am also a relatively strong powerlifter and it didn't feel conducive to that style of training. This is where I had the same issues that others have described. I spent months and months trying to get a refund, despite coming in in-person to sign paperwork within the time limit, having to call repeatedly, sending emails in any attempt to document my attempts and keep some sort of paper trail. Every time I was blown off, told some issue was holding it up etc. Finally I got a call from Beth telling me to come in and get my refund in-person. At that point I spoke to the owner who wasn't informed of any of this which lead to about a 45 minute conversation/argument which he took very personally despite me trying to be as professional as possible. There are some SERIOUS management issues at this gym. Eventually I had to file a credit card dispute for the refund, after months of trying to deal with the gym. I give this place a 2/5 because if you pay up front you CAN get a solid deal on a well equipped independent bodybuilding gym which is worth something, but I would not recommend giving them billing information or signing up for monthly payments.
Yaroslav the precise reason why we didnt supply a cheque for refund is due to you telling us you had disputed it with the credit card company. You told us this at he time of cancellation. Like any other company we do not want to pay out twice.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in town lots of improvements from the past the staff is incredible, John is the man! also the selection when it comes to equipment is unmatched easily the best gym in hamilton if not ontario. the gym offers specific equipment for high level of sports training that other gyms just dont offer, highly recommend this gym for any goals weather its to stay healthy lose weight or training to become a professional athlete
Expérience négative: Closes way to early even one or two more hours would be a great help as someone who often works late on both weekends and weekdays. For the price especially.
Expérience fantastique: Clean gym, Everytime I come in here, it isn't busy which is great to get your workout in without waiting for someone to get off a machine. The new Boxing Gym is beautiful. It definitely got my attention. It's located where the swimming pool used to be. I miss that pool. However, the new boxing set-up is a must see.
Expérience négative: I never do these reviews but this is concerning and needs to be addressed; Zero stars is possible. Such a disgraceful, gross and scam of a gym. Bathrooms are atrocious and unusable, steam rooms never work and management is a joke. My girlfriend and I signed up for a year contract and got told by management after the year, if we wanted to keep our membership we would be able to continue our membership at the discounted price. We moved with 4 months remaining and inquired about membership cancellation the month of contract ending. Despite this, we are still being charged. We moved provinces, not towns!! We are being told we have to come into the building as per act. 4 months after the fact, still being charged until we are in the building. We aren’t home until Christmas and will be charged until the time being, I guess? This is the ONLY facility who refuses to cancel my membership. This should speak a lot about the business they run and how much they care for the people. DON’T SIGN UP HERE !!
Expérience négative: Water fountains are absolutely disgusting for over two years. If you plan on signing up bring your own water bottles unless you enjoy mystery green slime. I brought this to their attention over a year ago. Gym owner should be embarrassed and everyone is sick of the lack of cleanliness and access to clean water. This will be my last month paying.
Expérience fantastique: This gym has made a lot of improvements! The equipment is amazing and there’s plenty available if you’re looking to build. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always there to answer questions. Most of the members are friendly too, which creates a real family vibe. Beth, the manager, has truly turned this club around. Washrooms are cleaner and functionable, a new boxing area, hired a cleaner who is always on the go, air-condition is working, she is always there to answer any concerns or to have a chat. The vibe feels so much better, John at the front desk always greets you with a smile, and is always upbeat and approachable. The whole staff is incredible, and it makes such a difference. If you’re looking for a gym with a positive atmosphere and great equipment, this is the place to join! Chris Ferringo

Expérience négative: DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM GYM. IT IS A BIG SCAM. STARTING FROM THE SUPERVISORS AND ALL. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER MORE THAN 12 MONTHS AND TGEY ARE STILL STEALING THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. When I joined this scam gym , the supervisors asked me for $3800 for 4 weeks of training and I stoped going to the gym on second week and they were cutting the money from my account. YOU WILL BE REGRET JOINING THIS SCAM GYM.

