Expérience fantastique: Dropped in for a class, and I really liked this place. The owners were really welcoming, the gym is spacious, well-organized and clean, and the coaches actively helped others and provided good cues during the workout. Great community to boot. I'd make this my home gym if I lived in the area!

I was intimidated and nervous to try a new gym, but I found out quickly that the coaches and other members are welcoming, encouraging, and FUN! The variety of our workouts keeps it from ever feeling mundane, and being able to build new skills is challenging and rewarding. The process of becoming stronger would feel insurmountable on my own, but the inspiring community and knowledgeable coaches at Forge are helping me to enjoy the process so much. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: After moving to Fergus, I was looking for a new gym. I am so glad I found ForgeX! The coaches are top notch and there is a focus on a fully rounded workout including a proper warmup and post workout mobility. The class environment helps push me work harder than I ever would on my own. It's also an absolutely judgement free zone which is something I didn't always experience at other functional fitness gyms. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at Forge!

Expérience fantastique: I was visiting family from.out of town and contacted Forge X to workout away from my home gym. At the 530am class The coaching was great and the people I had the opportunity to workout out with allot of fun. Coach helped me find my bearings with where weights, barbells, clips and mats were and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for opening your facility to me. When I come back to visit I will definitely come in to sweat again and to socialize with others.

Expérience fantastique: The atmosphere and coaches offer such a comfortable setting to workout in and learn in. I've never once felt uncomfortable or judged, only taught and supported. Absolutely love their kickstarter program! Such a great way to be introduced to crossfit and get a better understanding of it before entering regular classes. Everyone is on the same team and so encouraging!

Only had time for one workout (which was free, as your first one is), but would have gladly paid the day pass rate for subsequent drop in days. Overall highly recommended!
