Synergy Fitness & Nutrition is an established, recognized, multi-sport high performance training center in Charlottetown, PE We offer world class personal training, adult fitness, and high performance sport training. We are proud to be the training center for the Charlottetown Islanders, UPEI Panthers, PEI Mudmen RFC, Mount Academy Saints as well as many other provincial, national, and professional athletes. Synergy boasts a large, diverse, and engaged clientele. Synergy’s inclusive, positive, and professional training environment is one in which clients and staff are challenged to grow and develop daily.
