Expérience fantastique: Jen and Scott’s gym is great! I don’t live close enough to be able to go to their gym on a regular basis, but if I did, I would definitely be a member. I have driven the 90 minutes each way, several time to go! They know their stuff, it is a % no judgment zone, and each individual is given the attention they need specific to their skills and needs. Top notch and classy space!

The members are welcoming, making the community feel like a second family. It's an environment that’s motivating and full of positive energy – I look forward to every class! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to challenge themselves and be part of an amazing community!

Expérience fantastique: I will say this I've been here during a summer market and haven't been to the gym, but I'm not apart of any gym and if I were to join one it would be here. I know Jennifer and her passion, dedication, hardwork, enthusiasm and wonderful personality is amazing, and I know I would be supported and encouraged by her! I write this review to show how she loves her job, loves her people and her and her business do not deserve misleading reviews on people who've never been to her gym or barely know who she is what work she does! Five stars for all the amazing work you do!

Expérience fantastique: Great gym owned by great people. The Ridge provides a wonderful exercise facility in a beautiful setting just outside of Goderich. Both owners are also consistently involved in community charity and conservation efforts. Definitely a business and people worth supporting if your looking at getting into shape.

Expérience positive: Well the 1 star review must be another city? Comeption? I see no way this place is nasty unless it like 4 star "nasty" so it doesn't get to busy for their use lol

Expérience fantastique: I found this place while visiting Goderich, from the States. Though CF drew me in, I signed up for ‘Yoga with Tim’. Holy cow, what a great experience! Though I’m not a yoga guru, I’ve done yoga enough as a runner to understand that if you really let yourself relax into it that it does impact your body and mind state. Yoga with Tim was a delight, easy to follow yet challenging. I felt fabulous afterward

Expérience fantastique: I started going to CrossFit Goderich in October. Since then Ive grown so much thanks to the wonderful owners/coaches. The coaches are able to help you improve and grow in your fitness journey. The gym environment is like no other. Everyone is extremely nice and supportive! It's truly an awesome community. I am thankful to be part of such an awesome gym!
