Expérience positive: I’ve been a member of this gym for the past three years, but I’m considering leaving due to the poor condition of the facilities. The gym is dirty and the equipment is not well-maintained. It’s extremely dusty, and some of the dumbbell covers are broken off. I’ve been debating leaving a review for a long time, but now it’s become too frustrating to deal with. The summer heat is unbearable, and I was told two years ago that part of the AC system isn’t working. Today, the water machine is also out, so there’s no water in the gym unless you go to the counter and ask for it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The men’s bathroom is a disaster. One of the two sinks hasn’t worked since I joined, and the urinal has been running nonstop. It’s disappointing that such basic maintenance issues aren’t being addressed.

Expérience fantastique: A solid gym, with a mostly friendly staff. There are tons of machines for cardio and lifting. The hours are good. Even during the busy time from 5PM-7PM, you never have to wait around for equipment. The Owner is there everyday. He walks around, checks up on you, asks how you're doing, and always has a smile on his face. The massage therapy and acupuncture clinics, are run by employees who are professional, helpful, kind, and affordable.

Expérience positive: In my opinion this gym is a great place because its less crowded and has all the machines you need maybe some of them needs some upgrades but it works for no. The gym is clean and has a nice atmosphere with decent staff. There is a huge parking outside the gym thats free and they should get new lockers and make that locker room more attractive. Overall worth subscribing for 395$ a year or 355$ for students check them out!

Expérience négative: I went to try for a free trial and this gym is absolutely horrendous. The machines are full of dust (that you inhale while using them) , the gym is dirty and the locker rooms are a wreck (water spillage, no hot water). I spoke to someone and said that its been like this since the owner has changed. I absolutely do not recommend and hope the gym owner takes action ASAP.

Expérience positive: This is a good gym, but they need to clean and upgrade a lot of their workout machines. Especially upgrade the locker rooms for men too. This will be a good investment for them to attract more clients!

Expérience négative: Je me suis abonnés avec le plan mensuelle qui inclurait une consultation avec l'entraîneur, en olus j'en voulais un. Je n'ai jamais reçu une appel de dit entreneur. Ainsi, les machines sont dans sa majorité, toutes magané. Les salles de bain sont clean, mais magané aussi, avec des murs pas fini et des trou partout, l'éclairage pas bon non plus. L'avantage des salle des machines est la grand fenestrations. Ça te fait tomber dans un piège, comme m'est arrivé. Le personnel est amable.

Expérience positive: Not bad as a gym, the boxing bag is a plus which made me switch from Buzzfit, good machines variety, nice team, BUT the mens lockers room is horrible, dirt and bad smelling and is NOT an accident, every day. Pas mal comme gym, le sac de boxe est un plus qui m'a fait changer de Buzzfit, bonne variété d'appareils, bonne équipe, MAIS le vestiaire des hommes est horriblement sale et une odeur de moisissures (humidité ) et ca, chaque jour, pas accidentellement.

Expérience fantastique: Nice place, I had a good experience for massotherapic sessions in their center. Clean, cozy, and calm. I recommend Mr. Clark, very professional services and good techniques. It's helpful for the pain of muscles and the back.

It's not racist and actually is very cool and outgoing. and everybody that is a part of gym tries. They're best to keep it running like a well maintained engine... There is always room for improvement, like in any establishment, but Clints, and the people, and the environment are totally professional

Expérience fantastique: June 2023, I was pleased to see 'new equipment esp. Treadmills', nice ambiance & good size 'not colossal yet good basic machines'! Ian is always 'very affablE, gregarious & knowledgeable' welcoming spirit & cheers you on!

Expérience négative: A guy gave me a tour the first time I visited the gym. He told me there are fitness dance group classes. Plus I saw a group class schedule on the website such as Zumba and Spinning and there are so many good review about this gym. So I signed for membership. However, after, I called again to confirm the schedule of a class. This time was a different person on the phone. I ended up being told that no group classes is included in the membership and I need to contact the class instructor by myself for the schedule of the class. This is absolutely ridiculous. I mean who does that? Please remove the misleading info on your website. So far I found the customer service is so not professional. Really bad

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym, great staff who care about their customers. Been a member since September and I can't be happier! Ian Paris is the difference maker, his presence and care for everyone is priceless. It's a family environment on top of it all!

Expérience négative: Each time I came to this gym, someone had to eat while I asked a question. The last time I went, I asked the guy who was having his lunch at the bar, to have Sam call me (even wrote my number on a sticky note), because I needed help to calculate my macros. I also sent an email to Ian, who confirmed that "Sam will be glad to help you with that". I never had anyone contact me. Disappointed, not going back.

Expérience fantastique: The gym is affordable, clean and well equipped. Ian and his staff are super friendly and very welcoming. A comfortable judgement free setting for anyone of any age. Ian is the best. With a plethera of experience he knows what he is talking about and gave me the confidence to reach for new goals and believe in myself again!! Would not hesitate to recommend this gym and trainers to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: 2BFit is really a one stop health centre. Started with a trial of one week with the interest of the spinning class. Discovered as I was there, the gym offered hot yoga, massage, osteopath and personal trainer where I tried each one. I have become a regular! Ian has a great team that are skilled and exceptionally good at their craft. There is no intimidation with looking a certain way or not being fit like other gyms. Price is reasonable and affordable! Franca is the best in meeting your needs! She’s efficient and extremely nice.

Expérience positive: Machines always available no matter the time or day I go. Trainers are unobtrusive and the place is clean. However, I find there are more "gymbros" than before and the staff don't enforce the "place your weights back" and "don't make unnecessary" rules. Glad they have classes but really wish the yoga ones were included (yearly membership PLUS 10$ a 1hr session? Come on). Its close to home and work, will keep going.

This place offers you all the services you need for your total body health, from massage therapy, to osteopathy, to athletic therapists, to Hot Yoga, to personal training and rehabilitation and so much more! This health centre is a high-end centre at an affordable price and is truly welcoming for people from all walks of life. I highly recommend this Centre!

Expérience fantastique: ive been living with back pain all my life, thus gym training can be a little tricky for me, i decided to sign up at 2bfit seeing as this place is not only a gym but also a clinic, yoga classes and the paramedical clinic has done wonders for, the staff is so welcoming and helpful, nothing but 5 stars for me, i would recommend to anyone, its like a one stop garage for the whole body.

Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Ian Parris on and off for a few years and he's VERY knowledgeable and a fantastic osteopath. With the addition of the clinic and suburb customer service, it sets this fitness center apart from the others. I Highly recommend this place.
