Expérience fantastique: Fitness Focus is clean, great equipment, classes, friendly staff, trainers and patrons. I especially appreciate the family & no contract membership. Recently had an injury and am unable to come in. I sent an email with explanation & expected date of return, I was emailed back that our membership is paused. Other extras FF has that I've used are a charging station, free lockers with built-in locks-wonderful not having to lug a lock around & free WiFi, My sister was visiting from out of town & glad she could come on a Day Pass to work out with me, a great extra! Haven't used the Smoothie station other than to get some ice but great option. FF supports local with short-term business postings & clothing. For a 50+ non-gym person, I'm now hooked. I'm new to gym workouts & actually miss not able to be there. Looking forward to a quick recovery & return. -Kat & Brad

The gym is made up of primarily older people which makes a very warm and welcoming culture. Everyone should get a membership today!!

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Fitness Focus for just over 2 years now. My last gym was filled full of kids that would stand around with their buddies in everyone's way talking or on their phones. And they handled covid like shit. FF is really clean, equipment is older but maintained like an old muscle car. High % of peeps go to FF to get bigger. Lots of different weight machines to use or a cardio room incase you really want to die. Daycare for the hot moms. Tanning for the pasty whites. Workout classes for the P90X types And a Smoothie Bar!

Expérience fantastique: Hands down the best gym I have ever been to…ever. Staff are all super nice and good, the gym is spotless 24/7, in the 3 years I have been here I have yet to see a broken piece of equipment and lastly the environment is second to none!

Expérience positive: Decent gym/good trainers, but absolutely no acknowledgement of Truth and Reconciliation Day on Sept 30th . When questioned about it, multiple staff dug in and showed no interest in the topic or the impact/importance of honoring the day. In an era of Reconciliation, I am interested in businesses that are open to learning and hold themselves accountable.

Expérience fantastique: This was my second home for years. I took some time away from the gym, but now I’m back and there’s no other gym that constantly delivered every bit I need at as good a price as Fitness Focus always has. If you’re looking for a gym come find them a try.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member at Fitness Focus for the past five years, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The gym has a wide range of equipment, a dedicated cardio room, and Garrett and the other staffs are always super friendly. They also offer childcare services and a variety of group fitness sessions, which can be pretty accommodating for everyone. The atmosphere is positive, with plenty of space to work out comfortably. Prices are affordable, and the facility is always clean. I’m moving to a different province but, I’ll definitely return to Fitness Focus if I’m ever back in Saskatoon!

Expérience fantastique: Happy I found this gym is an understatement! I take the noon group fitness classes which are 30 minutes but challenging, quick and dirty. I work on my laptop in the seating/smoothie bar area, which is exactly what I was looking for (wifi and free coffee - bonus). Staff/instructors are very friendly and welcoming. This facility is extremely clean all the time… like every nook & cranny, It’s wild. Highly recommend.

It was active but not crowded, and everyone took the time to clean after using the various machines. I would be super happy to work out here regularly if I lived in Saskatoon. Didn't use the coffee/smoothie bar but it looked great.

They let you have a consult with a personal trainer. She was amazing and walked me through several machines. Definitely more than enough to get me started. The gym is always super clean - the staff so friendly and helpful.

Expérience fantastique: If I could give this gym 6 stars, I would! The 6th star is dedicated to the sweet puppy that hangs out at the gym. They really thought of everything that you would need to have a good gym experience, including chargers for devices, hair ties, and accessible lockers. There are machines that you would never encounter in a commercial gym yet they target muscle groups in a very effective way. I also appreciate the cleanliness and how quiet it is during the times I went.

The staff are friendly, meticulous at keeping the space and equipment clean, and everything is looked after very well. The gym has received constant improvements over the time I have attended. New equipment, tasteful changes and additions. I have cultivated great friendships with both the staff and the patrons of the gym. You can tell by looking around that the owner is passionate about fitness, and cares about the quality of the gym experience.

I hired a trainer in the beginning who showed me what and how to use the equipment. The staff is always encouraging and helpful. The other patrons are great and friendly. The hours of operation are broad enough that I could fit them into my schedule easily. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you are a self conscious, fluffy person like me!

They have a great selection of equipment, offer group fitness classes, tanning, protein shake bar etc. It’s also probably one of the only gyms you might see a dog in! All the staff are super friendly, and the owner seems wonderful too. Whether you are new to the gym, or have been a gym rat for years, I could not recommend this gym enough.

Expérience fantastique: This review is LONG overdue (my apologies to FF and their great staff). We live about 4 months out of the year in Saskatoon, coming here from Chicago for the sake of our work. Stated succinctly, Fitness Focus is one of the high points of our travels here. Sure, the gym is a bit small sometimes but the quality of the staff, equipment, and care taken with the facility make it every bit the equal of our gyms in Chicago. I feel like I do not miss a beat with regards to fitness when I transition from my Chicago gym to FF. The equipment is great, diverse, and well maintained. Not only is the gym top notch but also the 10-pass punch card program is EXACTLY what we need and done more economically than just about everything else here in Canada. Herein I am saying that, every time we are up here, I feel bad for our brothers and sisters to the North because you pay WAY too much for everything! However, not at FF. We really appreciate this place and will continue to go every chance we get during our extended visits. Kudos to the staff and management of Fitness Focus: you do a GREAT job with EVERY aspect of operation and care of this facility!
