Expérience fantastique: Absolutely amazing facility. It has a great variety of equipment, which is kept immaculately clean and well maintained. My wife and I decided to get personal training from Torrin, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and made sure the workouts were fun. We would gladly recommend his services to anyone looking to get to know the gym better, or just wanting to get into better health

They offer a variety of different classes at lots of different times, including things like Yoga and kickboxing. Staff are super friendly, prices are reasonable, and overall has everything you need for a small town gym!

Expérience fantastique: It's so nice to have a good gym in coaldale finally. They also have a smoothie bar inside. I just wish there was space for a few more machines, like a cable crossover. It still beats driving to the bigger gyms in lethbridge though.

Expérience positive: Jordan the owner is cool and always ready to offer to help and spot people on the bench. The older man is awful at customer service, don't think he's ever worked in a gym or in customer relations. Good workout music, brand new equipment....little pricey though.
