Expérience fantastique: Great facilities and equipment, instructors that know their clients and know the importance of proper body mechanics/being safe/modifying exercises when necessary. There are a wide variety of different types of classes, and the owners/instructors are such a knowledgable and motivating group of people that are fun To be around! Working out at kinetic is like being part of a team. No one gets left behind, and everyone motivates each other. Great for newbies who need thorough explanations and demos, but also challenging for elite athletes looking for an environment that they can give it 100% and achieve their goals.
