Expérience négative: If I could give this gym less than 1 star, I would. For the price, the condition is unacceptable. Equipment is old, rusty, and falling apart—broken mirrors, torn seats, peeling paint, and missing parts. The treadmills’ TVs don’t work, the gym is poorly organized, and it’s rarely cleaned.There’s no air conditioning, and the bathroom is in bad shape: the stall door doesn’t lock, the scale is inaccurate, and the height measure is broken. Using floor cleaner on equipment is also unhygienic. The only good thing is the hours. Overall, it’s not worth the money—much better options elsewhere.

Expérience négative: God awful cant even get in the place. For a day pass you bave to go into the main enteramce of the building but there closed and dont even pick up the phone

Expérience négative: Garbage gym, way too expensive. Would be too much if the cost was halved. Equipment is 40 years old, place is disgusting, no AC in weight rooms, stuff falling apart, leg equipment broken for months with no fix, leg press machine is unsafe to use, and owners are miserable people unhappy with their lives for whatever reason so no good to talk to them either. A new gym could open in Gander and take every bit of business they have.

Expérience négative: Dirty facility with dated and poorly maintained/broken equipment. The upstairs cardio room does have two a/c units but downstairs (weights section) is very hot with nothing but dirty fans to blow the hot air around. I have had to leave early several times without fully completing my workout because the heat is just too much to handle, especially while working out. With a membership cost of $70/month per person it would be nice to see some of these issues addressed but without any other competition in the area this doesn’t seem to be a priority for the business.
