Her workouts are next level: super well-structured, challenging in the right way, and they produce real results. Since training with her, I’ve grown muscle everywhere, gotten so much stronger, and (most importantly) I’ve learned how to do everything properly, the right form, the right movement patterns, and the right mindset. I feel confident in the gym now because she actually teaches you what you’re doing and why. What makes Sofia truly special is how carefully she listens. She pays attention to exactly what you need and adjusts everything accordingly. I’m highly sensitive and more prone to burnout, and she customized my training in a way that kept me progressing without pushing me past my limits. That level of care and intelligence in programming is rare. She’s also incredibly supportive and flexible. At one point I wanted to train from home, and she created a full home workout plan for me so I could stay consistent without missing a beat. And the vibe at Sofit Gym is unreal, the music is always on point and Sofia’s energy is so high it pulls the best out of you. You leave feeling stronger, proud, and honestly just alive. Also, I have to say: the other coaches are great too. I’ve worked with them and had amazing experiences, and the group classes are so much fun while still being super effective. On top of everything, the prices are VERY affordable for the quality you get. It’s rare to find coaching and an environment like this at that value. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Sofia and Sofit Gym to anyone who wants real results, proper coaching, and an incredible training experience. She’s the best.

Expérience négative: J'ai eu le déplaisir de venir voir Sofia. Parce que je lui ai dit que je voulais prendre le temps de la décision. Elle m'a demandé pourquoi j'avais besoin de temps. Je lui ai dit que comparer avec d'autres offres etait une des raisons pour laquelle je voulais decider plus tard tard. Et la elle me propose d'autre prix en me disant voici d'autres prix pour les gens qui peuvent pas s'offrir ces services. Continue a tout miser sur les injections, c'est a ca que ca mene... Extrêmement mal élevée et irrespectueuse. Je recommande pas du tout.

Personnellement, je suis avec le coach David depuis Nov 2023, passionné par ce qu'il fait et prend son temps avec chaque client. Je n'ai pas encore assisté à un entraînement avec un autre coach par contre ils ont tous l'air passionné par ce qu'il font. Sofia et l'entraîneur de boxe sont très souriant et accueillant. Le probleme de stationnement touche tt le monde et dérange tt le monde.