Expérience négative: BUYER BEWARE - I am sharing my son’s experience with Body Pro Gym to hopefully prevent other young people from being taken advantage of by this or any other gym. Their standard practice of deception, avoidance, and gaslighting has been explained in previous reviews, so I won’t go into detail. In short, John misled my son and then flat out lied to him about the cancellation of his membership. This was especially upsetting because my son was a co-op student at Body Pro when he was in high school, and John was his supervisor, so he trusted him. After that, Beth sent my son a condescending text where she gaslit him and basically called him a liar. While their practices are morally and ethically questionable and may seem like a “scam” as other reviewers have claimed, they aren't illegal, and Body Pro is not the only gym that does this. PROTECT YOURSELF - If you want to cancel your gym membership: 1. DO NOT tell anybody this over the phone – nobody will ever be available to take your call or see you in person again. 2. If you go in person to cancel your membership DO NOT LEAVE without getting proof IN WRITING of your cancellation. 3. If you cannot get anyone to give you written proof of your cancellation, DO SEND a registered letter that clearly states that you are cancelling your membership and request that proof of your cancellation be sent to you. The gym is a business, not your friend!
Beth did not call your son a liar she explained to him that we do not accept cancellations by phone at which time he kept isisting he had called the gym several times. If we cancelled by phone we would have no record and we follow the prepaid services act set out by the government also please be advised most people will cancel by registered letter especially they have moved and did not make it into the club before doing so. All gyms ask for thirty days notice in writing because we do not run our own billing and we need ample time to cancel the membership. Expérience négative: Went here a few years ago. I quit and when I went in to discontinue the SMELL was horrific. Sewage. I was ready to vomit The woman who is was talking to wanted to sell me more things. I literally had 4k worth of personal training sessions and told them to keep it. I wasn't coming back. Fast forward to a year later and I received phone calls and texts from2 different numbers to rejoin. I told them to stop contacting me but they kept on. I blocked them. It smells. Equipment is always broken. My pt was not getting paid. And others weren't as well. Stay away.

Despite repeated visits and requests over 6+ months, I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I go there, I only get excuses. They still haven’t refunded my money. This shows very poor management, zero accountability, and a complete lack of customer care. If you’re considering joining, be very careful. Expérience négative: Tons of machines which is great but also feels crammed in there. You never wait for anything basically the reason I stay. No one ever wipes down their machines coupled with they run out of spray and paper towels frequently. Google suggests pool and sauna but both have been under construction for some time now. Pool is actually being turned into a boxing studio, once complete it looks like it will be pretty awesome. Staff don’t seem too happy to be there, but all of this is just observations. Take it with a grain of salt.

Expérience négative: Called to cancel my membership today and the manager is not in and they told me over the phone that I have to come in to cancel? I literally moved like an hour away and I have to drive all the way back there to cancel in person? I keep seeing a lot of reviews stating they are having a hard time getting their memberships canceled .. this is the second time I’ve called and they told me I have to come in person and haven’t been able to help me. I’m past my contract so I shouldn’t have any issues getting it cancelled. If I call back tomorrow and I get the same answers I will be doing what that one customer suggested and I will be blocking them from my bank. I work to hard for my money to be messed around with like this.
You may follow the agreement which is governed by the government cancel in person during certain hours or simply send a registered letter in the post. Most clients do send registerd letter if they cant get in. 30 days notice is required and also noted on the agreement

She was rude and very unhelpful, basically called me a liar on the phone and huffed and puffed as I tried to explain my situation. I’ve never resulted in my life to on the phone arguing with a manager or customer service representative until today.. Sucks because Jon was very nice and the gym had lots of equipment but I will never be going back there. SCAM do not sign up!

Expérience positive: Ones again it's way to hot to work out at body pro. Why is it you can walk in to any other gym around Hamilton and I've never had problems. It's always nice and cold walking in to bodypro but soon as you go up stairs welcome to Texas baby it's every year broking promise sucks I do love the gym.

