Bienvenue au Buzzfit Châteauguay, un centre de fitness où propreté et atmosphère amicale se conjuguent pour offrir une expérience d'entraînement satisfaisante.
Nos membres apprécient :
- Des installations bien entretenues - La salle de gym est nettoyée régulièrement et dispose d'une large variété d'équipements disponibles pour tous les niveaux de fitness.
- Un personnel sympathique - De nombreux utilisateurs ont exprimé des expériences positives avec notre équipe accueillante, en particulier la directrice, Tamara.
- Accessibilité - Buzzfit est ouvert 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, permettant aux membres de s'entraîner à leur convenance.

Expérience négative: J'ai appelé quelques jours avant d'aller au gym pour m'informer au sujet de la possibilité de changer le nom du contrat à mon copain pendant son absence. Arriver sur place ils me refusent l'accès disant qu'un employé l'est fait. Pourtant c'était bien le cas. Vraiment déçu et je ne remettrerai plus les pieds ici.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que vous avez eu une expérience frustrante avec nous. Expérience fantastique: Honestly the best gym for cleanliness is the Châteauguay location. I have been to other Buzz-fit locations over the years and this one is the best so far. I enjoy especially the Hydromassage bed; red light therapy makes the experience even better after a good day workout

Expérience fantastique: Wow, wow, just wow in such a good way I had the chance to meet manager Tamara and her co workers Sara who provided me the absolute best treatment at the gym. I currently am a member of buzz fit DDO and my experience at buzz fit chateaguay because of these two amazing people was breath taking. If your ever in the chateaguay area or considering a gym to join..you won't be disappointed with this one. It's also extremely clean and equipment. respectively well used. Expérience négative: Nous avons été membres de Buzzfit pendant un an, mais avons récemment mis fin à notre abonnement. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été ternie par l’attitude irrespectueuse d’un membre du personnel, Tristan, ce qui a fortement influencé notre décision. Nous espérions un service plus professionnel et respectueux, surtout après une année de fidélité. Cette situation nous a déçus, et nous ne recommanderions pas ce gym à nos proches. Ainsi, nous allons convaincre nos proches à aussi achever leur abonnement pour en trouver un meilleur gym avec au moins du respect. Nous espérons que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer l’accueil et le comportement du personnel.

Expérience négative: I went to this gym with my friend for the first time today. I wear my uggs to the gym I usually attend, and no one has a problem with it. This lady approached us, started being rude and disrespectful to me, being extremely unprofessional. She was telling me to leave because of my shoes. I was telling her I was just a visitor and did not know the rules of the gym, and that i had no other pair of shoes with me in that moment. At first I did not know who she was, she did not introduce herself. She then tells me she's the manager of the gym. She proceeded to ban me.

Expérience positive: An employee tried flirting with me. When I turned him down, he got pretty arrogant and rude. Due to his lack of professionalism, I now avoid that gym. But overall: pretty cool gym, the other staff members were super kind.

Expérience fantastique: Been a member in this gym for a long time and I can confidently say it’s the best gym I’ve been a member of. It’s big and spacious, has great equipment, a lot of different machines and it’s very clean. Employees are very welcoming and nice. Tamara the manager is super attentive always greets you with a big smile anytime you come in. The prices are very fair too so I will definitely keep renewing my membership

Expérience négative: Buzzfit *Fitness No Pressure, No Attitude You deserve to work out in a Judgement-free environment. At Buzzfit, we make it our mission to have a positive impact in our community by making physical fitness affordable, accessible and fun. I went to the gym this morning feeling good but left the gym very angry and disappointed. After working out for over an hour I requested to use the massage chair and was denied entry by the gym manager although another employee said to Tamara she has been here for a while. Tamara became loud and belligerent. She asked me if I have the proper pass I said yes. She then said well your pass did not work when you came in can I scan it again. Although she was no where in site when I came in and it was another employee who helped me sign in. I said what do you mean my pass did not work. One of the employees scanned me in. If that was the case he would have told me as they are very competent. I then asked how do you know my pass did not work? She just said it did not work. I then realized she did not believe me and realized I was being profiled. Tamara then changed her tone stating that well I did not see you come in the gym. Her coworker who was standing right next to her then said to her she has been here for while. She then said “Can I have your name please” absolutely rude and disrespectful. I then said to her no and then I said to her coworker why is she being so rude she overheard me and then said in a very loud and rude tone of voice that other customers could hear if you don’t like it you can cancel your membership while pointing to the door. Now if this is how you are running a business this is very unfortunate. The staff overall are very nice. However the manager who considers herself the boss was very disrespectful and rude. I don’t think this should be said to any customer. If nothing is done about this I will be left no choice but to go to the media. This is how much this has affected me. I felt I was singled out with this type of treatment because of the color of my skin. This was a deliberate act. I felt belittled and disrespected. This was an awful experience. Shame on you Tamara. I remain a disappointed customer.

