Expérience fantastique: I have been to many gyms before but never stuck to one, because I felt overwhelmed by the equipment and the chaotic environment. At this goodlife however I took the leap to try out the personal trainer. This made a world of a difference. My PT provided me with a meal plan and six sessions to start. I started a few months ago and now I go to the gym five days a week! The staff at GoodLife are amazing. Really attentive and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a positive experience. Their support has made my fitness journey more enjoyable than scary. I dont usually write reviews but this gym is the perfect place for anyone looking for a welcoming environment.

I used to go to the UoG gym and would spend 2-3 hours at the gym just waiting for the equipment to be empty so that I could use it, I decided to start going to goodlife and now I'm done in an hour. Absolutely night and day experiences.

Expérience fantastique: I have been a member of many different gyms across the GTA over the past 40+ years, including 15+ years with GoodLife. A year ago I moved to Guelph and I immediately started going to the 24/7 Goodlife on Eramosa Rd. The gym and change rooms are very clean and well looked after. There are lots of weights, cardio equipment, spin-cycle rooms, fitness studios and training areas. And a great new Recovery Room. But the main reason I go to Goodlife Eramosa every day is because of the friendly and professional staff. General Manager Erin and her team of associates including Sherri, Keith, Matt, Eadom, Mitch, Subomi, Nia and Sully are so nice and helpful. And associate Sully regularly offers me tips on improving my triceps muscles. And a big thank you to personal trainer Mikayla who has been assisting my wife with her training. I highly recommend GoodLife Eramosa.

Shaun is punctual, organized, strategic and flexible, which I’ve noticed as qualities that allowed him to create and execute highly effective training sessions with me. Shaun is great at motivating and inspiring me to push past my mental barriers. He has created a comprehensive training plan that has my goals in mind while also being flexible and accommodating the challenges that come with my body. Expérience négative: The staff here are incredibly inconsiderate and rude. I came by earlier today (have never been here before due to travelling) and there was a male middle-aged staff member who instead of being professional and answering questions just shook his head and didn’t have anything to say. The gym itself is what you’d expect; however the staff members obviously do not care about their job, and only want you out of there as soon as possible. This gym needs to revise its employee team, and focus on better training their employees.

Expérience fantastique: This GoodLife is well cared for by the staff. They’re always out on the floor ensuring members have a good experience. Susie & Trevor run the best classes & Sully is always friendly out on the gym floor. 11/10 gym.

Expérience négative: I travel for work and often drop in at GoodLife clubs as well as other gyms. I have never had to jump through as many hoops as at this one. The staff was rude and unprofessional to the point we just went to Movati. Which was night and day. We walked in filled out a quick waver and got right to work. Terrible customer service and messed up process! If you are just visiting town don’t go here.

Expérience négative: Reviews claiming the place is clean are paid reviews 100%. Gym area is ok but showers and bathrooms are a disgrace. Showers have terrible smell. The stalls and walls have dark mold, very unpleasant experience. Going elsewhere where I dont get athlete's foot thru my shoes!

Expérience fantastique: This GoodLife location is one of my favourite out of the 30+ locations I have been to across Canada. Staff always keep the gym and amenities areas clean while the members create a positive and encouraging environment. Sully, Nia, and the other GoodLife employees are great!

The staff are extremely well knowledged and consistently make conscious efforts to make sure every single person that enters, feels welcomed. My personal favourite is Nia. I have seen her go above and beyond for the clients at the gym numerous amounts of times. She is committed and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people here. The manager, Erin also always has a smile on her face and you can tell the workers there love her leadership!

Gloria is an amazing sales person, assisting so many people from all walks of life get started on their personal fitness journey. The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Especially Nia! Sometimes it can feel a bit intimidating going to the gym on my own, but everyone at this gym is so welcoming and inviting, and it’s a very comfortable feeling :) 10/10 would recommend, BEST GoodLife location in Ontario!!

Expérience fantastique: I have been a member of this location for just over a year. I have been more than happy with my time and experience there. The thing i love the most is the staff. Everyone is professional, and genuinely happy to see you everytime you walk through the doors. It has always helped me to feel happy with my decision to join in the first place. The way I am warmly welcomed and greeted by name. There are more than enough ammenities here for people of all fitness levels: weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment, yoga studio etc. Because of this, going to the gym has never felt like a chore to me. Expérience fantastique: The best gym I've ever been to. The gym is always clean and everything is clean and organized. It has all the equipment you'd need or want to use. Also, their staff is friendly and helpful. Keith engages with all members and makes sure everyone feels welcome. Also, Keith showed me their newly renovated recovery room. This room has has a cryolounge chair, compression pants, an automatic roller, and plenty of other equipment that promote blood circulation and recovery. This facility has been a life changer and has helped me recover from a very serious sports injury.