Hi Sufyan I am sorry to hear that you feel the changerooms are not up to par. Bodypro has a fulltime cleaning crew on and the washrooms and steamroom are cleaned throughout the day and deep cleaned and disinfected every night when the club is closed. I will most certainly look into this claim and alternatively you can ask to see the Manager of the club to discuss any issues you may have.

Expérience fantastique: Marianna and I are grateful to have spent 10 days with Beth @ the gym preparing for summer shredding. I have been in the business for 40 years and I have to say that this is by far the biggest and most pleasant gym I have ever trained in. The selection of equipment is endless and the respectful way the members treat each other is unparalleled. A warm and loving hug and a huge thank you again, from Switzerland - we will be back. Expérience négative: Was a member for the last 10 months. The gym's good, large & spacious with tons of machines, reminds you of the old school Golds gym for bodybuilders, staff has been nice. Gritty gym. Probably won't find anything else like it near Hamilton DT (closest I think is the GoodLife on Stone or the Mississauga gyms). The bad: * When I initially signed up Oct 3 2023 by former rep, Andrew Tassone, I was hesitant to sign up for a full 12 month contract as I knew I would be moving to DT Toronto before the 12 month is up. Andrew reassured me that he can write on my original contract a note that "if I provide proof of relocation" we could cancel a few months early, no problem. * I went in today to cancel early, Aug 12 2024, and the establishment presented a couple things 1) Andrew was no longer with the business and because he didn't get manager approval/signature back in Oct 2023, they will not honour his commitment. Manager approval seems subjective here as Andrew presented himself as the sign off personnel. 2) Management also made the incredulous suggestion that his note could've been recently added (by me or Andrew) to get out of the contract early, insinuating that I'm now the one defrauding the business My contract is up in 2 months, regardless monetarily wise, not a big deal all in all and not worth fighting over. TLDR: to new members, either previous BodyPro sales rep was known to be defrauding customers. (OR - the business fired Andrew and just framed him to get out of it's obligations, I wouldn't know) I would try to get as much in writing as I can and seemingly, as many signatures as possible on the final document in case someone gets fired in the meanwhile, especially if you rely on special considerations from the business.
Hi Eden, I am sorry that you have had a poor experience. We do have to honor the original membership contracts and on the front of your contract it does show that the membership package you chose states that you have committed to a 1 year membership. We did offer to give you any time that you were unable to use. I believe you spoke with Beth today when you were in and we tried to explain that we cannot honor anything but the original agreement. I dont even know what proof of move means. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you . I am glad you enjoyed the gym and that you loved our equipment . We hope to see you again.!

Expérience positive: It is really nice gym, nice equipment, u never wait for machine.BUT the person supposed to open gym at morning at 6 am. Sometimes forget to open I go 3 times a week (mon, wed, friday) and my partner goes other 3 day a week and it happens both of us. I waited an hour nobody come and open. As today JULY 30 again same thing happended Management: PLS make sure someone Open gym At 6 am. Such nice gym dont make your client upset about it.

