Expérience fantastique: Great gym. Plenty of machines to choose from, multiple squat racks, plenty of benches. As someone who goes in the morning or around noon, I almost never have to wait to use equipment that i want to use. Great atmosphere too.

Expérience positive: Very much enjoy this gym. Great staff, roomy, airy, and friendly vibe.

Expérience fantastique: Top tier gym, incredible friendly staff, clean environment, plenty of equipment and typically not very busy like the big brand name gyms.

Expérience négative: Paid for a home training consultation and it was garbage. Impractical home exercises (I have a home gym, lots of options to give me), dietary recommendation were unrealistic (included daily bacon for starts), and zero consideration for previously stated body injuries. Terrible and a waste of money IMO

Expérience négative: Paid for personal training and a meal plan with Rej Lepage. Half hearted effort on the meal plan, disinterested during the training session. It felt more like a sales pitch to join crossfit. I still have training sessions that I paid for but have not returned because I don't see the point. It's been a year and Noone has contacted me either. I guess if you don't get a gym membership, you are not a priority or of interest. I see now why they insist that you pay in advance for personal training.

Expérience positive: A fairly new member to the gym. Decent selection of machines available to use which helps keep your workouts up to date . The cardio section upstairs however is very warm and stuffy. I am not sure if the AC system is broken at the moment (I really hope that's the case because with warmer weather approaching I want to enjoy my runs not feel like I cannot breathe)

Expérience positive: Gym is great! Sometimes the keycard buzzes out on me and doesn't work but overall a good place to workout.

Expérience fantastique: When I lived in Martensville I always liked going here. The owners, Reg and Carly, were super nice and always around to help. The gym had all the equipment needed and the place was always very clean. If I didn't move I would still be a member. They are great community leaders.

Expérience fantastique: The staff is always very kind and attentive and the gym is always clean. I prefer the overall feel of wrench fitness over a commercial gym and don’t feel they are lacking in any equipment. I began training at wrench with a 10 time punch pass and will definitely be signing up for a full on membership as soon as I run out!

Expérience fantastique: 6 AM Spin classes with Charlena are the best start to my day!!
