Expérience négative: There is concerning behavior from the new staff member Leanne that has resulted in a feeling of being unwelcomed at this location. She has exhibited poor retail service skills that is harbouring an unsafe space at this location allowing members and herself to target and make others feel uncomfortable. The previous manager Shelby was kind and polite who created a safe space for paying members to enjoy.

Expérience fantastique: The manager LeAnne and Trainers Lindsay and Luke always have a smile and friendly greeting. The gym is beautiful and very clean. Lots of of towel and spray available. Very nice equipment.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym. Has everything you really need. Very laid back. Great staff. Awesome mountain view. My son and I were at Spray Lakes for a year; most evenings we left it was so busy. We came to Anytime last year and we haven't looked back. Thanks Anytime! D. Dore

Expérience négative: LOL I am not paying a gym $60+ a month (plus random fees throughout the year) for them to monitor how long I go on the stairmaster. Considering it is 50% of my workout, 6 days a week. And most likely because ONE person complained. While you’re at it, please consider telling a good chunk of your clients to stop taking up machines to sit on their phones without proper footwear (I.e: crocs). But won’t be going to a gym that has an issue with my 45 minute stairmaster workouts.

The staff are absolutely amazing—always great to chat with, greeting me with smiles and words of encouragement that make every visit uplifting. The views are breathtaking, and just being here has a way of turning any day around for the better. I can honestly say I’m a completely different person than I was two years ago when I first joined this gym. The supportive environment, fantastic equipment, and welcoming ambiance have played such a huge role in that transformation. Even during busy times, everyone is friendly and happy to make space for others. Cochrane didn’t truly feel like home until I found this place. Shelby, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and like part of the family. I can’t recommend this gym enough to anyone looking for a fitness community that genuinely cares about its members

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I joined about 4 months ago. We could not be happier with the staff, available programs, equipment, and facility. Always clean and the view we get while working out would rival any gym… not just any other Anytime Fitness. If you haven’t tried the Anytime Fitness App I would definitely recommend. Enjoy!

Expérience fantastique: I only visited this location once, but found the staff to be very helpful and the location to be absolutely gorgeous. If I was living in Cochrane full-time, this would definitely be a great to work out.

Expérience fantastique: Elevator to second floor gym location is painfully slow... trust me take stairs. Gym itself is properly equipped and the view from the gym floor to the Rockies is unmatched. Probably one of the most beautiful views from any Anytime fitness location. I'm not a member here but travel and work out at various anytime fitness locations. This one is a keeper.

I’m eager to integrate his recommendations in my subsequent workouts. Expérience fantastique: Fantastic Gym! I recently signed up for 1 year and really happy I did. The gym is extremely clean and well looked after and the equipment is first class. Staff are very friendly and it honestly feels like a small oasis. They also have a tanning bed for members to use. Wish the weight lifting area was a little bigger but the gym is never busy so it’s always usable. I also use my virtual reality headset to work out doing boxing and other coaching apps and there’s a good usable area away from people for doing so. Recommend Anytime Fitness

Expérience fantastique: Im a new member at the Cochrane Anytime Fitness. First time walking in..I was greeted by the manager Mackenzie..who was both Helpful and accommodating, She gave me a walk through, which I appreciated..The gym is clean and organized. SOLD!! Lol She sign me up with 0 issues.

Expérience fantastique: Always organized and clean, views of the mountain’s, massive gym with an amazing equipment selection, and even a tanning bed. Friendly vibe from people that go here. I never find it that busy (maybe because of the size) I drive out of my way to come here.

Expérience négative: The management of the gym is extremely unpleasant to communicate with. There are thefts in the gym and they don’t do anything about it. Instead they blame the customers that don’t have any opportunity to store stuff at the gym. The coaches stay at this gym only for a month or two. Usually the staff is not there. When I had a question I tried to catch a coach for several weeks and gave up. People don’t unload their weights and do stupid stuff with the equipment, because none is there to give them advice. People sign up and disappear after couple of weeks. I have been exercising at this location for more than two years already and since Mackenzie left the things are getting worse and worse. If you drive to gym anyway, it’s better to go to SLS. This place will kill your motivation to exercise.

Expérience positive: 10/10 staff and trainers who put the utmost effort in to making the gym a welcoming, clean and warm environment. Had the pleasure of being introduced to my trainer Rosetta who was recommended by the manager Mackenzie. Since then I have become much more comfortable and confident in the gym! However it seems that their hard working staff by are being under utilised when it comes to the expertise they being to the table, I wish they could be given more of a chance to have an opportunity to make this gym reflect what they have to offer. Not having water bottles, tanning goggles, locker locks, tanning lotion, and a supplement market on site available for purchase to me seems like a huge missed opportunity. No laundry services available to provide shower towels, no feminine hygiene products available in washrooms, no mirror in the tanning room are definitely things that could be improved. These changes are things that have to happen from the top down and are by no means a reflection on the front line staff. Joining Anytime has been the best thing I’ve done for my self all year and i hope they continue to grow and improve!

Expérience négative: Drove over to take a look at the gym and noticed we had to call to view the gym. No one was staffed even though the staffed hours on the website said there should be someone there. Booked an appointment for the next day and got a confirmation email along with a confirmation text the morning of, got to the door and no one was answering. Ended up being let in and viewed the gym when realizing again it was unstaffed during our appointment time that was confirmed… Gym looks beautiful and we are excited to possibly sign but we are still worried about how to sign up when there is never a staff membership around during STAFFED hours.

