Expérience fantastique: Joining and consistently attending personal training sessions at PI was one of the best decisions I've made in quite some time. Charryl, who met with me to throughly review short term goals, obstacles, and long term objectives before we got started made me feel like she genuinely cared and wanted to see me succeed. Not only that, but based on our several meetings, she matched me with Anthony, AKA Dr. SHELVES who is hands down the best personal trainer I've ever met and had the pleasure of training with. Charryl was right!, He was the absolute best match for my health needs. This has been the best facility, with the best support, with the best programs, with THE BEST MENTALITY. Sure, personal training can be hard to add in your budget, but trust me, adding this into your life will be the best decision you ever make.

Expérience fantastique: Anyone looking for a gym, This is the place to go. I looked around for a gym that felt right. Some will say it’s expensive here but I was 19 when I first signed and honestly the ask is beyond reasonable but if anything disciplines you to make proper use of it! Charryl is very reasonable to deal with and talks you through where you are now helping you get to where you want to be. I had a trainer for 3 days and it set me on the right path! Overall, You get a gym that is most often times free and instead of waiting in line for a machine you get the convenience of high quality machines but more importantly the surrounding environment of people who just want to better themselves and understand that everyone has to start somewhere. I love this place and would highly recommend especially after my experience with Charryl, Anthony who was my trainer, and Sam who I talked to every now and then!

Expérience fantastique: I've been a member of Project Iron since 2020 and let's say that I will never go back to a commercial gym! The equipment is top notch, limited membership means no waiting for equipment and the facility is always impeccably clean! I am more than willing to pay a premium to have the best experience I've had in twenty plus years of lifting! The best staff and incredible community! I feel like Project Iron is my second home!

Equipment is best in class and immaculate, It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too, never gets too busy, and the staff are supportive, helpful and friendly. Those who train and work there, take their training seriously which definitely fuels motivation, and is infectious for pushing yourself to improve. Sure the membership comes at a premium price, but the value provided with the quality equipment, value, and service provided, are in my option, worth that price. Being a member at Project Iron feels like your very own boutique gym.

Expérience fantastique: This is without a doubt the best gym in Guelph. You need to see this place for yourself. Never crowded, you can always get to the equipment you need. Clean, always. The staff here are top notch and their passion is obvious. I have worked with Charryl as my trainer for about a year and I have no doubt that she is fully invested in helping me achieve my fitness goals and I do consider her a good friend. There is an amazing sense of community among the members here. It is rare to walk in to the gym and not get a wave and a hello or strike up a quick conversation. I joined Project Iron in January 2022 and I truly feel like I am a different person compared to the guy that built up the courage to walk through the front doors and get a membership here. I needed to make some big changes in my life and this has proven to be the place to get things done. I can’t imagine where I would be without this place and the people who make it what it is. If you are looking for somewhere to help you make some changes in your life, or just looking for a better place to do your workouts, you’ve found it.

Expérience fantastique: I recently joined and my only regret is I didn't do it sooner. I was a member at a gym for years and over time has gone downhill. A friend told me about Project Iron and from the moment I walked in, it felt like home. A warm welcome from the manager Cheryl. Top notch equipment. Well maintained. Clean. Great staff. The members have manners like I had been used to from years ago. No smashing weights. No overcrowding. I feel like I have my "happy place" back! I am excited every morning now to go work out. I can't wait to see the results.

Expérience fantastique: An absolute hidden gem of a gym in Guelph! Project Iron gives off private gym vibes curated with high quality exercise equipment from brands like Rogue and Arsenal Strength. The associate there Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable about all the equipment available and was very accommodating throughout my visit. Whether you're a powerlifter, bodybuilder or train for CrossFit you will have all the equipment you'll ever need to achieve your goals! You will not find a gym experience like this at your local commerical gym.

Expérience fantastique: Had the opportunity to visit this past weekend, awesome gym and environment, Tony at the desk was great, and the equipment and atmosphere was the best I've had the opportunity to train at. This gym has something for everyone, lots of functional training, calibrated plates for powerlifters, and a wide selection of machines that are all brand new. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Expérience fantastique: Project Iron has literally been my lifesaver over the past year. Everyone is so welcoming, it is a true community, and the equipment is clean and in excellent condition. My trainer, Matt, goes above and beyond to help find exercises that that are not only safe for my numerous injuries and health issues, but have also helped to improve my physical and mental health. His knowledge and innovative programming are next level. The changes to my appearance are a bonus! If you want to be inspired, work hard, and see results in a safe and friendly environment, Project Iron is where you need to work out.

