Expérience positive: Great place to swim or workout. Pool area is always kept clean when I've gone there. There is a heated spa pool and sauna also.

Expérience fantastique: I was recently there first time in years with my daughter and my niece's daughter to go swimming the day we went there I was supposed to phone and book the time slot for the family swims but because I did not I was turned away because the pool compactly was full and only 2 lifeguards on at the time. So I rescheduled by phoning for the family swim tune slot for the next day, cause of my trouble the previous day they issued me a guest pass which ended up being free, I am thankful for that and the staff was friendly.

Expérience positive: Nice staff & a variety of exercise equipment, but the building needs more than just daily cleaning & paint to make it look welcoming. The roof is leaking in many places & the shower facilities are poorly maintained with very little water pressure.

Expérience positive: My favorite place to workout ever. Back when I was a teenager and again now later in life. I Love the atmosphere there. The only thing i would change is the godawful antique fossil cable crossover machine with non-adjustable pulley height and is obviously not calibrated right. Other than that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Expérience fantastique: The Staff here are very professional and treat everyone with great respect.Its so nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile. The facility is very clean.

Expérience positive: Unreal price's, amazing staff and such a clean gym. Would recommend to anyone. Such a low price to have access to ; Cardio room, weight room, pool, squash courts and a full gymnasium. On top of that, that they offer classes to members, overall amazing gym.

Expérience fantastique: Nice place. Have only used the pool here but the staff and swimming instructors are very friendly and great with our child , locker rooms are clean. Been a great experience all around.

Expérience négative: Numerous times the staff have been rude. There's a new rule that you have to show your ID if you re over 16. That is somehow supposed to protect children. We walked out and 5 other people walked out while we were there.

Expérience positive: My grandchildren and I go swimming regularly there. Most of the lifeguards are attentive and do their best to enforce the safety rules. Unfortunately, they are quite young and some adults just ignore them putting their kids at risk. The rules are there for good reason.

Expérience positive: I've been here several times now when I come to Grand Falls. Medium sized facility with cardio gym, weight gym, squash courts, swimming pool and basketball gym. There's always space on the equipment and the weight gym. I also like the yoga class which I've joined several times.

Expérience fantastique: I grew up at the Y, they should have a poster of me being the all time greatest basketball player there.

Expérience fantastique: This YMCA is amazing! I Love the staff. They are really nice, every time i walk into the door they know my name right away! I was really nervous about going into the CTC and they walked me through everything 1 on 1 and very personal training. Amazing Place!!