The staff is definitely one of the reasons why I stayed at buzzfit even with all the repairs instead of going to another gym. She's funny, enthusiastic and overall a good vibe . Expérience fantastique: Super gym commercial! L’équipe et la gérante sont super acceuillant. Ils ont toujours un sourire et à l’écoute. La gérante est toujours présente sur les lieux. L’endroit est toujours hyper propre et les machines sont lavés par tous les membres après chaque utilisation. Il y a des lingettes désinfectantes partout à notre disposition pour désinfecter avant et après notre machine. Plusiers appareils à notre disposition surtout du côté cardio. Pour les commentaires mentionnant qu’il s’agit d’un gym commercial sans plus… bien c’est un gym commercial. Ce n’est pas un gym de style fonctionnel ou crossfit. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à ca sinon vous êtes au mauvais endroit. Par contre, pour un gym commercial, pour le prix, pour les employé, la propreté, la qualité du personnel, c’est le gym num 1! Merci

Expérience fantastique: J’hésitais entre deux forfaits et finalement une semaine plus tard, j’ai décidé d’upgrader mon forfait et on me l’a fait sans problème. Excellent service à la clientèle, une très bonne gérante et de très bons employés !

Expérience positive: Love the atmosphere, love the sauna, cardio machines all work. Need bigger dumbbells, 75lbs max isn’t enough. And it’s a LONG shot but an ice bath would be absolutely incredible.

Expérience fantastique: Tamara and her team at Buzzfit Chateauguay do a fantastic job at keeping the gym clean and safe for all members. With the winter snow upon us and people thinking they can walk into the gym with their wet indoor shoes on, it makes for a challenging time to educate members that you must bring a clean, dry set of shoes for your workout. Please people, respect the signs and remove your outdoor shoes upon arrival. Lets all work together to keep our gym clean, healthy and safe for everyone. Kudos to the staff.

Expérience positive: Realy clean compare to lasalle but they need to add some flat press machine that can incline and there is à hip trust machine but People alwaise use the Smith and it piss me off i dont understand the logic behind it ♂️ Except for that the gym is realy nice machine are almost New and work well

Expérience négative: someone left their keys in my locker apparently, so buzzfit employees cut my lock! When I got back to my locker it was just left open and all my valuables(keys/wallet) just left there for anyone to take. I go to the front desk and was told they had to cuz he forgot his keys. I understand the situation but the only one affected here was me and u didn’t even get a lock replacement to make up for it LOL ridiculous

Expérience négative: J ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec vous. En voulant gonfler le montant pour me soutirer de l argent dans mon compte. Je suis moi même passé surplace pour canceler mais ils me diront ok. C est fait mais im restera à payer que 45$ x2 personne. Après 2 mois on m appelle pour dire que ça n à pas été cancellé , tout ça pour vider mon compte et retiré presque 500 $. C est de l arnaque ça.
Expérience négative: Il y toujours au moins une machine de brisée et hors service, ça prend 1-2 semaine pour les réparer. Je n’ai jamais vu autant de bris dans un gym en 8 ans d’entraînement.

Expérience négative: C'est un running gag entre moi et mes amis, les machines sont souvent brisé et prennent longtemps avant d'être réparé, le sauna était brisé puis ça leur a pris deux mois avant d'être réparé. Depuis je vais au Nautilus et au World Gym et j'ai jamais eu de problème. J'ai remarqué aussi en payant plus cher ailleurs les gens que tu retrouve ont plus d'allure car sont plus motivé et t'as moins de gens random, puis ça te donne envie de continuer de rester abonné car tu t'entraine avec des gens qui paie leur abonnement à un certain prix donc ils ne sont pas là pour niaiser aux machines.

It's was our first time at a gym, I was calmly doing my workout with my friend, than a person(employee )came and started to yell at the whole gym to other employees "There's bag here" and pointing at us and our small handbags. Instead politely of telling us, she just started to yell .When I asked her why just not telling us, she started to show even more attitude and saying she's the gym boss and we have to GET OUT, totally disrespectful. So if I could I would put 0 stars, because ZERO respect,it's just unacceptable to talk this way at the customers. They knew it's was our first time and they didn't advise us of any rules. Thanks to this inadequate/rude services chateauguay buzzfit lost today some customers, all my friends are gonna counter this place and some even unsubscribe. Thanks to her never again I'm coming to the Buzzfit. Le service clientèle le plus irrespectueux et le plus dégoûtant que j'aie jamais reçue. C'était notre première fois dans une salle de gym, je faisais calmement mon entraînement avec mon amie, puis cette personne(employée)est arrivée et a commencé à crier avec attitude dans toute la salle de sport à ses employés "Il y a des sacs ici" (en nous a pointés du doigt ainsi que nos petits sacs à main). Au lieu de nous le dire poliment, elle a juste commencé à crier. Quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi elle ne nous là pas dite? Elle a commencé à montrer encore plus d'attitude et à dire qu'elle est la propriétaire du gym et que nous devons QUITTER. Son comportement était totalement irrespectueux en vers nous. Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre 0 étoile, parce que ZÉRO respect pour la clientèle, c'est tout simplement inacceptable de parler comme ça avec les clients.Ils savaient que c'étais notre première fois et ils ne nous ont pas informés d'aucune règle. Merci maintenant j'irais jamais au Buzzfit.

