Strength lab has been a great addition to my workout routine and the interaction with other members has been awesome. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a clean organized well managed gym in the Chatham area. Thanks to the staff at performance for all you do look forward to continuing my journey at the gym

Expérience négative: Extremely disappointing experience. Attended this gym for two weeks. Tried the sauna which turned off after 5 minutes of use. The Sauna also looked like it was last cleaned pre Covid and covered in garbage. Most of the TVS in the cardio area did not work which made a routine run seem even longer. Very over priced for the condition of the facility. Would not recommend. Save your money and go to Fit 4 Less.

Expérience fantastique: I’m visiting for a week and I’m glad I stopped by. The gym is very large, open, well lit, clean and the staff is very friendly. They all smiled and introduced themselves and shook my hand. I felt welcome and the best part is they have EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT and a SMOOTHIE BAR! check them out if u live here or nearby. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff, great gym to work out in especially all the classes they got going on. Been going here consistently for 3 months and with the help of the trainers and other staff member they were able to push me to do more and get more fit. Lost 15 lbs and feel great. Love the dry sauna as it does work up a crazy sweat after a hard workout. And the showers are good too. Good strong water pressure. Shake bar is good too, they have a large selection of protein shakes to even a refuel and energize if you're feeling you need a wake me up.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in Chatham by far, performance 360 has an amazing variety of attachments, some of the best plate loaded body building machines as well as 4 dumbbell racks!! so you’re never waiting for use. The atmosphere is exhilarating and you can’t beat the shake bar loading up your protein for the day!

Expérience négative: Was once a good gym, decided to take a huge section of the gym and close it off and charge for it. I used this section most frequently for the heavy bag and such, will be cancelling immediately.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is AMAZING. By far the cleanest gym I’ve been to. There aren’t attachments everywhere or random things on the floor. Warren, the owner, is incredible. He is super courteous and even shows appreciation to his staff. We primarily dealt with Euan who is extremely approachable, kind, and has great customer service skills. Spacious and enough equipment to get a great workout for any body part. We would recommend this gym to anybody! Peanut butter shake was great. The options for shakes are numerous and very reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

Expérience négative: Unfortunately new ownership is running this place into the ground. I had an agreement to pay a large down payment for lower monthly rates. However they will not honour my agreement and want to raise my membership price to the full amount and will not give me my deposit back. Was told we could continue to use the gym until we heard back from the owners lawyer, until one day we came to workout and told we were no longer members with no notice or forewarning. Owners boast on the radio all their new state of the art equipment, however there is no new equipment or layout and everything is the same as years ago, which seems to typically be “temporarily out of service”. You will see the same signs on the same machines for months if not years. Regular issues with the sauna, the roof leaks and generally a huge disconnect between ownership and management. Would not recommend unless you’re looking to pay outrageous membership fees, for an average (at best) gym.

(the staff was nice but the members were rude, it was almost as if me being a bodybuilder wasn't allowed.) Having moved recently from London. I was worried fit4less or gyms alike were my only choice.. it kind of put a damper on my motivation... not going to lie.. Coming from London and training at a gym that everyone referred to as "The Dungeon" and the motivation started in the parking lot.. that's a tough act to follow. But the moment I stepped into Performance 360, I knew instantly this was my gym. The staff was so nice and welcoming, asking me about my goals and truly caring about the dreams I wanted to reach. it's like a piece of "The Dungeon" Atmosphere came with me. And I loved that Instantly. Not only are the staff nice and welcoming, The members are as well! And they're all into fitness as much as I am so it's motivating just walking into the door! The weights go to 130lbs unlike others which stop at 75 and 100, and the dots of space and room as well as tons of cardio machines. You're never waiting and if you are it's not for very long I promise. The equipment is of great quality and they have machines that other gyms don't which are needed in maximizing hypertrophy. Their trainers are exceptional, I talk to one of their trainers who's phenomenal with Physio. His names Cheyenne, check him out if you need a quality trainer. I have had nothing but amazing experiences in my short time being there and I will continue to train there until life changes that for me. Expérience fantastique: If you've been considering getting started on a work out routine, or are looking to change some things up, I would highly recommend meeting with the Staff at Performance 360! After participating in the complimentary in-depth consultation, I decided to commit to training 3x a week and could not be happier with the service. My trainer built a fun and challenging workout plan, with a huge variety of movements. He's always super informative and is flexible enough to fit my schedule as a mom and fulltime student.

Expérience fantastique: I came into the gym blindly, injured, exhausted, depressed and embarrassed by my current body performance and appearance. I had a visit with Kristen who was absolutely incredible, she did my 360 scan and we went over my goals my struggles, worries and she assured me I’m not alone and their team was here for support. I was paired with Cheyenne who I feel was the perfect fit. Cheyenne is incredible. He listened to my concerns with my injury (shoulder bicep tenodesis repair and I was only about 2 months post op at the time). Cheyenne set me up with a plan incorporating personal training in combination with some rehab of my shoulder, including mobility and range of motion. Fast forward to only roughly 4 months later I have full range and mobility, and I can lift again. I truly feel if it weren’t for Cheyenne and his broad knowledge of strengthening and mobility I likely wouldn’t be where I’m at today. This team is absolutely phenomenal. I have never more comfortable in a gym while working on myself. The atmosphere here is great, everyone including the clients are all happy and helpful, it truly feels like a little family. I highly recommend every single staff member here. Everyone I’ve met has their own niche and their own strengths to add something additional to the team. Anyone who’s on a fitness journey whether it’s weight loss or just working on getting back into functional shape NEEDS to come here for an assessment and a plan! Highly recommend! Thank you all for everything you guys do.
