Expérience fantastique: I've been a long time gym goer here. The equipment selection is massive especially for the size of the building. They carry supplements here I haven't purchased much from them other than protein powder.

Expérience fantastique: So happy to be working out here again! Place is incredible… Lots of machines and free weights. Very clean. Feel safe here with key fob for in and out.

Expérience positive: Lots of good equipment. Only draw back is no space for stretching or mobility.

Expérience fantastique: EDIT: change rooms are beginning to see renovation, and they have done me a solid by assisting me on some unused months I had paid for a while back and couldn't use. Up to five stars! Fair prices, 24 hour access, decent variety of equipment, and dumbbells up to at least 150 lbs! (Love it). Have only met 1 staff, but she was very accommodating in getting me setup. the actual working out part is great. It's a bit tight because there's so much stuff in there. But that's ok, I like having the variety of gear. The change rooms/showers leave alot to be desired (moulding on curtains, curling-up floor matts, etc.) Also no stock on things like paper towel... Otherwise. Fantastic :)

Expérience fantastique: I'm only in dauphin for long weekends so paying for a 6 month membership wouldn't work for me. Do you have any recommendations?

Expérience fantastique: It's my kinda of gym environment. I work long hours during my week but they made it work to get me a pass and payment, paperwork. The other gym goers are all focused and train. There isn't any showing off or messing around. Makes for a good workout every time.

Expérience fantastique: Great place to lift some big weight. Or Cardio, yoga mats etc. The owner, Dawson Ramsey is a great guy. He can be seen maintaining his own gyms, cleaning, chatting with his clients and just being a great motivational presence overall. Lots of different equipment and a fair monthly rate. Lots of space.

Expérience fantastique: By far my favorite gym! I've been to tons of different gyms in different cities/provinces/countries and this remains my favorite. Great equipment, friendly staff and a very clean environment!

Expérience fantastique: This gym is so incredible. The owners really care about this place and are constantly adding new equipment, it’s spotless and modern. They offer free walk-ins every Friday. Also a mth membership is very reasonable. Can’t say enough about this place, I love it
