What truly sets it apart is the fantastic community; members are dedicated to their fitness goals while still being incredibly kind and approachable. Expérience fantastique: Alex is an absolute legend. My partner and I are evacuees from jasper staying in Calgary. We were desperate for a gym to use so I reached out to the gym. From this Alex offered for us to use the gym free of charge. The gym has a very homey feel, with all the equipment I need. Great for all abilities. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: One for All is a great pair of Calgary gyms, owned by one of the best human beings I know. Alex Saretsky is the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. And if he wasn't wearing a shirt at the time, he'd make a special trip to the store to buy a shirt, just so he could give you that one. The normal business model for most gyms is to sell enough memberships to cover the rent and then hope no one shows up. One for All is the opposite. Being a member of One for All means being part of a family where your performance gains are almost more important than your membership fee to the staff. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

From a great community, never lacking equipment and just overall good vibes, One For All Fitness is the spot to be. I’ve been struggling with where I want to go with fitness and this feels like a place where you can find your footing and then thrive! If you’re looking for a gym, look no further!

Expérience négative: The only benefit I received from this gym, is the cathartic satisfaction of writing a well deserved bad review - definitely worth the $147 they charged me to break the contract!! In addition to the lack of cleanliness and run down equipment, I had my membership suspended due to a clerical error on their end, where my card was not processed, and was subsequently charged 2 months for failing to cancel as per the terms of their contract. The owner Chris, authorized the charges prior to having a conversation with me to determine how the situation had unfolded. I would strongly advise anyone considering a membership to find a different gym, and I would strongly advise Chris and McKenna, to talk to your clients prior to locking them out - especially when the error is on your side!

Expérience négative: Find another gym to go to! When I joined the owner had just moved locations and promised that new and better things were in store over the next year so I signed up for a year membership. The renovations that were undergoing at the time were terribly executed and finished. The majority of the gym equipment is in poor shape with ripped or torn pads and grips, lose seats and benches, and equipment that needs servicing. Not to mention the equipment is very unorganized and isn't situated by body part and seems to be placed wherever it fit or was the easiest to move to, and about a third of the gym is filled with cardio equiment that rarely gets used. This gym was also always in a state of disoray with weights and bars left all over the place and dirty equipment which was covered in dust. Lastly, when the owner doesn't even care about the little things that are easy to get right like having bar collars that fit the barbells and aren't broken or bent to paying for the premium membership on Spotify so members don't have to listen to constant ads would definitely help. At the end of my year membership I was also overcharged by 2 weeks which the owner was not willing to give back after a month of waiting for a response. Clearly these owners don't care about this gym and the environment that you will train in will show this lack of care and effort put into it. Find another gym and don't waste your money on this one!

Expérience fantastique: I joined up a few months ago and my experience has been great! Alex, McKenna & the trainers have been welcoming and encouraging. Great music, people and atmosphere. The gym itself is well equipped with everything you need for a solid workout without needing to wait to use machines. The 24/7 hours of operation is a huge benefit to me when I cant find the time to go during normal hours. One for All is the way to go for the best overall experience. They are highly supportive of individuals of all fitness levels and its a great place to make connections with other like minded people.

Expérience fantastique: I've been training at this gym and south location for the last 11 months and I must say it's one of the best gyms I've trained at and I've been training for 25 years. The layout is well thought out and this gym has all the equipment that one needs to have an amazing workout. The staff and ownership have always been great with me and have always answered any questions I've had. It's nice to be able to come in and train and not worry about making a bit of noise or have to wait forever for a piece of equipment. I really like the fact that it is not a massive corporation like so many other places- it's locally owned and operated business. I'd recommend One for All Fitness to anyone that's looking to get serious about making changes and improving their quality of life.

Expérience fantastique: The search has finally come to an end!!! One for All Fitness is the gym everyone is looking for but don’t know until they step through those doors. The environment is not intimidating for newbies like myself and everyone from the staff to the members are very friendly and approachable. Unlike other commercial gyms, there is no need to wait for the person before you to “finish their set” as you’ll be the one using said equipment. Overall the best experience!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I liked that I had multiple contact options to choose from: monthly, 6mo or yearly. The gym itself is well-maintained and has all the equipment I need for my workouts. What sets this gym apart from others I've been to is the sense of community and family that is fostered here. Alex, Mckenna and the other trainers are supportive and encouraging, and it's clear that everyone is invested in each other's success - something you dont generally find at big box gyms. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive fitness community.

Expérience fantastique: All For One is the best gym in Calgary. I go to the northeast location. I developed a special connection to this gym because it changed my life. I was 265 pound and was at my ultimate low in my life. I had so much anger when I started out. I will never forget my first exercise with the robes and I believe neither will they. Let’s just say they never saw someone who was very big and out of shape work the robes in the manner that I did. I probably scared everyone because that was my first step in dealing with my anger and they could clearly see that. It was amazing the level of support and non judgment I received in the gym. Everyone was super encouraging and understanding. I probably would have walked out for good after that but thanks to them I believed I could do it. There were no looks just applauds, encouragement and support. If you are looking for a safe place with professional staff that genuinely care about you to work out in then this is the right gym for you. The support was very consistent throughout my transformation journey. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. It’s safe and secure. I have my own fob to come to the gym anytime. They have 24/7 security. The equipments are well maintained and cleaned frequently. They just bought a bunch of new cardio machines that I love. It is such a fun atmosphere with cool activities that even my kids love like their rustling rings. They also have an amazing nutrition cafe that serves delicious healthy foods and a retail area for shopping. I absolutely love this gym and will be there for a long time. I lost 80 pounds in one year at this gym and working on detailing my body to the dynamic shape I know it can be. All thanks to the love and support of this gym and their staff. Love you guys so much❤️.

But if you want a gym with trainers that generally care not only about your physical condition but also your mental! Then one for all is the gym for you! Definitely Recommend!

Expérience négative: Great gym with a great atmosphere, people, and a wide selection of equipment. The downside as with some other gyms is that the lengths you have to go through to cancel a membership is ridiculous and there's no respect given to people that are discontinuing their membership. I sent multiple emails/texts only to get back half of what I'm owed. If you want to get a membership here, I recommend paying with a prepaid card. Be ready for an onerous and drawn out cancellation process otherwise.

However when I contacted the facility I was told they were not taking any new members and that they couldn’t sign me up since they had no key fobs. I would have even paid double however they were not willing to accommodate me. I was pretty disappointed since I wanted to support a local gym. Luckily Golds gym was taking new members.

Seriously, I have been a member at a lot of gyms over the years and there is something very special about One For All Fitness! Right from the amazing ownership down to the members, the vibe at this place is different! It is relaxing, supportive and warm, it really is like working out with your family. It has all the torture devices, sorry, I mean "equipment" you could possibly ever need as well as the trainers come up with things you would never dream of to help support you in achieving your fitness goals. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Well, that is all...I should probably stop hiding in the bathroom and get back to my training session before Alex shares my "before" pictures on social media...
