Expérience positive: It is a decent gym with a good selection of equipment. They are in the process of renovating. That being said they seem to only play offensive rap music. Trying to block out the constant n words is not easy for a mostly older white customer base.

Expérience négative: Snap fitness sold me a 6 month membership, then I hurt my back. I called and asked if they could put my membership on hold, and the guy said no problem. Finally, I was able to walk again and I called to have my membership reinstated. He said that the guy made a mistake telling me he could put it on hold, and told me: btw, your membership only has 1 week left. Over $300 wasted. I don't see his problem because he has put my membership on hold before with no problems. i hate greedy people!

Expérience négative: If you’re planning to shower during your visit, bring a towel cause this location doesn’t supply them. Maybe I’m just use to an outstanding gym but this snap pals in comparison despite their brand new building. The showers are in the same room as the bathroom with no lock, there’s no music playing in the gym, the gym is all one room. I like if the weight room has a wall between it and the room with treadmills and elliptical (not a big issue but Im already complaining so…) If this was the only snap location I wouldn’t buy a membership.

Expérience négative: Bunch of creeps. I was 4 days after my renewal period, another member had to let me in, as I didn’t get any notification/communication my renewal was coming up. No workers present to help me renew. Hours later I get a threatening email saying they’re going to charge my workout partner because I had another guest let me in (no idea why - she has her own membership l). This particular person seemingly had a thing for my partner as he has gone out of the way a few times to message her and me, and then our last straw was when they admitted watching me on all the cameras work out with her (as if that was relevant), even quoting the camera numbers they watched us on… super creepy and completely unprofessional, which is the theme of how this gym is run

Expérience positive: I go to this gym. Very good. Nice staff and community. The equipment is good and I always feel same there. Only bad thing is that it can get busy and people love to hang out on machines and talk to their friends while not working out. Other than that it’s an amazing place. Best gym in Huntsville for sure!

Expérience positive: Medium sized gym. Had almost all the equipment I needed. They also have day passes (~$16) and week passes (~$30). Overall pretty good

Expérience fantastique: Everything's great, only thing: -Find the lighting too-bright, & hard on the eyes in the evenings. Harsh glare. Because the lights don't have covers to diffuse. Covers, or turn down\off some of the lights in the evening.

Expérience fantastique: Came to visit home and the staff were really helpful with getting my pass and using the facilities while there. Overall fantastic customer experience, the gym was clean too! Tanner helped me out. Will come again:)

Expérience négative: No where does it disclose (staffed hours).. it only says 24 hours... well I drove all the way here, to go to the gym..... I am unable to enter the building as well as speak to anyone try purchase a day pass, week pass nothing.. waste of time and now I am unable to get my pump in... pretty pathetic....

Expérience positive: I'm from Burnaby BC and I was amazed with this location it's nice and spacious and lots of gym equipment for a great experience.

Expérience fantastique: I built my own gym at home in Toronto, not really a fan of working out at public gyms but having recently purchased a summer home in Huntsville I didn’t wanna miss out on work outs while I’m up north, so I joined snap fitness Huntsville. I have to say I’ve been pleasantly surprised, I train power lifting & there is a good amount of racks & benches so that’s a plus right off the bat, it’s very spacious so you don’t feel like you’re intruding on someone else's space while using the racks & benches. The staff here has been very nice & welcoming every time I’ve come in, and the people that come to the gym I’ve found to be courteous as well. I can’t speak on the change rooms & extras I come in with my gear on & get out when I’m done so I don’t use them. This is only my 4th weekend being at the gym but so far I can say it’s been a great space to get a good work out in & I think I’ve found my permanent gym for when I’m up north!

Expérience négative: the following comments follow our recent visit to the gym - week of june 5 as a local fitness instructor simple attention can elevate the overall appearance and operation. .dirty - need vacuuming and a mop / wipe down of equipment, clean bathroom / change rooms .limited equipment + general equipment maintenance .dumbbell rack should be moved to the wall .more mirrors .complete misc maintenance - missing baseboards, professional painting looks like the owners have limited experience in the gym industry

Expérience fantastique: Recently moved so finding a new gym for myself and my autistic son would feel comfortable and welcome in was a little nerve wracking. Yesterday we had a tour and was invited to come back for a free trial. We took up the offer and had our first workout at Snap today. We went just after lunch and it was super quiet which is great for my noise sensitive son. Our last gym would blast music a little loud at times I could hear it even with my headphones on. We both had a great workout and became members!!! Thanks Snap

Really makes a difference having ownership and staff who are passionate and take pride in what they do. (studios and full array of cardio equipment not depicted in pics)

Expérience fantastique: Thing about Snap is that it's more than a gym, you're kinda a part of this weird family that listens to music, lifts weights and jokes around or even gives advice. It's a second home that makes you comfortable to reach your goals and to achieve them. I could say the same thing like gym is clean and the equipment is decent. But honestly the people and the staff make the place great. That's why I keep going. Snap is my second home, not just my gym.