Expérience négative: The gym was closed for 6 months of my 12 month contract and I was still charged full price. Getting a hold of someone who can do anything about this is impossible.

Expérience négative: Beware of scam contracts, total bs when trying to cancel cc payments after initial term was up only to show up on credit bureau …..also with false amounts, buyer beware. I was a member since Aug 14/17 and have paid this location monthly. Unless you plan to be a lifetime member, beware of contracts and your credit card info. They seem more concerned with gouging than repeat business.

Expérience positive: This is a great gym with friendly staff. I'm excited for the second squat rack to arrive. I do wish the music could be shut off or at least made quiet through: everyone has headphones cranked to drown it out. Taking a star off for that. It's my only complaint, but it's bad :/

Expérience fantastique: Great gym. Probably the best view you will ever get at a gym. Imagine the most pristine mountain view the entire time on the treadmill. Friggin awesome. Lot's of room. Good weight selection. Great staff.

Expérience fantastique: The Anytime Fitness in Heritage Hills Cochrane is the most amazing gym my husband and I have every been a member of. It is clean, the staff are amazing, it has tons of new equipment, you have a gorgeous mountain view and the owner is super responsive and personable. They bring in new equipment requests when asked if they can, they have a tanning bed to use and they have an outdoor patio area to workout that is perfect for summers! Hands down the nicest, cleanest and impressive gym in Cochrane/Calgary area! Great deals too on memberships. They take care of you and treat you like family. Highly recommend!!!

Expérience négative: Don’t sign up if you want to be treated like a normal person. Not just someone with a paycheque. Moved 2 years ago. Signed a 2 year contract over 3 years ago, and it said if you move somewhere without an anytime club the membership will be waved. Still payed the fees as they were pulled from my credit card. Called them to provide and address and it was not accepted. Now they are requesting $200 after I paid over $1000 in membership fees and haven’t even walked into the doors of that place in over 2 years. Total scam.

Not only is the customer service 5 star but also the gym itself. Always super clean, full of clean towels, great equipment, and inviting. I encourage anyone who wishes to join a gym in the Cochrane area, to consider this gym. I couldn’t be happier.

Expérience positive: It is clean, well lit, the staff are great. However, the price is a bit high (I think Goodlife is the cheapest right now ~$24/bw?), the background fees are also a bit silly. Th more comparably priced Sports center offers more, aside from the hours (I suppose it is to be expected for a lifestyle gym). Really though, it is the equipment holding it back. While new and well kept, the design is very basic... occasionally impeding exercise.

Expérience négative: this is by far the worst gym ever. The customer service is by far the worst ever. He was rude and unprofessional. They hung up the phone on me for requesting to escalate a simple issue that should take minutes to resolve. I requested for a simple receipt, and gym replied saying they have submitted to the billing department. 20 days later, still no reply. They refuse to reply back to my email, and after 20 days, they still have not responded. I called for a follow up, and the receiver was extremely rude. This is unacceptable. The receiver was extremely disrespectful. He said he will put an end to our conversation when I requested to talk to someone who can resolve my issue. In the end he hang up the phone. I felt completely disrespected and outraged by the poor customer service.

Expérience fantastique: Love this gym! Never too busy, brand new machines, and impeccable cleanliness. The individual bathrooms with showers are a very nice touch, and I've never had to wait. The manager is great and always says hello to everyone as they enter and exit. I would highly recommend this gym - even if only for those amazing views of the mountains.

Expérience fantastique: Towel Service, good location, clean, spacious gym with new equipment. I always feel so motivated to work out here because of the huge panoramic windows that bring in natural lighting with great views. My only complaint is that all storage is open cubbies rather than lockers, which is not as secure but I haven't had any problems yet. I've been a regular member of 3 other Anytime Fitness locations as I've moved a lot in the past and I haven't had any issues with any of them.

Expérience fantastique: Myself and my husband have been going to the Cochrane Anytime Fitness since August 2017. We love the size of the gym, the friendliness of it and how clean it is. The Manager, Raymund, is absolutely one of the best. He’s super friendly, ensures the place and equipment is safe and clean at all times. He’s very knowledgeable of the equipment and very good at training on the equipment or even mini boot camp classes. We totally noticed a difference when he wasn’t working at the Cochrane sight and were pleased to see him back! Best gym in Cochrane!!! Update; Over the years of enjoying the gym we have met many amazing people. Shelby took over as the new manager when Raymond left and her smile is contagious. Shelby and the team are knowledgeable and supportive of all members! Myself, my husband and friends are met with encouragement and enthusiasm for us being there . Still the best gym in Cochrane, but sadly we are leaving to move back to the UK. We will miss this place and the people who make it comfortable to work out !

He continues to do an outstanding job keeping all the fitness equipment clean as well as the gym itself, his kindness to myself and other member is continuously grateful. There was a minor problem with my billing account and they fixed the issue promptly and were more than willing to help me out in the end. Can't say enough of how well they took care of me and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into shape in a clean, modern, fun environment.

Expérience fantastique: Clean, amazing view and TRUE 24 hour access. Towel service, with individual shower rooms, 24x7 tanning available. Cardio equipment is excellent and smooth. Perfect gym, only thing I wish they had was a tbar row. Had an issue (was actually my fault) with walking in at the same time with another member and not scanning in individually. The owner sorted it out quickly and restored my access without hassle. This gym is a much better choice than the GoodLife in town that's frequently over-busy.
