Expérience positive: The gym offers a wide range of equipment, providing a diverse workout experience. I typically visit early in the morning, around 5 or 6 am, and there are usually no more than 10 people present. The owner is very accommodating, but the subscription fee is relatively high due to the lack of competition in the area. It is debatable whether this pricing structure is fair to customers.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym. Big and clean. Great staff

Expérience positive: Lots of equipment and clean change rooms. This place is not a mainstream gym but doesn't disappoint, it has all your equipment for physical training, body building and even an area for cross fit. Some things are a litle old but you can usually find a newer machine to do the same workout if you look around.

Expérience positive: Good assortment of cardio machines, free weights and machines. Nice sized gym, clean. Nice spot to train with a friendly staff.

Expérience positive: A good gym, plenty of free weights, machines and a cross fit room. The gym also has an upper level with cardio equipment. They sell some supplements at the front desk and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's usually not crowded and there is plenty of space inside.
