Ronny's Taekwondo and Martial Arts

Expérience négative: Good until they are not! They took money for a kit promising delivery in 2-3 weeks. It's been 3 months, they would neither refund nor tell me a date by when to expect delivery.

Expérience fantastique: We sent our twins to Ronny’s before and after care from Gr 1 to Gr 6. We all loved the program and my daughter even went on to join the competitive team. Their PD day programming always made life so easy for two working parents, and the summer camp programming was our children’s favourite! They have a great team of instructors who always started our kids day off right and taught our children focus and commitment. Our children eventually became old enough to get themselves out the door and off to school themselves, but we will never forget Ronny, Karrie, Kat, Edmond, Steve, Aidan and all the wonderful staff at Ronny’s TKD for not only taking such wonderful care of children, but for helping our kids thrive at school and beyond!

Expérience fantastique: My 6 year old son has attended 2 years of the before/after school program and is in the summer camp. Absolutely love the team and the program. He is always excited to attend. Highly recommended.

Expérience négative: Giving two star as some staff are great with kids, other staff terrible. I do understand a 30 days notice for the afterschool program, or older programs but for a FOUR year old come on, they change their mind about what they are interested in far too often. I’m very disappointed that they took my hard earned money after a 2 week notice that my son will no longer attend. Now I’m out the money or have to force a four year old to go who doesn’t want to!! And when I bring him your staff grab him and drag him around.. not ok.. let’s not get started on how dirty this facility is too, and how little supervision there is for your after school program. Maybe a better policy needs to be in place for your mini ninja program that’s has LOADS of kids attending so please don’t use filling his spot as an excuse

Expérience fantastique: My kids love do Taekwando at Ronnie's Dojo. Their staff is nice and kids have no complaints. Place is huge and parents can even watch them from Outside the dojo if weather permits.