Expérience fantastique: Incredibly well equipped and supplied gym. Very clean and maintained well. Friendly staff and good vibe overall, other patrons very welcoming. Haven't even had a chance to check out the pool yet. The cardio and barbell room could use a few fans for cross ventilation but otherwise been enjoying workouts here already!
Expérience négative: By far the worse gym I’ve been too. Management is beyond incompetent at their job. Wrap you into contracts that are for a year then charge you monthly after your CONTRACT IS UP. If you work a long hr day if you aren’t in by 5 good luck canceling. Equipment is half broken. Roof leaks uncontrollably when it rains can’t use the stuff you want to use because it’s wet. Waited over 2 weeks for a single call back but I had to keep making the calls give you a time they’ll call back and you’re forgot about right away. The automated message they have about there’s always a manager in is false I called at 9:15 got told wait an hr I called back oh she just left. There is no way of getting ahold of who you need. Can’t do anything over the phone even tho I’ve dealt with many gyms who’ve allowed it. Last time I wrote a review I’m guessing owner or part owner Charmaine called me on her own personal phone to press me about my review and if I’m not wrong that’s not legal as she used my private info in their system to make personal call to me. Not a company phone her personal phone. I really recommend you think twice about joining this place as it’ll leave the worst taste in your mouth afterwards. Yes I have am owing fee so before you try and humiliate me on a reply. Yes I haven’t been the best customer with paying but aye is what it is moneys tight and unfortunately they force you into a year because they already. Know how bad of an experience it’ll be for you after the second month. DO NOT CALL MY PERSONAL PHONE AGAIN FROM YOUR PERSONAL PHONE OR ELSE I WILL GO FOR HARASSMENT
Expérience négative: When we joined the gym, our only requirement was to be able to bring in our 6 year old with us and we signed up as we were told that we can do it 100%. However, 3 weeks after, we were told, that we cannot bring our kid. The management gave contradicting information, and acted utterly unprofessional. The manager refrained from meeting us despite of us waiting for hours to meet her. All they cared was our money!!! They wanted our money for a year as we signed the agreement already. So we ended up paying our dues for a year without even sighting the gym ( we only went there for 3 weeks, but paid for a year!!!!) Overall, the worst experience of my life and would not recommend this gym to anyone.
Expérience négative: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Bodypro Gym. I was charged twice in one month for my membership, and despite contacting their staff multiple times over the last 10 days, I have received no solution. The manager is never available to take calls or meet in person, and the staff always claim she is busy or in a meeting. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the lack of accountability and resolution. I would not recommend this gym to anyone based on my experience.

Expérience positive: Great atmosphere with lots of variety of machines. The issue is no set pricing, they find out as much as they can about you and then charge based on that.
Expérience négative: Absolutely disgusted by the remarks from the general manager, Carmen. Today my husband and I went in to cancel our memberships, as we have a 3 month old and decided a home gym was a better solution for us. Carmen's sad attempt at retaining our business was to tell my husband that I ' needed to make the time to get back in shape after the baby' and insinuating I'm fat and won't lose weight using a home gym. Whoever let this rude and miserable woman work in a customer service position is out of their mind. We will never return to this run down over priced gym and will never recommend it to anybody
Hello Jade,When you came into the club today to cancel your membership we did so promptly. The job of the membership team is to try and help people to stay in shape and in doing so your husband said you had just had a baby . The Manager was trying to explain that although you are a new Mom , to try and carve out some time for yourself and to get back into the shape you were in before the baby is something we specialize in. We do pre and post natal programs for many people that have had children to help them to stay on track and to continue to look after themselves. We were unaware if you were aware of this service. There was absolutely no judgement made to either you or your husband, just simply trying to let you both know there are options instead of quitting which is what your husband said when he came in. Bodypro strives to change lives for the better and we were trying to do that today with you both. We wish you all the best with your new baby and your personal fitness goals.
Expérience négative: One of the worst places ,a year ago i signed up a contract with this gym start going for couple months and then stopped and i called the gym and i asked to stop my membership they said we cant stop it its a contract i said its fine just can you stop it whenever the contract is done the lady said am gonna put a note on your profile to stop renewing the membership when the contract is done , i said okay that sounds gd after my contract was done they charged me 2 more months and when i went there to check whats happening she said the contract is done 2 months ago and its auto renewing i said okay can stop it she said that they have to charge me one more months because i have to give 30 days notice ,which i did before 6 months She kept going in circles and dinying what she told me about the note on my profile to stop the renewing, best advice never go there once u joined their gym u can’t cancel till they take all ur money . **yesterday i wrote this review and today i got a phone call from. The gym the lady told me that they were working my refund but as soon as they saw my review they dont wanna do it any more and she was threatening me that if i dont take off the review they gonna talk to their lawyers super unprofessional gym and what said was 100% real and all of the 1 star reviews are writing what i wrote
Hello Marvin All members that would like to cancel their membership follow the same procedure. We require thirty days notice to cancel. . This was explained to you when you came into the club to cancel and is written on the front of your membership agreement. The reason the membership is set to auto renew is because most members want to continue exercising after their first year agreement on a month to month basis. Any member that wants to cancel can simply come into the club and receive written receipt of the cancellation. Also Marvin My membership coordinator called you to see why you were so upset after reading your review when we were completely following cancellation protocol and wanted to try and help you out. When you joined the club you wanted out of your 12 month membership early as you didn't want to exercise any longer and told us it was too hard. We tried to book you for several free appointments to see where we could help you but you just didn't feel like working out any longer. We have cancelled your membership under the 30 day notice as explained to you before. I am sorry that you don't want to workout any longer. If you ever want to again ,Bodypro is always here to help!!'

