Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this place. Super friendly staff, there is always some one available to help you, they have a female only side. Great place for teens and young adults if they are shy. Location is prime, right off highway 1 and 52. The gym itself is extremely clean and well maintained. Sign up was a breeze and they offer so many classes on their app. I got a personal trainer, Pamela and she is so good with me and my daughter (1st timer). Offers custom workouts and meal plans. Also caters to any injuries and is always upbeat and happy. Very easy to work with. Genuinely love this place. Definitely recommend. PS there is a private sauna in the girls facilities as well as everything you need after a hard work out!!!!

The team members are all enthusiastic, friendly and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, you will be acknowledged with a friendly welcome! Front desk is clean! The gym is spotless! Equipment is always well taken care of, unlike a couple of other gyms I have been. Every member is respectful and there is no hostility or egos here. Trevor is always at the gym and has shown to be a great leader to his team. I appreciate the environment. The friendliness. Oh, and the sauna which helps with recovery post workout! Keep up the great team work, Gymvmt! And anyone who is looking for a place to belong - Gymvmt is the spot you want to be!

Expérience positive: Staff here are great. The Lil movers staff are wonderful with my son. Kim at the desk is a gem. Only 2 complaints are that there are too many gym users that don't clean the equipment after using them, and that the sauna doesn't get hot enough for me to even break a sweat.

Expérience négative: Had a bad experience at this gym. Unfortunately they don't really know what to do in regards to getting prospective customers to utilize the promotions that they offer. Zane was kind and understanding when I explained the predicament that they had put me in to him. The small woman with black hair and false lashes smacking her gum that was working at the front desk beside him was not. I came in last Friday to explore this gym as an option for working out and showed them my 7 day free trial registration email. I was told that someone would come to talk to me about it. After I was shown their marketing presentation, I was allowed to test out the facilities and use my trial pass. When I came back today to use another one of my trial days the woman at the front with black hair said that I'm not allowed to because I don't have what they didn't give me when I first came to sign up. It would be nice of this gym and the people who worked here if they offered consistent and accurate information as to not inconvenience others with their mistakes. If I was supposed to receive something to validate my trial pass when I come in then I should have received it when I came in and went through the whole consultation process. I shouldn't have to turn back and be told by the woman at the front desk who is simultaneously chatting with her friends at the door that "sorry can't do anything come back later" while smacking her gum. I wish there were better service representatives here and that the information was given to customers in a responsible, and consistent manner. It's really unfortunate but I guess I wont be signing up and patronizing this business after all. I'll look for a different gym

Every visit starts on a positive note thanks to Kim’s friendly greeting and upbeat attitude — she always makes you feel welcome and excited to work out. Selena is equally impressive; she explains everything about the gym facilities and memberships clearly and with genuine professionalism. They’re not just polite and approachable — they’re also very knowledgeable and always ready to help with questions or account concerns. It’s clear they care about the members and make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Their warm personalities and consistent professionalism turn a regular gym visit into a truly enjoyable experience. Selena and Kim are excellent representatives of GYMVMT and deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service!

As a girl, finding a gym that is reliably immaculately clean is a huge priority, and Gymmvmt hits the mark every single time, it makes a massive difference. The equipment is always in great shape, and the overall atmosphere is positive and energetic. But honestly, what makes this gym stand out is the people. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. I have to give a special shoutout to Dakota; she is truly amazing and always brightens my day! Whether I need help finding something or just a quick smile, the staff, especially Dakota, makes me feel like part of a community. Expérience fantastique: I have been coming here since October. I really appreciate the ladies only area. But the coed area is also great, the gym is never crazy busy. I've never had anybody be rude to me, there's tons of equipment. I rarely have to wait for any piece of equipment. It's clean add the staff are extremely friendly. The only thing that I have found odd is that women go into the sauna fully clothed in their gym clothes, I understand it's probably for modesty reasons but it feels odd to me.

Expérience négative: For the most part, I had very few issues with this gym, except for my encounters with Trevor Portsmouth. He was very condescending to both staff and customers, and I believe he should undergo management training. I had two encounters with him where he approached me for no reason, which discouraged me from continuing to come to this gym. As a result, I will be looking for a new gym.

Expérience négative: This was a great gym while I was a member there for several years. Very clean, excellent equipment and spacious shower/sauna area. They also had the best group of trainers and front desk employees in the city at the time, in my opinion. The only reason I stopped going years ago was because of a disagreement with the managers at the time who had falsely accused me of trying to interfere with operations. This wasn't true. The truth is I had asked a manager at another GYMVMT in the city if GYMVMT requires two weeks' notice for employees who decide to leave (I was only even asking on behalf of my significant other at the time who had decided to leave GYMVMT for another opportunity - she was an adored/loved trainer at GYMVMT and a perennial top 5 trainer at all GYMVMT's). I had also raised concerns about phone use in the locker room area as well as men using the women's only section because they identified as women (I have female friends & relatives who use this space who wanted to quit the gym because of it). Had I or other members been comfortable going directly to the managers at this gym with these concerns, we would have. But, on multiple occasions, they had proven to be unapproachable, vindictive and verbally abusive people when it came to questions and/or feedback from not only myself, but other male and female members with similar concerns. In fact, in case I am accused of lying or twisting facts, I still have the negative text messages sent to me from this particular manager two years ago. It's a shame they don't have a more open-door policy with regards to suggestions on improving the gym and/or culture, as so many other businesses have with their customers/members. As good as a business may be, a lack of good leadership and proper management will always bring down that business trying - especially if they are trying to make it in a highly competitive market. World Gym and Golds Gym in the NE have recurring issues with cleanliness, broken down machines, etc - but they have friendly, approachable management and staff who are always open to feedback/suggestions on improving the gym and take immediate action to correct them all. And THAT is the DIFFERENCE. For GYMVMT TransCanada, if they just simply tried to be more diplomatic and open to discussion, suggestions and feedback from loyal members, they would be miles ahead of their local competition. Time will tell - but I have hope this rating may one day improve from 2 to 5.

Expérience négative: it’s a scam i do not recommend, during my cancellation process they were super confusing and gave vague answers to my questions they also lied, after i paid my early cancellation fee ( which was already a lot) and bi weekly fee they said i wouldn’t be charged but the same exact day i got charged. and when i texted them about it questioning why im being charged i got no answer. they didn’t even try to understand the situation from my point of view. it just not worth dealing with. definitely don’t recommend
