Expérience fantastique: Unfortunately it’s not open yet due to the pandemic but the wind out of their way to explain what they were doing and how they’re going to get ready to get everyone back to the club here shortly

Expérience négative: Needs new equipment and a renovation. It is in the basement so no natural light.

Expérience positive: The girl who worked this past Saturday night was so bad at her job and her customer service she needs to go. But besides that it's a great little gym very quiet no meatheads or steroid monkeys disrespecting women. The club manager is a sweetheart I think her name is Callie or something very close to that. Great monthly membership too and also a steam room plus sauna and a very hot hot tub. Woyld recommend it here highly just that girl needs to go!

Expérience positive: It's a small fitness facility that when there is more than 5-6 ppl in any one area it feels crowded. Their is mostly regulars here and free of douchebags for the most part assumingly because there are no gym bunnies that exercise here. I would consider this place more of a men's health spa. The equipment is old and in desperate need of repair and fine tuning. No natural light and the wifi oh the wifi... Good luck getting any in this fallout shelter (it's 2 floors underground). The towel service is spotty but they try... The staff however now is very friendly and welcoming. Membership prices are much higher than the several new gyms that are blocks away. I will say tho it is a good facility as far as a hotel goes. This place is the "cheers" of gyms.

Expérience fantastique: Hidden gem. The gym equipment is very old and don't expect every machine but it's well maintained.

Expérience négative: I would have to agree with a previous review. I was a member at this club for the last 3-4 years and sad to see the service really go down hill. Inconsistency in members being charged for towels caused the towel service to be terminated. There was also talk about towels being taken away by members. An easy fix would be a sign in/sign out system. Also members that are over 30 years old with a job should not be charged at a student rate. I believe new management gave in to people asking for "deals" and that has caused a tremendous loss to well reputable and long standing club in the city. I am truly sad to be leaving in a month but hope that one day management will invest heavily in renovating and renewing the facilities and providing even better quality and service than before (including towel service)

Expérience fantastique: Great place. Value for your money, the best in Edmonton. A true gem of a gym (terrible pun).

Expérience positive: Great facility. Lots of parking. Convenient location close to the highway. Love that they have just about any kind of court. One of the squash courts is strange size though, looks to be oversized.