Hi Mohit Our records indicate that you purchased a 1 year membership and have been trying to cancel it early. We try and help out our members in anyway we can. Please call the club to see how we can help you . That is a serious false accusation that you have made about the club being fraudulent. All agreements are the same and all rules are written on the front of the agreement for you to refer to . Bodypro only ever takes monthl;y payments that were agreed to . I am so that you feel that we did something wrong , our records indicate we have only billed you each month in accordance with your agreement.

Expérience négative: The facilities: One of the worst gyms I've ever had the displeasure of attending. Although the facilities are vast, there is no room to train. They cram in as many machines as possible and leave no room to manoeuvre. The barbells are all as slick as ice and difficult to grip. The weights are misplaced all over the floor, and not put back. It becomes a treasure hunt just to find where weights you need have been taken. The customer service: The management and staff sold us on a false bill of goods, ensuring that we could leave the gym when we moved to a new place 6 months later. This was not true, they dodged all our attempts at contact, and on the few occasions we managed to contact them, they would make repeated excuses over 'the manager being too busy to talk to us and would call us back'. We would never get that call back. We had to commit to paying for an extra 6 months of activity which we explicitly asked to be exempt from when signing up and which they told us would be 'totally fine'. The staff are friendly, but realise they're wolves in sheep's clothing. The cost: The price is pretty unjustifiably high for the state the equipment is in. Although they have many machines, a good portion aren't in working condition, and despite being a body building gym, there is little space to use free weights. The other facilities: The other facilities are in working order, such as the sauna, can't complain about that element. Overall it gets a 1 star due to the high cost you're paying for horrible customer service, poorly maintained equipment, and really doesn't live up to the quality of gym the price-tag indicates. I recommend to stay away.

Expérience négative: I’m genuinely excited to cancel my membership in December. Nobody told me I was under contract for a year. Although I should’ve read the papers they had me signed in depth. Many machines don’t work, the roof leaked almost the entire time I was a member. I was threatened by an employee while working out. Often times the sauna is off or not working. The men’s washroom was out of commission for while. Not the best gym. I am going back to crunch as soon as my contract is up. Update: I tried to cancel in early December. I was told “you need to come in to cancel in-between 11 and 6” I explained I work 6:30-6 everyday and I was told basically that, that’s my problem. I called back today and now they changed their story. It’s now “you need 30 days notice and we are going to charge you in January, but I’ll put it on your record that you want to cancel so January will be your last one”. This is a complete scam. They’re changing the rules and they’re doing everything to keep me paying. I would avoid this gym at all costs.