Expérience négative: The gym’s floor is cleaned, the machine on the other hand are not. I caught people not wiping after leaving sweat on the machine. I did tell one of the girl employee and I felt like she didn’t give a damn. I’ve cancelled my subscription since that incident. If you plan on registering because of a promo they’re having make sure to read the contract because employee mistake are put on the customer… this Buzzfit is nothing like the ones in Montreal where they take ownership of their mistakes.

Expérience négative: I recently visited Buzzfit for a first time and was extremely disappointed by the way we were treated. We had left our bags on the floor, not knowing it was against the gym's policy. Instead of politely informing us of this rule, the gym manager (she called herself gym boss :) ) chose to yell at her employees in front of us to remove our bags. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. As customers, we should be treated with basic human decency, not subjected to rude and unnecessary outbursts. A simple explanation would have been more than enough. It's a shame because the facility itself is decent, but the poor management really ruins the experience. I hope Buzz fit addresses this issue, as such treatment is completely unacceptable.

La gérante commençant par T ignorant complètement mes emails avec preuves de la problématique. Aucune manière de communiquer avec une instances supérieures.

Expérience positive: Rapport qualité prix c’est bon. Mais il faudrait songer à nettoyer le sona de temps en temps. On dirait des bêtes qui vivent dedans. Un peu de respect pour le client svp. Je rajoute à ça les tapis bleus côté fenêtre. Avec tout le respect que je vous dois, c’est vraiment blindé de cheveux et de poussière. Entre le tapis et la plaque en aluminium c’est rempli de cheveux et c’est désagréable qu’on on respire et tout d’un coup un cheveux se pose sur le visage. SVP soit passer un aspirateur ou enlever carrément le tapis bleu. Les noir mobiles sont beaucoup plus propres.

I’ve been here a few weeks and the staff has been fantastic. The gym is cleaned multiple times a day. I have all I need to get a good workout in. The manager Tamara has been very welcoming and I’m seeing a real change.

Expérience négative: The gym has become way too crowded, people are coming to the gym to chat instead of train. It’s not normal to be waiting so long for machines while 5 people are around it just talking instead of training. Plus, machines are always broken. Non-respectful people around leaving squat racks full, and leaving without taking off weight, or leaving weights everywhere on the floor. There should be better management in those regards. Unable to train effectively with all the crowd, wait time, broken machines, etc. I would’ve given this gym 4 stars 2 years ago, but it is deteriorating more and more. Management should find a solution.

Expérience positive: Staff is nice. Gym is good. I have few complaints and suggestions. (1) The youngsters 1. I'm not saying everyone is like that but many of them don't care about anyone and lack any discipline or respect for other's time. If u see anyone using a tripod recording themselves exercising then it means you'll not get that machine for a long time 2. Many of them won't keep the weights back on the rack or in their proper place and wont clean their machine or bench after use 3. They'll hold the machine for their friends by keeping their bottle or keys on the machine or they'll surround the machine in a group of 3-5 person. So forget that you'll be able to use that machine anytime soon. (2) Lack of machines that are most commonly used Eg.- There are so many machines that i rarely see anyone using( Back extension, tricep extension, rotary torso). I think in place of them the gym should put more machines that are most commonly used and difficult to get your hands on. Eg- 1. Peck fly machine 2. Seated dip 3. Seated leg curl

Expérience négative: The staff are very friendly. They are always nice, and always willing to help out. I love the size of the gym, the lockers seem reasonable, the sauna is ok. There are plenty of cardio machines - I never have to wait for a treadmill. The bathrooms are also very dirty. People place their cell phones on equipment to "hold or reserve" it for others. It is very frustrating. People will have several weights at their feet, not reracking them because they "Intend" to use them soon - but they are not currently using them so then there are no weights for anyone else to us. The Rear Delt machine, and the tricep machines are great but there are not enough. I constantly have to wait for one every time I go to use one. The bench press machines could also be increased, though the wait time isnt nearly as bad as the others. The staff should do more rounds. Much more rounding, to reduce some of these issues.

Expérience positive: Overall Great gym! Been working out there almost daily for a few months now. The only downside I see is the dumbbell weights stop at 75lbs and they don’t have my favorite machine (the hack squat)!

Expérience négative: Manque énormément de machine pour le nombre de clients. De plus ils ont beaucoup de frais cacher qu’il ne vous avise jamais lors de votre inscription. De plus le personnel parles 90% du temps en anglais. Je déconseille fortement.

Expérience positive: Best bang for the buck, that's for sure. I still prefer CrossFit gyms myself but if you're just looking for a place to exercise open 24/7, can't beat this. Oh and it's very inexpensive.

Nous nous excusons des désagréments causés par cette fermeture. Entre-temps, vous pouvez toujours accéder à nos succursales de la Rive-Sud à Brossard ou à Greenfield Park. Nous travaillons avec diligence pour résoudre ce problème et nous vous tiendrons au courant de l'état de la situation à Chateaugay.
