Expérience positive: Pool is coldee than average pool. no diving boards,, no slides,. No shallow end for kids. Gym is great and weight room as well. Staff are friendly.

Expérience fantastique: Everything you need and never too crowded, perfect trg location

Expérience positive: Great front-line staff, always cordial and helpful. The gym is starting to look dated, couple leaks, some equipment not repaired, and broken for a couple of months.

Expérience positive: Great facility, the quality of weight training equipment is far superior vs commercial gyms as all standard equipment is used. Only issue is the non existent hours for pool use for someone working a 9 to 5 job.

Expérience positive: This facility has better standard training equipment and temperature control vs GoodLife chains. Only issue is the pool is never open at convenient hours for 9 to 5 working people. Lane swim is only open during early morning for only 1 hour during weekdays and closed for the rest of the day.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful facility with amazing, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Just added some new equipment too! They offer a wide variety of classes and activities for all ages!

Expérience positive: The location brings back so many memories, and being posted back to CF B Shearwater has been a dream since I joined. Sad to see the bowling Ally closed and the beach on open for rentals, the beach was always the spot, with the shuttle bus we never had any worries. I want to say Kudos to the staff who work there, they are amazing and have answered so many of my questions, from Marie in reguard to my sports obsession to Cameron with my kids swimming and Lisa and the RV parking lot, I am however troubled by the young man at the front desk, he has ignored me some days altogether, to the point Lisa has called me over to assist me. He isn't professional at all, instead of offering me the card for Marie he just said blah blah door on the blah. Here is my issue she wasn't there, and personally at a military member, give the card or call back go see of she's free, nothing bother me more then someone who only listens to themselves I'm sure he's a nice kid and all but he needs training.

Expérience positive: I love the Shearwater gym! Staff and facilities are great! I do wish there was a more robust program schedule for members but, other than the lack of classes like zumba and aquafitness, it's my go-to for a workout!

Expérience négative: Always a problem with the swimming pool. If it's not one thing it's another. Hours of the pool changing without notice to it's just randomly closed for the day. Makes it hard to plan out a weekend with the kid.

Expérience positive: This gym has a nicer atmosphere than the dockyard gym. It always has to the people who go there. I think more prefer going to it because it's a bit smaller.

Expérience fantastique: Gym is excellent. Staff are great! Modern equipment. Clean. I would suggest dropping in and speaking to the staff to get set up with a membership. There are restrictions as to who can join, being a federal government facility. Very reasonable rates.

Expérience fantastique: I use the Shearwater Fitness facility because it has a great weight room, and they follow COVID 19 protocols closely, which is important to me. The weight room is not overly large, but it has a good assortment of machines and free weights. Usage is restricted due to COVID concerns, but that should be expected in a military facility.

Expérience fantastique: There really easy to deal with. We recently moved are Kung Fu club there and they have been really nice and always went out of there way to make us feel like home. I find the staff very professional .

Expérience fantastique: The structure itself is a bit older but things inside are updated and machines work well. The PSP staff is awesome! Throughout the week there are lunch classes that can put anyone in shape regardless of your level of fitness!
