Expérience positive: Nice gym, usually clean, sauna and steam room always working!! Leaving 4 stars because it’s always sooooo busy and lots of people like to sit on the machines and talk out loud on their phone. There should be a policy against that. Otherwise great gym!

Expérience fantastique: My son and I have been seeing Lori for personal training sessions for about a year and the training has been great! Lori has offered a variety of workouts to build strength and suggestions for at home workouts to help with cardio, core, and stretching. She has been able to push us when we needed to extra support and provide accommodations for workouts for me post surgery! I highly recommend Lori Smith as a personal trainer if you are looking for someone to support with your health journey.

Expérience négative: Just wanted to make it known of the bad experience on October 12th at 1:30 pm the Brighton location. I came with a member who was a friend of mine to view and possibly join the gym, but was received with very negatively, basically saying I should sit on a bench and wait for my friend to finish their work out. I inquired if there is a one day trial, and I was told to go to website and wait 4 days for a reply. With the tone it was delivered, I opted to leave and forget about joining, but instead, went the stonebridge location that handled the situation sooooo much better. Now I will join based on my experience at the next location. Just thought I’d share this experience here.

Expérience négative: This gym consistently addresses is poor air conditioning and environmental conditions and consistently fails to do anything about it. This gym is muggy when it rains and I have seen the inside thermostat hit at least 26 C. It’s incredibly clear the owners are taking advantage of their privilege of managing the only 24 hour motion fitness in Saskatoon to negate their responsibilities of providing adequate temperate conditions for exercise. Give your money to anyone else.

Expérience négative: Went to this gym for nearly 3 years. I moved away, had to cancel my subscription 30 days before moving, 6 weeks later they still charge me. 8 weeks after canceling IN PERSON and today they’ve charged me 72$. Absolute joke what these guys are doing here. I will no longer support this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Clean facility, and lots of natural light coming into the gym. During the summer time when its hot out it makes it really hot in the gym. The AC may be working, I think but it doesn't feel like it and maybe it's being over worked because of the heat outside. I really don't know. It can get busy, but I do appreciate the gym etiquette with the rest of the members there and the postage about it. I've left a gym for this reason. Friendly staff members and I like that its 24 hour gym. They could add some cooking channels or home network shows instead of it all being sports and sometimes the same channel on 2 TVs at a time.

Expérience positive: 3 stars mainly because of the poor customer service, even though the gym itself is clean and well-maintained. I was a member at Motion Fitness in Brighton for almost 3 years and had a discounted membership. Since I was moving, I asked multiple times — including directly speaking with the club manager — if I could transfer my membership to someone else. Each time, I was told yes. I even had them check my profile in person to confirm the transfer was allowed. But when it came time to actually transfer the membership, I was suddenly told no. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude, even after I explained I had already spoken to her about it previously in person. Instead of offering any help, she pushed me to just cancel it. I agreed to cancel but asked if my final payment could be put on hold until I was able to find work — she said yes — but they still went ahead and charged my account. That ended up causing overdraft fees totaling almost $450. The communication between staff is honestly terrible. While the gym is clean and well-organized, I wouldn’t recommend the Brighton Motion Fitness to anyone simply because of the way customer service is handled. That said, I’d give the Blairmore location 5 stars — the staff there actually try to help and care about their members. It’s unfortunate that kind of service doesn’t carry over to Brighton.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Motion Fitness for a while now. I love all the facilities it offers for the price I paid. The classes are in my top favourite, all the instructors are well trained and do a good job. I can get daily dose of workout just by taking one of those classes. The big space, all sort of equipments, steam room, hot sauna, massage chairs all together provide a complete package. A daily dose of fitness under one room. The staff is friendly and supportive at all the time. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wish to start their fitness journey.

Expérience positive: As a former personal trainer, front desk staff etc at multiple gyms over the years this gym is okay. It’s not the cleanest (under machines, stairs, etc) and my biggest complaint is it’s WAY TOO HOT. The windows in the gym are huge which let in so much heat, it’s the warmest gym I’ve ever been in. They need to crank the ac.

Expérience négative: The gym is consistently overcrowded and uncomfortably warm. I often feel as though I’m going to pass out during my workouts, and it’s difficult to complete my cardio sessions properly. This makes it challenging to get the most out of my time at the gym. I kindly request that the air conditioning be addressed. Additionally, after I raised my concern with the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful response, as they seemed to dismiss my complaint. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper in the washroom during my visit. I would appreciate it if these issues were resolved promptly.

Expérience positive: Staff and equipment area are good and cleaned. Otherwise, the showers are very often smelling like urine and not cleaned. I used a shower room and after 24h when I came back the same piece of paper was there. Please review this area cleaning schedule.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Mortion fitness for more than 7 years, I started to go to Brighton Mortion after opening the new location. It is a nice gym. Also a clean and well maintained gym and the staff are very friendly too. I would like to recommend the Morton fitness in Brighton is the best gym to have a membership.
