Expérience fantastique: All the coaches are excellent. My daughter has improved significantly during her lessons. Miss Donna is always approachable and answers any questions I have.

Expérience positive: Went to a birthday party this weekend, the two girls working were the most un friendly and uninterested people to be working especially as it was a child's birthday. They didn't speak to anyone coming in, didn't say what to do where to go, we also didn't fill out any forms for our child which was weird. The windows all over were so dirty you could hardly even see in the viewing window. The kids had fun for the hour in the gym, the party room was so tight even for 11 kids and the 4 adults helping. Instead of the workers doing gymnastics in the room after all the kids excited, they could have been cleaning all over or even asking if help was needed. Instead they stayed in the gym until 10 mins before it was time to leave.

Expérience négative: This place is disgusting! My younger sister had a birthday party here. Never again. There were SO MANY insects crawling around in the eating room. Not okay. I was gonna plug in my sunset lamp for lighting but guess what.. there were literal ants crawling out of the charging hole. Many parents were disgusted when they saw this.

Expérience fantastique: Great place for kids. Gymnastics, birthdays, summer camp, movies and pizza, open house bbqs and much more.

Expérience négative: Called twice, left vm a month ago... no one called me back

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful interior location, great staff/ coaches; fully equipped for gymnastics & a lovely waiting area. Lots of parking with handicap accessible as this gym is on the first floor. There is a raised area in the gym with stairs. Washroom at this location. Programs & workshops that run... March break, summer/fall/winter sessions.

Expérience positive: I have mixed feelings about this place. The gym is great, big with lots of activities. However, the viewing area is awful. It's just a little window with a couple chairs. I had my daughter for the winter session and the instructors that she had on Thursdays were bad, they didn't engage with any of the kids and most of the time were busy talking to each other while kids were just running around doing their own thing. The instructors she once had on a Tuesday for a make up class, were good and actually engaged with the kids. At the end of the session/course, they only gave her a piece of paper with a completely different name, the instructor was also confused whether that was for her and so she went and asked. The girl at the front said "ya that's right", so the instructor just handed the paper to me and walked away. So, my point again, they don't engage with the kids because they don't even know their proper names.

Expérience fantastique: My kids love coming here, best place in town for ur kids to burn energy and have a blast my kids are always happy when they leave and always excited to come. Been here 2 years now , march break camps are perfect and I will definitely be here for a whil. I find the coaches are amazing with all kids especially gifted kids. 10/10 coach Shannon all the way, definitely the best for ur kids lots of staff and amazing communication between parents kids adults just all round amazing place Highly recommended this place to all parents that have kids

They've been such great and understanding supports - really been proud of the confidence and comfort my son has adopted since starting at Genesis a year ago for reference, have been doing the day time kinder program for 3 terms and going :) would recommend!

Expérience fantastique: We attended a birthday party here and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were fantastic and there were lots of different activities to keep the kids entertained. I’d definitely recommend for birthday parties for young ages.

Expérience fantastique: I have been sending my 3 young children to Genesis for the last 4 years and Miss Donna and her team have been nothing but outstanding, accommodating and kind with both myself and my kids. When it came to scheduling or payments, Miss Donna has always been understanding of the situation and accommodating to it. I have done summer camps and quarterly sessions for 4 years and I plan on continuing to do so! My kids look forward to it more than anything else they are involved in. Thanks Genesis!

Expérience négative: Genesis Gymnastics owner Donna was easy to talk to and responded promptly to any questions I had booking my sons birthday party. I was blindly booking and had never seen the place in person. About a week before the party I asked to come by and see the party room so that I had a idea of how we were going to set everything up. At this time we had about 16 kids coming. The party room is small and I asked if there would be enough space if anymore kids sent a rsvp. She stated "oh yeah we run summer camp in this room". The day of the party arrives and we had a total of 21 kids. Setting up the room we could not fit all the kids together in the small party room for pizza and cake and had to set up a table in the viewing area. The kids were upset they could not all sit together. With 30 minutes left to go of the party one of the coaches approached me and asked if I could pay for the party now. I was taken back and wondered if we had gone over the time but no we still had 30 minutes left and were in the middle of playing games in the party room. I asked if we could settle once the party had finished. The coach rang up the total and it seemed higher then what I had agreed to in my correspondencewith Donna. I was initially charged for 23 kids when we had 21 in the party. I guess she was counting 2 small toddlers that were not part of the party. A simple misunderstanding had i been asked if the siblings were part of the party i wouldn't have been taken back for the additional cost. The coach was rude and had a ugly attitude. I asked to speak with the supervisor. After a lengthy back and forth with the supervisor over the phone, she agreed to charge the right amount. Once i had paid i asked for a receipt and was not given one. Overall was not impressed by the coaches approach, the way she was speaking to me and the way she sneakily tried to get me to pay before the party was over. Not the kind of role model you would expect for a person that works with children. Do not recommend this place for birthday parties. There are many other affordable options in the area. Parents beware and look at what your being charged!!

Expérience fantastique: The staff is really compassionate. Today, my 3-year-old son resisted entering the gym. A polite and kind employee spoke to my son and took him to the gym. And despite the fact that my son was very mischievous, he played and practiced with my son all the time. Iam really appreciate ❤️

Expérience fantastique: Following up my review from two years ago. Genesis Gymnastics continues to be a great place for the kids. Our youngest daughter has ASD and has joined the dedicated special needs class. It is a fantastic program that she loves participating in. The staff are all amazing, the place and equipment is kept clean and the kids get so much out of being there. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Expérience fantastique: Enrolled my 2.5 yr old for parent and tot (fall 2021 session). My daughter LOVES it. The instructor is great at keeping the kids engaged. She understands the kids abilities and engages in exercises accordingly. Love the vibe and energy....definitely recommend.
