Expérience positive: I have had a membership and this gym off and on for years. I have found the owners of this gym exceptionally kind and friendly. I love the size and atmosphere at this gym. I have been to other ones in CB and have found that although the equipment may be newer there is very little space to workout. The only negative thing I can say is that the hours of operating are lacking and are such a disappointment. Opening up at 9am makes no sense given the fact it is a gym and there are pleny of people who like to work out prior to starting their work day. Please consider changing your hours to accommodate those who want to give your gym business but can't because of your operating hours. 7 am opening would be great

Expérience fantastique: Good gym, good price and has everything I’m looking for in gym at this time. Like that it’s a bit more open and spread out than the other gyms in town.

Expérience négative: Probably the most ghetto gym in corner brook, only for meat heads. Not recommend. Crowded with seniors and high schoolers.

Expérience fantastique: This is a fantastic facility. The sauna and showers are amazing, and Tracy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful :)

Expérience positive: Reasonably priced with everything you need for a quality workout and a dry sauna to boot. Only 1 power rack is bit of a hinderance on crowded days.
