Expérience positive: Nice gym with a variety of things to do. Staff are super friendly. Pool, weight room, sauna, and gym. There are drop ins and classes.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym - 2 weight rooms, 1 cardio, court and sauna. Plus very fair price ($8/day for public).

Expérience fantastique: Not a huge spot but it had all of the equipment anyone needs. Weights, machines, pool and a big floor surface.

Expérience fantastique: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Most importantly, the equipment is new and well maintained. My workouts are focused on the four main lifts (bench press, deadlift, military press and squat) and I never have to wait for equipment. Lastly, the clientele are great and contribute to a positive atmosphere; and it's the people that make a gym great. Best gym I've worked out at.