The equipment is top-notch, and there's always enough for everyone. The best part? The instructors are amazing, always keeping us motivated and making the workouts fun. Expérience négative: I had come yesterday with my friend I have been coming to this gym for years I had the staff come up to me more then once an harassed us over a tiny issue that was going to be fixed at the end of the work out since we already started an we have been very loyal to GoodLife so we didn’t deserve what we got over one person NOT knowing he had to pay extra 5 $ to use that gym so we ended up canceling our memberships at the end an moving to movati. I loved this gym GoodLife it was my fav but after being harrased by the staff last night I was not having it use gym at own risk. My membership was ok so I did not deserve the treatment it got

Expérience fantastique: Since moving to Guelph, GoodLife Eramosa has become our main gym. Compared to other GoodLifes I've been to throughout Toronto and surrounding cities, this one is definitely one of my favourite. The staff are amazing, friendly, and talkative. They're always supportive and provide help when you need it. There's also the turf zone, which not many GLs have in my experience. There's various spaces, including separate yoga and cycling studios. There's no shortage of equipment or machines, I find you rarely ever have to wait for someone to finish as thare are multiples of almost everything. The people who frequent this gym are generally polite and respectful, I haven't had issues with other members. I also haven't noticed any 'fitfluencers' yet, so I'm not worried about being in the background of someones video. By far one of the best GoodLife's I've been to. We bring friends with us for workouts every once in a while and they're also amazed at how nice this gym is! Keep up the good work :)

Expérience fantastique: During the month of February, I was lucky enough to receive a complementary one month gym membership for GoodLife on Eramosa in Guelph. I am currently a member at fit for less but during this month I spent most days working out at GoodLife. I loved my experience. While I had great interactions with the staff at GoodLife, the members are what make this such a good gym. I assume this is because the staff have prioritized creating an environment that is friendly and welcoming. The gym is very big and has lots of machines. Even during busy hours there were very few times I found myself waiting to do specific exercises. If you are someone who is wanting to get into the gym but are nervous and don’t know where to start, GoodLife is the place for you. Goodlife has staff members who are quite knowledgeable in personal training and are more than happy to get you started on your fitness journey. There are also many members there as well who have been involved in the gym for years and love to help out. During my time there I found myself meeting and talking to someone new with each workout and I think it’s because everyone is just happy to be there. They also provide many classes if lifting weights isn’t for you (or if you just want to try something new). My personal favourite was the hot yoga. Good life is a great gym and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming friendly environment.

Expérience positive: Awesome place, great employees. My one gripe is that they use a tonne of fabric softener on their towels, making them hydrophobic. They straight up don't remove water from your skin. Other than that, it's a great place to work out.

The management and all the staff have been extremely helpful, insightful and professional. This makes the experience here unique and superior to the one I had at my previous gym. This location and its facilities are very well maintained and clean. I just completed my personal training with Logan Edwards. I am very impressed with his approach, his knowledge and his determination to help me meet my goals. He is not only highly knowledgeable about fitness, but also about the human anatomy and everything connected to it, including diet, sleep and overall well-being. I truly recommend Logan Edwards as a personal trainer and mentor. For anyone looking for a gym with nice facilities and a positive environment, I recommend Goodlife Eramosa.

Expérience négative: Worst management ever seen. I got banned for 3 months. But they said after 3 months they will review my membership. After 3 months, she reviewed me and said the ban will be taken off and I bought the membership but the ban was never eliminated. The general manager “Erin” does not care about the members money. Her co-worker Sulli is so disrespectful and ill-informed that he didn’t even bothered to pass my message to her. The payment for the gym has been debited from account but every time I go to work out. Everyone just says I can’t go in because I am banned and they cannot take it off.

Expérience négative: Google hours says it's open until 4pm xmas day, and last year was open. Came all the way from Toronto only to find out it's closed. Horrible. 1-this is a 24 hour club and so should not ever be closed, 2-hours posted online should be correct to not waste people's time. People keep coming by every few seconds only to find it's closed. There is very clear market demand for this to remain 24 hours.

Expérience fantastique: Last week I was exercising here when a man got very angry with another person who was using one of the stairclimbers. One of the staff members was quickly on the scene and very professionally and calmly deescalated the incident and asked the gentleman to leave. She escorted him towards the change rooms so he could retrieve his belongings. In the mean time, another male member of the staff, who I believe was not on duty, noticed the disruption and proceeded towards the changing area to aid his colleague. He escorted the gentleman into the change room and then out of the building. The two staff members handled this incident very calmly and professionally. They did an excellent job of deescalating a difficult situation, and I’m sure many other gym goers appreciated their actions as much as I did. Kudos.
