Expérience négative: It's super crazy to deal with them regarding the payment and early cancellation. They lure you to sign the contract without clarifying about the cancellation policy. Once you request for the early cancellation, the nightmare starts. They make it really complicated to have it cancelled early with a ridiculous penalty amount. Another issue is with the payment. They have a third party doing it for them so it's really difficult to deal with them whenever there is any issue with the payment. They overcharged me 3 times for the late payment while there is no issue with my credit card and it takes me forever to resolve the issue. The worst business that I have ever dealt with. They used to have many 1 star reviews several months ago and I'm not sure if they are making fake 5 star reviews these days, so I was surprised when I see the good reviews after checking back after several months

Expérience négative: Staff was rude and not helpful at all. They do not do day passes and do not advertise this anywhere however online it says they still do day passes. When I went I was told it was discontinued 2 months ago. Horrible experience and hoping they see this and make a change.

Expérience négative: We pay a premium for our Platinum membership expecting high standards — but this location was a complete disappointment. Half of the machines in the general workout area were out of order. Just broken or completely unusable. And in the Platinum zone — which requires an extra fee — equipment was literally falling apart. One of the handles even came off during use. This is absolutely not the level of quality you’d expect from a facility that charges this much. It feels like negligence, not premium service. I truly hope the management takes this location seriously — it’s damaging the reputation of the entire chain.

Expérience négative: Like always cancellation is ridiculous. They just let ABC fitness do their payment thing. I understand 200 dollars of early cancellation fee even though I need to relocate to different province right away due to my work. However, Thing I do not like is that I have to pay one month extra of club fee because of cancellation process take one month. (WTF??!!)., plus weird service fee like 9 dollars. So, just remember if you consider early cancellation of your membership you need pay more than 200 dollar lol

Expérience fantastique: There was an issue with my account that happened a few years ago and i had resolved it. The country hill location repeatedly did not let me workout even after i provided bank receipts proving that everything was paid. Eventually I reached out to north gate and talked to Sukh and thankfully he looked into the issue and had everything resolved for me. Thank you Sukh!

Expérience négative: ive been going to this gym for over a year mostly because i live nearby. the staff are very nice but the every other equipment in the gym is broken. i’ve also had allergic reactions due to the amount of dust some of the equipment have collected over the years.
