Expérience positive: Monica helped me set up a perfect plan, tailored for my needs in gym. Thanks for that. The facility is clean, well kept. The equipment are maintained. Unlike other gyms i have been too. Major plus points for that.

Expérience fantastique: Solid gym for serious training. Proper setup with two deadlift platforms, thick rubber flooring suitable for heavy pulls, and a clean, well-maintained space overall. Staff were very friendly and respectful, especially to someone just dropping in. I was visiting the area and trained here for two days, and it was an easy choice. If I’m back around Niagara Falls, I’ll 100% train here again.

Best place to be . Get your body moving and staying fit. The facility is clean , lots of space and the machines are great. I have been with them for over 10 years. I was able to move back to canada and renew my membership best thing ever.

Expérience négative: Very big scammers in the town. don’t go there at all their employees don’t know how to talk with customers. I just go their only one day they give me membership for 6 months which you cannot cancel it for lifetime they gonna charge your credit card continuesly. They are charging me from one year and not cancelling my membership just telling me we will reply you in two days but cancelling my membership. Stay away from this place.

Expérience fantastique: Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The staff are awesome, always friendly, and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The whole team is pleasant and easy to talk to, which honestly makes a huge difference. The gym itself is always clean, organized, and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in the space and care about the environment they’re creating for members. Shoutout to the manager Monica as well. One day I forgot my headphones and she went out of her way to help me out so I could still get my workout in. It’s the little things like that which show they genuinely care. Great equipment, great energy, no judgment, no ego, just a solid gym to get your work in. If you’re looking for a gym that actually feels comfortable to train at, this is the spot.

Expérience négative: Be ware. Cancelling your membership is a nightmare. They are not understanding in any way. I moved out of town in June and have not been able to cancel my membership until now as per contract. My visa was compromised so one payment was missed. I then immediately emailed them letting them know and that I would now like to cancel my membership since it is passed the locked in period. They keep trying to pull out payments which is wracking up NSF fees when I let them know that the card is no longer in use. I didn’t just disappear and try not to pay, I have been going back and forth via email trying to sort this out. They continue to try to pull out the payments which is adding even more NSF fees… I want to pay my balance but am fighting on what is the right payment owing. A good business would not fight me on these final payments. It’s becalming a major headache. They have made money off of me not even being able to go there since June, have a heart. Update: not sure who’s replying to this review but it’s completely false and a very different tone than I’ve been dealing with via email. Monica is absolutely horrendous to deal with. Extremely immature tone because she’s hurt that I made this review due to her lack of customer service. I was not contacted multiple times. I was contacted once and I immediately sent an email which followed by communicating on my end and fighting about what I owe. They tried to charge me over $100 after missing one payment and cancelling my membership. I was questioning the final balance because the math does not add up. It’s all dealt with in a disgusting manor.

I go almost every day and man can I say I wouldn’t go anywhere else, this gym feels like I could live here as my true home. The staff are absolutely amazing, for example Emily always greets me with a warm welcome to get my workout fired up. The staff are hard working even cleaning up after others while being as nice as possible. Everything is incredibly safe as well as useful. There is the perfect amount of everything and I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: I have just joined Simply Fit Niagara Falls location. I have already found several things to love about this facility. I went one day and requested a tour and was provided that by Miss Emily who is a super friendly young lady. I was pleasantly surprised by the much larger than expected size of the club as well as the vast number of machines and free weights that are available to members. I returned the following day and signed up under a special rate that was offered as a biweekly payment which will remind me to make sure I attend regularly. I was provided with a free t-shirt and lanyard to hold my swipe tag for entry to the gym 24/7 which will ensure that there will always be time to workout which will eliminate excuses to not attend. On my first day working out, Miss Emily answered all my questions regarding use of the machines without any judgment She smiles all the time and even complimented me on my muscle memory despite it being nearly ten years since I have worked out regularly. On my second day of working out, I met the equally friendly Miss Monica who noticed that I was not using a machine in the correct manner. She very nicely advised me of this noting that she was concerned that I could injure my back. She then demonstrated the correct use of the machine for me. Again, I felt zero judgment but rather friendly advice which I highly appreciated. This facility is extremely clean and run professionally which influenced my choice to become a member. Due to the staff there, I am once again excited to workout. If you are on the fence about joining, I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean, friendly, and fun place to workout among other like minded members who all treat one another with respect! Bravo to the approachable staff that make this a most pleasant place to workout! UPDATE: I have been attending Simply Fit six days a week for approximately six weeks now. I wanted to make mention again of the consistent cleanliness of the gym. Kudos goes to Miss Tracy who is always there cleaning with a smile on her face!! FURTHER UPDATE: I wanted to say something about another of the full time staff that works at Simply Fit. Miss Holly has the sweetest smile and is always encouraging when she greets members by name. She mentions that she sees me there regularly working hard. It makes me feel good to have someone notice my efforts! Thank you Miss Holly for making workouts a positive thing for me!

Simply lovely, equipment maintained and a clean and well taken care of environment, everyone that comes here is always polite and kind especially the staff, the 24/7 access is clutch and don’t get me wrong it can get busy but it’s usually always calm even while busy and there’s plenty of equipment to go around.

Also I like the equipment, they have deadlifting platforms, squat rack with safety bars, bench and incline bench press, Smith machine, adjustable cables and benches. There's a lot more machines including cardio. Also dumbbells range from 5 to over 100.

Enter: Simply Fit Niagara This family owned gym offers a 5 star service on every level. Monica took care of my 1 week membership inside of 10 mins. No headaches. All efficiency. Emily at the front desk is an absolute gem. Greets everyone with a smile. Makes you feel welcome. Gave a proper tour and made sure that I was all covered to come in at 4 am. The gym is IMMACULATE! Absolutely spotless. Great vibe. Fully stocked. I wish my gym back home was more like this. I travel often for work and this is by far my fave gym when on the road!

I'm super new to the fitness world, so even entering the gym initially was terrifying, but these two have walked me through every single question and made me feel like I'm really part of the community. The equipment is great (new cardio just recently!!) and the cleanliness is top notch. Had to come back and edit this because I can't believe that I didn't mention Tracy! Tracy does such an excellent job of keeping the gym sparkling clean! She never misses a spot and had immediately addressed any concern I've ever had (which is minimal, to be clear!)

Expérience fantastique: Am a senior 65+ and have been struggling to keep my pre-diabetes in check. My Dr recommended that I exercise more to avoid diabetes medications. I joined end of Aug and haven't looked back. I was very worried about feeling like a fish out of water and being self-conscious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even their cleaning lady makes you feel like you belong there. It's a smaller gym, but it has top of the line equipment with easy instructions for first-timers. It is conveniently open 24hrs, so I can follow my menopausal sleep schedule and go 5am, 7am, or later in morning or whenever I choose. It's always clean and welcoming. It feels safe anytime of day with everyone entering with their own swipe card. The clients vary in ages from 20s to 80s, with different levels of intensity. It suits everyone and is very reasonably priced. Best thing I have done for myself in a long time.. My new happy place!.

Expérience fantastique: I've been at this gym for half a year now. Not only is it close to where I live, but it's 24hr availability provides exceptional convenience. The staff takes great initiative to handle both maintenance and upkeep of the building and equipment. The staff are friendly as you walk in and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns I may have. There are clips they post on social media that explains the correct way to use their equipment which is something I highly recommend for beginners to check out. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Simplyfit and will be looking to renew my membership in the near future.
