Expérience fantastique: very nice facility

Expérience positive: Very nice facility, but not being cared for. Hockey dressing rooms were very dirty, the floors were covered in garbage and tape. The showers had wet towels and dirty underwear, there was blood in the bathroom and sink. The main bathrooms were also very dirty. Lots of parking, great stands on both ice surfaces.

Expérience fantastique: The pool here is super bright and spacious. The lane swim isn’t too busy usually 2 ppl per lane. Really love this community centre!!

Expérience fantastique: My experience at this rec center was amazing! I wish I lived closer to go more often. Its so clean, and the employees are super friendly and helpful. They have accommodation for all sport.

Expérience fantastique: The Leisure Centre is our second home. We go there for swimming and skating lessons. The gym is also fantastic!! Well maintained and a great environment. The staff, especially the ladies at reception are lovely.

Expérience fantastique: Staff is always nice and friendly - during parent and tot swim they let me bring my stroller onto the pool deck then locked it in a separate room instead of making me leave it unattended in the locker room (they don't have lockers large enough to fit even if folded) They also allow you to pay and head to the changerooms up to 30 mins before the swim start time so have plenty of time to change into all our swim clothes and take full advantage of the time we have in the water.. facilities are always pretty clean in my experience as well, even on busier weekend days

Expérience positive: This is a great venue for hosting birthday parties. We'll maintained and clean facility. The rinks and ice are kept in great shape.

Expérience positive: The Leisure Centre is a well‑designed, clean place for fitness, sports and family activities. Whether you're swimming laps, skating, working out, or celebrating a birthday, it is capable of covering all yhr bases.

Expérience fantastique: Great amenities. Pool, large gym for drop in volleyball, basketball, badminton etc. Two ice rinks, change rooms for family and both genders, showers and lockers. A lot of party rooms and teen rooms on weeknights. There is also a small food stand inside that offers snacks, fries and drinks.

Expérience négative: Very nice Large facility with tons of resources for the community. However, as previous posts mentioned I have never seen a cleaning person there cleaning & staying on top of the place. The town needs to provide funding & contract a cleaning company that works around the clock specially during busy hours to clean bathrooms, change rooms, etc… it is a shame that what keeps this place from getting a 5 star review is the lack of cleanliness.

Expérience positive: I can really only speak on the fitness centre because I haven’t tried the pool or gymnasium, but it’s a nice place to workout! They have a large indoor track with a bunch of cardio machines. The gym itself isn’t huge, but they do have one of most machines and a big studio room that’s open to use if a fitness class isn’t happening. I went for my first workout here yesterday as my usual gym is closed, and Ally was super helpful! Lots is disposable wipes to clean your machines with, and the fitness area seems to be well maintained. My only complaint is probably the change rooms that lead into the pool deck. The lockers are pretty dirty, and so is the floors, the entire area doesn’t seem to be super maintained. However, the rest of the facility seems to be a lot cleaner. There is the option to leave your boots and coat upstairs, outside of the fitness centre should you not want to use the locker room. All in all. This is a nice place to get a good workout in!

Expérience fantastique: Today Danny from the maintenance staff was exceptional with helping find a lost phone. He went above and beyond expectations and told me we will find the phone. With his perseverance he had it in his hand and returned it to me thank you so much for your help.

Expérience positive: The Leisure Centre is a great facility with excellent amenities for the community. The two skating rinks are well-kept and perfect for public skating and hockey. The swimming pool is great too! They also run a variety of programs for kids that you can register for. The only downside is the cleanliness of the change rooms, which could be improved! Overall, it’s a fantastic place for sports, recreation, and family activities.

Expérience positive: This rink is good and it has very good ice and capacity but it's kind of dirty on the green rink. I think the rooms are good but it has HORRIBLE in the shower. The facility is good though they need better cleaning everywhere you go here.

Expérience fantastique: I'm all for the hockey teams training at the gym in waves, but these guys need to wash their clothes! Wash themselves!! It's a ripe odder. You guys need to do better. Pro players show up and smell like that, and they would get a fine!! I love to train here.

Expérience fantastique: Love it here! Variety of activities for the whole family including parent & baby activities. There's a rink, pool, sports gym, fitness gym, and multi-purpose rooms. The facility is kept clean (sometimes, the change rooms for the pool are a little cringe, but that's to be expected). The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Expérience positive: I love the leisure centre, my husband and I have had memberships for the last several months and we really enjoy working out in the gym. Lots to do and friendly staff. I’m giving 3/5 because the facility could for sure use more frequent cleaning. The women’s change room often has garbage and plastic water bottles on the floor and the faucets have absolutely no water pressure at all. Yesterday only a trickle of water came out. Just seems really unsanitary to have sinks that you can barely wash your hands in.

Expérience négative: Been Going to this Rec centre for years and I continued to even after leaving Bradford. However the last few swimming times were terrible, today was the end of it. Let’s close half a pool during the only swim time on a Sunday for lifeguard lessons, then continue to fill the rest off pools until you can’t move !! Got in at 1:30 got out at 1:50. Can’t even get a refund if you pay debit. Oh. We have the memo posted online ? Great how about posting it at the front desk. It was unsafe and absolute horrible. And why is the kids pool so murky ? Place is not the same anymore. Terrible Bradford do better !

Expérience négative: This place is always great but not a clean place. My latest visit for the parent and tot swim and I was scared to get in the water as it was murky and the bottom and wall of the pull all had dirt stained. The floor were yellow. Is anyone cleaning this pool? Putting chlorine shouldn’t be all that they do. Update wanted to add some photos to show how dirty this pool is.

Expérience fantastique: Well designed and run facility. ample viewing stands on both pads but limited indoor viewing on Blue pad. Only ice level indoor on Green pad. Pool and gym facilities are great.

Expérience fantastique: I visit Bradford once or twice a year. Each time I always sign up for a one month Fitness Membership. I really love working out here because of all the friendly staffs and coaches!

Expérience négative: Not safe place to store your stuff in lockers. The padlock was broken by two school kids and valuables stolen. Lots of school kids roaming around with no actual goal to exercise, so be aware that no matter you have padlock or not on your locker any minute while you swim or exercise your stuff can be easily stolen and no one will be held accountable. Liked this place before, but this disgusting experience turned off.

Expérience fantastique: Great location, well lit outside. Nice place to go for a walk. Swans and geese live in the pond near by. It's the best place in town to play Cubieverse, I love walking and answering trivia questions

Expérience négative: Have booked party rooms many times over the last 6 years, the last 2 rooms were filthy dirty and workers were rude and not very helpful . Toddlers birthday party and there were huge hunks of hair and other things all over room, floor hadn't been swept in a few days for sure and not washed in awhile. Garbage was half full and smelt horrible, there was only a mini fridge in the room on main floor which was also gross. The gym play for his party was the highlight for sure,