Expérience fantastique: I have been a member at Project Iron since February 2020 and I am also taking advantage of the training from Charryl. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, high-end equipment and how clean this gym is. As a "not so young woman" the professional training from Charryl is customized to my needs and I am seeing results very quickly. I actually look forward to my early morning workouts! Project Iron is in a class of it's own in the Guelph area, there is truly nothing else like it. So glad I found this place.

The expression you get what you pay for rings true here - it's not cheap, but not having to schedule times, not worrying about missing a scheduled time, and not worrying about the consequences of missing a time slot are well worth the additional cost. I have only had positive experiences with Project Iron and highly recommend it to anyone. Charryl is incredibly helpful and truly loves the gym and wants to help clients. I cannot say enough good things about this gym!

Expérience fantastique: If you’re lacking in motivation then this is the place for you. I’ve been to lots of gyms but never anything like Project Iron. Beautiful, clean, highest quality, the staff treat you like family and the other clients are very easy going. So called “busy times” the gym is still basically empty, it’s incredible. I just joined and I can’t stop thinking about it!!! Definitely worth it!

Expérience fantastique: Project Iron is literally everything I’ve ever wanted in a Fitness facility. I joined back in November of 2019 and have nothing but amazing things to say. No gym I have ever been to in the past comes close to the standard Project Iron sets. The staff and trainers are very well educated and are genuinely interested in your experience and success. I would highly recommend Project Iron to anyone who wants the best possible gym experience in a friendly and supportive environment!

Expérience fantastique: I joined Project Iron in March 2020, and I am so glad I found this gym! I can’t say enough good things about the facility and the staff. Not only is the equipment top notch but the staff are welcoming, warm, encouraging and knowledgeable! You’re treated like family here. It’s by far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. I signed up for personal training with Matt, and my program is tailored to meet my needs specifically. Matt is super knowledgeable and so encouraging; I feel like I can reach my goals!

Expérience positive: Great gym and equipment, just overpriced at 170$ after tax per month compared to most gyms at 25 to 50 per month in guelph. Update: with this gym my opinion seems to always switch from great to bad depending on how I look at it. There are a few pieces of niche equipment that are hard to find that can push a workout to the next level(which is great). The staff are also rather helpful if ever needed. Still don't believe its worth the price of 4x plus the competition just because things are newly painted and the machines are new though. As for the new equipment, the general machines that are used are the same for most gyms, so no matter what brand you choose as they do pretty much the exact same thing.

Expérience fantastique: Project Iron is by far the best gym I have worked out in. The equipment is top quality, the staff are constantly taking care of the facility and are always eager to stop and and answer any questions. At no point did my girlfriend, which i should mention is 6 months pregnant, feel intimidated while working out there. Charryl and Matt work around the clock and are always there to help out in any way they can! Keep it up guys and thank you for your hard work and dedication during the COVID shut downs to make sure all of us had a place to stay fit!

Expérience fantastique: I went to this private facility earlier in the year for an open house and I was blown away. Ever since that day I was waiting for them to open the doors to the public. And the time has come. The second I heard this gym was offering memberships I was there the next day and signed up. The facility is world class. The staff is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. All of the equipment is of the highest quality. It is clean, organized and well maintained. It my humble opinion, it is by far the best gym in the area. Nothing comes close. Time for some new growth!

Expérience fantastique: It’s challenging to find a gym that meets all of the needs of a competitive powerlifter and Project Iron goes above and beyond. The staff are incredibly friendly and the care that goes into this place is unmatched. Worth the little extra travel if you’re in KW or the surrounding area!

I have been away from the gym scene for quite a while and when I walked into Project Iron, I was so excited to be back at it. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out- make the time. Expérience fantastique: Absolutely the most perfect facility - the atmosphere, people and equipment are by the far the best I have ever seen. I have been to hundreds of gyms in my life from Globo gyms, CrossFit gyms and powerlifting gyms that have thousands of equipment and none come close. Project Iron has selected their equipment so carefully to be the most efficient in each movement. They have truly thought of everything! It has been so long since I have enjoyed a workout this much, and staff is just amazing :)