Expérience positive: Just signed up to this gym mainly because it’s around the corner of where I live and because they offer a pool and sauna, but for the amount of money they charge I don’t think it’s worth it. They have absolutely no classes to offer, just a variety of different machines. Also, If you like kettle bells (apparently “too old school”) and slam balls, they don’t have any, just fyi. I wish I could cancel my contract, but I’m barely just starting

Been 2 months without a tag to get through the front door… “back ordered”. Save your money and buy the gold membership from GoodLife, same price. Reduce the equipment, fix everything that needs fixing, get new management that actually cares, and you'll have a decent gym.

HiOur records indicate that you purchased a 12 month membership .All members have the option to cancel at the end of their first year as stated on the front of your agreement with thirty days notice to the club. The change rooms are cleaned and scrubbed daily and disinfected several times a day by our cleaning staff . There are ample lockers on both sides of the mens and women’s locker rooms . Please give the club a call and ask to speak to one of our membership team and they will answer all of your concerns .

Lots of sanitizer and wipes. Some of the cardio equipment is hit or miss but thats not a big deal. Heres a hot tip: find the right shower stall that has the most hot water if thats your thing. The other ones are throttled. ;)

To top it off the manager chick with brown hair is a straight up bird ND and major factor as to why this gym is trash. She should be fired and never be aloud to run a gym again. Hello H, Your claims are completely false. Bodypro gym is the best equipped gym in the greater GTA. We have people visit from all over and a far to experience the amount of equipment we offer. We are a serious gym for serious people. We just had our roof fixed and there are no leaks in the gym at all. We do not normally respond to third party reviews however, if you are a current member please do not hesitate to come in and show us where your complaints are and we would be more than happy to address them with you .

Hi Sara Your review is completely false. You and your three friends joined the gym and purchased a 1 year membership . This is clearly stated to you and also written on the front of your agreement. Your friend decided a month into working out that she could no longer afford it. She came and saw the Manager and the manager told her that she could not cancel the membership at this time as the contract was a twelve month agreement that was made clear to all of you when joining the club. There was a month to month option offered to all of you but you all chose the 12 month membership option. Your friend left and decided to give the club a bad review. I called her about that and she said she was wrong in doing so and would take it down . There is absolutely no line ups for any equipment in Bodypro, this is one of the main reasons people choose our club . This is completely false. If you would like to discuss anything about your contracts we would be happy to meet with you . We hope to see all of you in the club enjoying your workouts. There was no threats made to anyone at anytime. . There are also no flies in our pool the pool is enjoyed by many of our members along with our steam rooms .

I can confirm that the gym is gross and broken. There's still leaks in the gym so not everything was fixed and I completely agree that the woman manager with brown colored hair is a very rude ignorant type of person who has 0 customer service skills. I will not be back here to workout and I highly recommend everyone to stay clear of this toxic place.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent service, I had so much fun with their fitness program. Raz was my trainer for 2 months and - 10lb later I can honestly say it was totally worth it. I feel stronger every day! I still need to use the indoor pool, but overall happy with the main gym. Women's gym needs some improvement, some treadmills don't work, or don't work properly (no incline), some machines don't have pins for the weight, some machines don't adjust properly, but nothing major. Excellent price for top service. I always recommend Raz and Body Pro to all my friends!
Expérience négative: Try to reach settlement of past months owing after I had to move away, got no transparency in what I was owing, took double payments, charged fees outside of what the contract states. The gym has lots of equipment but the half of it doesn’t work or is missing safety features. The culture of cleanliness is non existent, trainers let their sweaty clients leave machines with no clean up. The gym is massive but the food and cloth/supplements store isnt open so as consumers we are stuck paying for Sq Ft not being used. Impossible to schedule with their free personal training offer if you work a normal 9-5. The steam room doesn’t ventilate out so all the hot water just drops on you. Overall for the money GoodLife or Pure Muscle are much better options.
ChaseYour membership that you chose was a 1 year membership and our records indicate you defaulted on your membership payments for many months . There was absolutely no double payment only money that was outstanding to the club . Our equipment has regular maintenance and all is in working order . We also employ full time cleaning crew the hours the gym is open for business and we have the most selection of equipment anywhere in the GTA . The steam room is hot because that is how our member like it and that is why they join to enjoy the nice hot steam after a great workout in a non crowded gym .
Expérience négative: This gym is good but has NO air or ventilation in the woman’s boutique especially. The air is always so moist and gross you can almost taste everybody else’s sweat. Even in the summer when they have the AC on; it doesn’t work very well. Always leaving here nauseous. I feel like I can never get a proper work out in because the air quality is so bad it makes me feel so gross. The response from the manager to this review is so not true-you can see for yourself the condensation dripping down the windows every single day.
Hi Rania, The women's gym has air conditioning on all the time ,actually we have if anything had to control it as it gets very cold in there. We do a spring maintenance every year and this year is scheduled this month as well . Hi Gurnoor,Our records indicate that you came into Bodypro Gym in April of this year and joined the gym. The terms on your contract are very clear that you have agreed to the 12 month terms and conditions on the front of your agreement. This is circled and signed by you that you understand that you chose our 12 month plan and as such you are paying the 12 month plan rate not the month to month rate. Bodypro explains the contract to you when you join and we are here everyday to service our members . As all members , at the completion of your first year you are at this point on a month to month membership. You were given a copy of your agreement for your records. You signed up with our membership coordinator John who was very clear with you as he is with all members about the terms of your membership. If you would like to reach out to John he would be more than happy to assist you in getting into the gym.

