Expérience fantastique: Am a senior 65+ and have been struggling to keep my pre-diabetes in check. My Dr recommended that I exercise more to avoid diabetes medications. I joined end of Aug and haven't looked back. I was very worried about feeling like a fish out of water and being self-conscious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even their cleaning lady makes you feel like you belong there. It's a smaller gym, but it has top of the line equipment with easy instructions for first-timers. It is conveniently open 24hrs, so I can follow my menopausal sleep schedule and go 5am, 7am, or later in morning or whenever I choose. It's always clean and welcoming. It feels safe anytime of day with everyone entering with their own swipe card. The clients vary in ages from 20s to 80s, with different levels of intensity. It suits everyone and is very reasonably priced. Best thing I have done for myself in a long time.. My new happy place!.

Expérience fantastique: I've been at this gym for half a year now. Not only is it close to where I live, but it's 24hr availability provides exceptional convenience. The staff takes great initiative to handle both maintenance and upkeep of the building and equipment. The staff are friendly as you walk in and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns I may have. There are clips they post on social media that explains the correct way to use their equipment which is something I highly recommend for beginners to check out. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Simplyfit and will be looking to renew my membership in the near future.

Usually I workout in the morning. When I come in Monica is always so friendly with everyone. Very sweet person and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. The gym is impeccably clean. Tracey does a great job to make sure your workout experience is in a clean environment. Overall experience AWESOME!!!!!!!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO THOSE WHO LOVE THAT HOME GYM EXPERIENCE.

It’s got everything you need and none of the hassles found in most commercial gyms. Everyone is there just to get their workouts in and all very helpful. I wish we had a Simply Fit back home. Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to simple since November 2023. Every time I’m there the staff are always so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming, everyone there is willing to help and is always be so supportive of your efforts. I’ve been struggling the last few months to make the time and effort to go and every time I do it’s been so encouraging to keep going back and trying to be my best self. I absolutely recommend this place especially if you’re new and wanting to get into the gym, this was my very first time at a gym and I couldn’t be happier with my choice

Expérience positive: Good gym, nice equipment, thin lockers, no straight bars for curlling, 2 floors, friendly staff, clean all around, showers, trainers, no message chair, no pool, and courts

Expérience négative: This gym takes out payments well after your contract is up and after terminating contract well before the 30 day period and then tells you "sorry, there's nothing I can do." I would think twice before giving them your banking information. This isn't right. Ripping people off for money. Reply to owner: You are right. I have never been a member of your gym and I would NEVER give you my banking information. I know someone who was a member of your gym and you were given more than 30 days notice to end their contract via EMAIL like your contract states and they STILL had over a month of payments come out of their bank account when their contract ended. They have the email proof of giving you their notice to end their contract, which you failed to do. I don't blame them for calling and being pissed off with your staff when they took the right steps to cancel, the steps that are in YOUR contract. This isn't the first time I have heard of your gym doing this to people. Very unprofessional.

Expérience négative: Worst staff I have ever seen in gym. i had argue with one guy in front of staff and same time staff was on call and she didn’t pay attention and when I ask staff to told him so staff said that I cant deal with him and also staff were yelling at me and told me to leave gym.I was met with disrespect and a lack of professionalism. It's disappointing to encounter such behaviour in an environment that should promote health and positivity. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all members

Expérience négative: These guys are thief who want to steal your money at any opportunity, if you buy their long term membership, make sure to take it in writing that DO NOT AUTO RENEW, if you forget they will keep charging even after your membership period ends, doesn’t matter if you use their gym or not. And when you go for canceling they will do all the delay for processing cancellation request and will not cancel for a month. Better find some other gym who do fair business!!!

Expérience fantastique: I wish Waterloo had a Simply Fit! Visiting Niagara Falls with my family and looking for a gym for early AM workouts and stumbled on Simply Fit. I dropped in on the way into town and purchased a couple of day passes and a key fob (24 hrs, which was very convenient). The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable; the gym was very clean and well maintained; amazing selection of weight and cardio equipment (and heavy weights eg: 140 lb dumbbells, not that I could use those!), and a wonderful atmosphere. Great experience, and hopefully I can drop in again someday!

Expérience fantastique: I have been a member of Simply fit since I started working out. Simply Fit has been instrumental in my development and always will be a Training home of mine. I have prepared for four separate powerlifting competitions at this gym and won a bronze medal at the 2020 Canadian powerlifting nationals my first year competing as a result. I have brought countless friends and family to this gym due to the success I’ve had at this gym. I could go on and on about what you could accomplish at this gym but all it takes is some consistency, effort and then anything is possible. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and she made the sign up process simple. The gym and equipment was spotless. There was 2 cleaners working. Everyone seemed to have great etiquette and very diligent with respect to wiping down handles and surfaces after using the equipment. I look forward to getting into a routine and the vibe at this gym is exactly what I was looking for.

In all my years of being part of a gym, I have never come across a management team who shows such a lack of professionalism and care for their customers, who cannot properly articulate in oral or written form and who refuse to address any questions asked that they do not wish to answer.

I canceled May 12th, was told I had to pay until my contract expired July 14th. 2 months later, they are still billing my credit card every two weeks. I have been emailing their account manager to have the charges reversed and they're giving me the run around. I'm reporting it to my credit card company as fraud.
