Expérience fantastique: This gym has that classic old-school bodybuilding style I love. It’s always super clean, has a great atmosphere, and the people here are awesome. Winston is incredibly nice and really makes sure your workouts go well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid place to train.

Winston and his staff are very generous with helping everybody and are very knowledgeable and even if a person is just looking for a conversation with them, they always seem to find time to have a chat. Mr winston is such a genuine guy ask him anything about the gym he’ll give you a great response about what you need to know, all the equipment is all old school which is awesome if you like the old days, also mention the lighting if you wanna check out that pump it’ll make you look great. Overall great gym!..

Expérience fantastique: The gym is great. Did a drop in a week or two ago. Winston is running around full of energy helping motivate folks. Really good selection of equipment and fabulous atmosphere. Will definitely get a 10 punch pass this week when back in town working again!

Expérience fantastique: At Winston’s health & fitness center your not just joining a gym.. Your joining a family, by far the best gym and atmosphere in Grande Prairie, the gym is extremely welcoming and very diversified. The gym is also kiddo friendly with a comfy waiting area, Winston is an amazing human with great values.. very approachable and will help you achieve any goal you desire. He is also extremely knowledgeable with lots of credentials to back it.. My only regret is that i didn’t stop in and talk so Winston sooner.. I highly highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Did I trial here and signed up before it was over. Great gym. Great owner. Great staff. Great atmosphere. NO better gym in grande prairie. Juice bar, all the equipment you need for any fitness goals. Personal Training available. WInston knows what he's talking about, will give you great advice, and bring your fitness goals to the next level. Don't waste your time at places like Worlds Gym. Just wished it was open Saturdays.

Expérience fantastique: At the end of this month it will be a year since I started going to Winston's. I think my average was about 2 or 3 times per week. He kept me accountable. When I slacked off and didn't show up for a week he'd say to me "Hey stranger, who are you???" :-) He makes the place friendly and fun. And try out his smoothies, they're delicious (and healthy).

Expérience fantastique: Worth every penny! Winston will personally go through a program with you and track your progress as long as you stay there. He's been helping every single individual that comes in his doorway with the same amount of intent and dedication. Great guy overall! Love how the gym is not always packed. Even on a busy day, you can still use any machine you want with little to no wait time. Clean and organized as well! The biggest selling point for me would probably be the environment. Every member of Winston's are all friendly. In my past experiences with other fitness gyms, I have seen bodybuilders give casuals a judgmental look, even as far as actually bringing them down right in front of them. But in Winston's, even the biggest builder in the gym will help you and guide you properly when they see you doing an exercise wrong. To conclude this review, Winston's is a great place where you can confidently lift less for good form, keep working on your body, and most of all, get serious results!

The owner gives you 4 days to try out the gym , after my 4 days were complete I had told him I was new into town and that I'm still trying to figure a few stuff out. He replied " no problem , take your time "while throwing in some motivational quotes. He really cares about his customers and is really confident that customers will sign up after the trial run. Extremely organized and clean. If you want a gym that could give you that positive vibe with a touch of roughness .. this gym is for you!

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in Grande Prairie. Ive been going to Winston's for years and the gym has that old school vibe to it which I love. Great variety of well maintained equipment, and a well sized cardio area. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs and there is also a pair of 150lb ones as well. Awesome for someone who is just getting into fitness as Winston is fantastic and very warming to anyone looking to get fit regardless of your goals. But its also a awesome gym for any hardcore lifter/bodybuilder! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone, just keep in mind the Friday and Saturday hrs!

Expérience fantastique: This is an Excellent place. Extra clean and the atmosphere is unlike any other in town. Plenty of open room to do your thing and the equipment is well maintained. The Owner is a great person and doesn’t hesitate to help when you need it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to better themselves wether it be bulking or loosing weight. They also have some of the top of the line equipment only found in bigger cities. Just give it a try and you will see.

Expérience fantastique: I knew that I needed a kick in the a$$. I've been running for the past eight years, and running in events for the last six. I haven't really run much since my last marathon in October. I do most of my training by myself at home, including some strength training. But I'd lost my mojo, my drive for doing it on my own. It was getting too easy to turn to the wine and chocolate when I got home from work instead of heading to the basement for my workout or out the door for a run. I've never joined a gym before but had seen an online post for Winston's Health & Fitness and I knew I needed a push back in the right direction. So I gave him a call, made an appointment, and a few days later I went for my first training session with Winston. Let me tell you, I was exhausted and sore after my first three or four sessions, but I was so impressed with Winston that I paid for a one-year membership. The price is so reasonable, the gym is a nice intimate size, I haven't had to wait for any equipment, members are friendly, and Winston is almost always there when I am. I've now been going for 2 1/2 weeks, I've cleaned up my bad eating habits, and I already feel close to my marathon self again. Yes, in 2 1/2 weeks!! I'm so impressed with Winston's methods! He's pushing me like no one has ever pushed me before. After my first cardio workout, I swore at him and then called him a sadistic genius because I understood why he had me do what he had me do - you'll have to find out for yourself. He makes me believe in my abilities so much so that I know I'll far surpass what I thought I could do. I'm looking forward to some serious muscle and increased endurance. And Winston's going to get me there ...