Hi Hannah-MarieOur records indicate that you a have been a member for several years and that each month your membership has been billed at the agreed to amount. There are several months under your account that you NSF payments for your monthly fee and that was cleared up on several occasions. We bill our members on the first of every month for the amount that they singed up for and nothing more. We do charge a $25 dollar NSF fee as the banks charge us for that so we in return charge the member when they NSF payments. All members are able to cancel their membership with thirty days notice after their initial 1 year contract is complete. If you cancel your membership it must be in good standing and no monies for previous months owed. If you have an email showing your request to cancel or a cancellation receipt please call the club and we would be happy to look into this for you .
Expérience négative: The gym shares a board that shouts to be 24 hours. Even their website states 24 hours open for weekdays and 8.00 am to 10.00 pm on weekends. But sad part is the gym opens at late 6.00 am in morning and closes as soon as 10 at night. This is not at all appreciable as other gyms have started operating 24 hours. The weekends are even worse where gym opens at 8.00 am and closes 8.00 pm. Paying an amount as big as $67/month all you get is a limited time period. Even though there are lots of machines but it's not worth paying that much money if you don't get enough time or rather time suitable to you to workout. Not recommended!!!!
Expérience négative: Gym is absolutely fantastic but the gym timings are absolute trash. It used to be open 24 hours previously but post covid they operate for very limited time. Even while joining the gym instructor told it would go back to 24 hrs once in full operation. But they aren't increasing the time. They don't open until 6.00 am which is bit late for a gym and close too soon at 10.00 pm. Apart from this weekends are even more miserable as the time is just 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. You need to consider the gym timings seriously because we still pay the same price but are not getting full service that were available previously for 24 hours.

