Expérience négative: Excellent spot! Modern, upscale! it's a hidden gem! Never used a shower at a gym so private and considerate before! Update: Today May 22nd 2024 I went to get a shower at this location . There was a sudden rise in the cast of a day pass... It wasn't welcome, I'm very lucky I'm quick in the shower because sewage water started pouring in. The chances of getting infected with e coli or salmonella are high at this location...

Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff and you don't feel like you're being "watched" like at other gyms...

Expérience négative: They have a holiday special they are promoting to members a week in advance, great deal but only applies to members who have to renew on Dec 5&6, if your membership renewal on Nov 30 you are expected to pay full price. So I took my membership across the street.

Expérience fantastique: My go to gym whenever I visit home. Always an inviting vibe, very clean gym and has the equipment one needs for a full body workout. Also offers tanning options both lay down and stand up. Lockers and showers are clean and well kept.