I guess this gym doesn't really need any new members . Most gyms don't have an issue with disclosing their monthly fees . There are many different facilities to chose from and not all clubs are the same. The best way to make a decision is by visiting the facilities and seeing everything the club has to offer for yourself and then you can make an educated decision. This is why most health clubs ask that you visit to see everything they have to offer first. I can assure you no one is trying to be difficult and we would love to sell you a membership. I’m sorry but when your told your membership is canceled and they have taken money the past three months when not supposed to it’s a joke. Expérience positive: Went for a 1 days trial. This is gym has more equipment than any gym you will go to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is definitely a bodybuilder gym. A lot of equipment is very worn out or broken. The pool and locker room are gross. Locker room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time and half of the lockers were broken. Pool had algae all on the bottom. People do not put weights away or wipe down any equipment. It doesn't really bother me but can be frustrating for some people. All in all if you are looking for a gym where you don't have to wait for a machine and has pretty much every machine or dumbbells' you will ever need this is your place. Just not sure its worth $80/month This is a response to their response. If I need to show you where the gym is not clean then clearly you are not paying attention. Change rooms stink and just look at your pool behind the front desk lol. Also noone is wiping down equipment in this gym and I did not see 1 cleaning staff that is apparently there every hour. A lot of you equipment is broken or damaged and not organized at all. Dumbbells and plates are all over the place. Also to assume that I need to join a body transformation program is just ignorant. I am in no need of a transformation, your dirty gym is. But this is no surprise once I realized this is the old premiere fitness owner.

I had a difficult time signing up for a gym, this gym made it an easy choice. Its a bit more expensive then corporate gyms, but its worth the extra few bucks. My experience with the personal trainers was great. They are offering 4x free sessions and I appreciate it. I am someone who does not have a clue about working out and they are making it possible. Expérience négative: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. On March 10th I made a membership with John. The next day I decided I wasn’t ready for the gym because I had a 4 month old at home. John told me I had 10 days to cancel. I called back on the 12th to cancel they said it had to be canceled through John but he wasn’t in. I tried to get a hold of him for 2 days and everyone who answered my phone calls were aware I was trying to cancel. John never call back so I decided to walk-in on the 13th late that evening. John was not there but Justin and the manager were in. Justin had me sign the cancelation paper and told me I still needed to come and see John and that he would be in on the 16th. So came in to see him on the 16th and this time I came in recording our conversation because the whole situation didn’t sit well with me and I did not trust these people... John continues to “cancel my membership.” Fast forward like 8 months later it’s now November the manager left me voicemails saying that she’s sending me to collection agency. I called the manager back with the phone number she left me and said she’s not working today. And that she deals with cancelations- not what was said to be back in March. I had to go walk-in AGAIN with my papers to show them I have canceled and to let them know I have a recording of the conversation with John the day I canceled. Manger thinks John forgot to press save when he canceled. After she knew about the recordings of course she did it no problem. Thankfully I recoded everything from the voicemails, phone conversations and walk-ins. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I should not have to talk to 3 people and explain myself again 8 months later to cancel my membership. I did my part- and you guys need do yours !!! and stop being so unprofessional and disorganized! And do YOUR JOB BETTER.
Expérience négative: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! 12 Payments minimum, how is this a thing? Had the member ship for 11 months and 4 months of that the gym was closed because of Covid-19. so now I still have 5 more payments to do even though its coming up to 12 months?? are you joking?? its basically a scam. If 0 Stars was Available I would give them that. Edit: Most of the 5 star reviews are there because you get a free shirt, NOT A GOOD GYM
Expérience positive: Great gym overall - love that there is a separate section for women (it needs some work, but not too picky!) Awesome variety of equipment. One thing I would suggest would be to actually update their social media pages (insta, actual website) especially during COVID, where updates are constantly going out & create a space to book time slots online.
Expérience négative: Half of the gym equipment is broken all the time. Also when signed up for membership i was not told that there is a one year contract. I talked to the manager about that and she said it's my fault i must have read the contract before sign. She was right, i should have read the contract rather than trusting their loyalty and words. I used gym for 3 months and paid for 1 year. Be very careful while signing in They don't tell you that they are putting you in 1 year contract.( it will be written on your contract but they don't tell you verbally).
Hi ParthBodypro has tried several times to reach out to you regarding your concerns with no success. The memberships are all reviewed with you upon registration and the 12 month commitment is circled and your initials beside the obligation terms for clarity. You were also provided a copy of this when you joined. I am sorry that you are not happy with bodypro but we pride ourselves on delivering a clean well equipped club for people who are serious about results.
